Jimenez Tires offers quick service at a great price when you need it most (even on Christmas Eve ). They took care of my tire within a few minutes. Also, every staff member who I spoke with was incredibly polite. If I could, I would give them all Christmas bonuses!

Took my car to get the tires swapped out, they quoted me 15 over the phone. Went in, and they changed one tire then called me into look at it. The valve stem was leaking, I never had this issue before, but it s normal they said for them to tear and leak when installing tires. Which is fine, as any where I ve ever gone they ve always installed new valve stems free of charge. He said it was going to be $20, I assumed he meant for all 4, or 15+5 =20. However what he meant was $20 each wheel plus the mount. Total for each wheel would now be $35. This is clearly a scam that they pull, the tech obviously tears them on purpose so they can up charge you a ridiculous amount. I only had them do one wheel and left. Never coming back here again. Terrible service. Terrible scams they re trying to pull. Never once in my life have I ever had to pay for a valve stem, and never not a crazy amount like $20 per wheel. Just for a valve stem when they re already mounting the tires.

I called ahead and spoke with Lucas. He was very professional and informative. His son replaced my tire quickly and efficiently. They have some of the best prices and their customer service is exceptional. I'm definitely going back to them. (FYI, It doesn't say Jimenez Tires, there is no sign yet but it's located where Old School Tires was).

Highly Unprofessional work, lost 2, stripped out 3, and left 4 lug nuts loose! Also damaged the sidewall of my tire. I feel like it was almost done intentionally. DON T GO TO JIMENEZ TIRES

I had a nail in my tire and my son had a flat on his car and these guys took care of us, very good customer service had wide selection of new and use tires at a very good price they took care of our cars right away and did it fast .I HIGHLY recommend this place , I will definitely be coming back here for my tire needs..
