First issue- left the cap off of my battery and it ran out of water. I had to buy a new one because of this.Second issue- always lie on the check points, I came in with low air in one tire and left with the same although their check said it was at 35 psi.Don t think that because you are in line waiting to get into the actual garage area that you are in line for an oil change. Apparently here that means nothing and you need to first park and walk in. Then hope they don t take anyone in front of you. This changes from person to person and seems the people they know go first. I went here for convenience but the service and lack of procedures and customer service is not even worth it. Find somewhere else, there s another jiffy lube nearby and their customer service is amazing and they do things correctly!

been changing my oil with jiffy lube for a year now i always get the $39.99 conventional oil for my corolla, recently moved near this location so i had to go to this one, and they tried to charge me $76. when i asked the guy why? he said my car needed a special filter making go up to $76. Never in a year of going to different jiffy lube locations have i v been told something like this.The guys name is Juan be careful

After spending $113 for a oil change and air filter 25 minutes after driving a metal plate came loose and started scraping on the freeway with my 6 year old daughter very unsafe and put both our lives in danger!!!!!!!!!! took my car back and the owner said there is nothing he could do to refund my money a mechanic gave me $30 cash and apologized but this does not Rectify or fix the problem .Took car home and the part they said they fixed it is still loose the manager Tom said that I had brought it in damaged .. word of advice go to Walmart and they under $60.00 .. there is an old saying that the customer is always right not with this place.

The owner ripped me off with the special that they offered of 29.99 but instead charged me 42 because I asked for vacuum and windows cleaned. I paid 42 considering I got a military discount. I am a loyal customer to jiffy lube and I know very well that they are supposed to do these services for free as a courtesy. I did speak with the manager and he did not honor the special that was advertised outside the store. I am completely disappointed. Never coming back. Hes a thief.

The two gentlemen that help me out gave me an oil change. But I was have transmission problems (we originally went Auto Zone on Eucalyptus, but the two men that were suppose to help us there were being lazy and didn't do their job, wouldn't recommend Auto Zone read your transmission) and needed a reader to find out what was the problem. They were willing to tell me what problem was and next day we went to Firestone and got it fixed and a few days later the transmission was fixed. Thank you for helping me and I would tell anyone to go to the Jiffy Lube on Heacock, they are worth it.

I had a great experience today here at Jiffy Lube! Staff were very friendly and professional Juan was very helpful and explained what was being done to my car. I highly recommend everyone to come here. I will definitely be back.

Change the oil yourself because they will destroy your vehicle if you don't know anything of vehicles. Hardly no oil in my car & transmission was missing fuilds.

After a horrible experience with my dealership I came here instead. Right away I was able to tell the difference with customer service and the genuine honesty and information PAUL communicated with me. Paul was super informative and honest. They did completed my oil change and on top of that they vacuumed my car and cleaned all my windows 100% recommend this place. I m happy and relieved I got my Maintenance done. I m happy mmm car is happy we are all happy.

So after doing some shopping around I decided to try jiffy lube for an oil change, "waste of time." I was an employee for Amazon and was given a discount at this location and when i arrived was instructed that they do not accept the discount of 15% off. This would be a great deal but for some reason they do not accept the discount that clearly says they do. Not shocking for oil changes that cost the same price every where they officially don't do business correctly.

I took my car for a oil change. I sat and watched the workers just talk and not work on the car. They were unprofessional at there work space. After I had the oil change I noticed oil leaks later that day. I took it back they didn t tight the drain plug all the way on. That is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to know how to be professional.

I believe I will never come back to this Jiffy Lube anymore! Last Thursday I went to store to have an oil change, and in the next two days I found there were some abnormal noice in my car. At the beginning I have thought there s something wrong with my engine. Then I opened the hood, then there was a bottle cap in it!!!! When I take out of it, the noise was gone. OMG! How careless they are! It was the worst experience in this JIFFY LUBE!

I had a strange experience, but I m giving it three stars since they didn t charge me for service and my car is temporarily drivable.Back in April, I got an oil change at a Jiffy Lube location in San Diego. A few minutes after I left my skid started dangling on the freeway and was damaged. I immediately drove it back to the service location, and had them secure it. In hindsight, I should ve had them replace it, but that s a result of my own naiveness.The skid plate came off again today on the freeway, so I drove it to the nearest business that could repair it, which happened to be this Jiffy Lube location. I explained to the manager what happened back April since he noticed it was damaged.The manager said they would fix it this time at no charge, but reminded me multiple times that I would be charged in the future. They also argued that it wasn t possible for the skid plate to come off after leaving the San Diego shop in April, which I refuted. I explained that since the skid was already damaged that it was more likely to fail, which happened to be today. They said I shouldn t expect to convince the SD location my story about the April incident leading to anything yesterday.I had no intention of letting them know that. I m also aware that after a few months of driving, they are clearly not liable anything.I literally drove it to the nearest service station not caring who would fix it. I just needed to get home. My point was that the plate was damaged in April, and it didn t take much for this August incident, especially since I don t travel on rough roadways.Reading reviews for this location, it sounds like other people have experienced similar issues with skid plates. It might be a recurring problem with numerous Jiffy Lube locations. Before you drive off, make sure they secure it and document it on your receipt!

I went in for an oil change and it say that they check your fluid levels which is HIGHLY Vital and important. They never checked my fluid levels nor did they vacuum or put down paper in my car( the use of the paper is for them to NOT track oil or any residue in your car) and to top it off the man at the counter tried hard to not accept my coupon that was on their website. I seen him intentionally SCAN the letters not the BAR CODE for the coupon. When I tried to in large the bar code he started talking about how they don't accept coupons.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS JIFFY LUBE .

Very unprofessional I came here to get my tires checked And one of the guys pulls out the air hose and just leaves it there so I could check them, doesn't even say anything and walks away, Very unprofessional Wouldn't recommend Anyone to come to this location (ghetto)

I love this place, they're all so very nice and they do a wonderful job. Today was even more special because one of the customers paid for my oil change and I didn't get a chance to thank him, so thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I went for an estimated and it was price. I decided not to do it, but in that very short time, they took the cap for my water tank. I never took my car in other places, my brother changed the oil all the times but he wasn't in the city so nobody touch my car just the this morning and it is missing

This place is pricey $97.00 for a synthetic oil change. and the wait is pretty long. The prices arent listed online, which i didnt like. I was able to use a $15 off coupon but was offered 10. After pressing that it was 15 it was honored. This is very expensive for a synthetic oil change. I dont think I'll comeback unless i was in a pinch.

I went there and they said they could do a oil change that was 69.00 dollars for fifty dollars. Good deal right? Wrong wrong, they never gave me the synthetic oil as a matter of fact they never changed the oil at all. If you love your car, and your money never go here. The owner needs to do his job and fire these crack heads.

Got my oil changed here and they forgot to put my oil cap back on so when i driving to LA I got this horrible smell coming from under my hood and it was all the oil coming out. I called to let them know and they said I should of made sure before I left. Definitely not going back.

This jiffy lube nickles and dimes you. When I got my invoice it wasn't ledgeable. Ive had a great experience at the one in my hometown but I was in the area so went to this one. Bad judgement on my part. When I called my jiffy lube and asked them to review the invoice they told me two of the charges I shouldn't have been charged for and they didn't apply the in store coupon. When I contacted the GM he informed me that each jiffy lube is independently owned and offered no help. 1 star for terrible customer service. Won't be going back.

Rip off! I was told that I needed a particular synthetic oil when I knew I didn't. They tried to upsell me from a standard oil to a $90 oil change. I wasn't even going to argue with the guy. I just went to another local oil change place where I got it done for half as much.I'll not waste my time trying to be ripped off with this company again.

They take good care of all my cars. ..never had any issues...staff professional and quick...it does seem it's getting a bit pricey here...but I pay the little extra because I am comfortable with their service..

They are very dishonest!! I was over charged for my oil change! after the fact that I was quoted $54.99 for the oil change and ended up paying $78.99. Before I agreed to do the oil change I asked how much it was going to cost to get an oil Change one of the workers told me $54.99 for synthetic oil for your vehicle, I agreed to do the service there because I was around the area. I normally take my car to the dealer for the oil change and this time I just decided to try Jifffy Lube since they were going to charge me about the same price that I pay at the dealership. After they were done one of the workers there by the name of Bobbie told me its going to be $78.99 to him that it was a mistake because I was quoted $54.99 before I started the service by one of his co-worker. He didn't care what I was telling him and acted like it wasn't his problem I was very disappointed, even after I told him I wasn't happy and that I wouldn't be coming back he still didn't care!! Jiffy Lube you have lost a faithful customer!! wont be returning!!

Excellent Service ! very professional I would recommend this location and will return when it's time for my next oil change I'm a very satisfied customer and will send my family and friends to Jiffy Lube Moreno Valley (Heacock and Hemlock location !

I just came in to top off my fluids because they didn't add windshield wiper fluid and not sure they really put all quarts of oil because I am already 1 quart low after 615 miles. I don't have a oil leak. I had to change oil because i was already at 6k miles over and oil was dirty. Been waiting 35min now and a couple guys standing around and when I look at them they approach the only car in there and start working on it together.

I went in to change my recently purchased used car s oil. They went the extra mile and checked what s going on and helped me get the car into proper condition. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube because they are an excellent service.

I am going to give the employees the benefit of the doubt because it was 8:00 am and maybe these guys were tired from their Saturday night adventures. However, the two guys I dealt with were mean looking and acting as if I was a vacuum salesperson. The service man taking my order was very short and I felt that he didn't want to service my vehicle. Than a Hispanic employee walked up to my car as if he was a gang banger getting ready to fight. (Really, who does this). I immediately put my car in reverse and went to Pep boys. If I am going to pay double price, I want it in a friendly business. Maybe the ownership has changed because I have taken my car here before and never experienced such lack of service.
