Vladimir and his crew did an amazing job restoring my Mazda CX-5 to pristine condition! They are professional and courteous, I couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend them more.

I brought my vehicle to the Moreno Valley location of Inland Empire Autobody & Paint for some work to be done after I got dinged in a parking lot. My experience with this company, and with Liz specifically, was wonderful. I received a quote to my email within 30 minutes of leaving the facility. About two weeks later, I returned and got my car checked in. The process was quick and painless. Liz was very helpful with answering all of my questions and putting my mind at ease. The car was ready a day ahead of schedule and the quote originally given was honored. I will not go to another body shop for my vehicles. They did fantastic work and to my surprise cleaned my vehicle inside and out after the repair. Great job to this team!

This is my second time coming to this shop and will continue to come here constantly for any of my automotive body needs. I came here in early 2020 to have my 2014 Ford Taurus repaired and was handled like family. They repainted it a few times until I was satisfied and even during that process they didn't express annoyance with having to do so. I got the car back and was satisfied. Just recently my fiance crashed his 2021 Honda Civic and we took it here due to my past experiences with them and a suggestion from my old commercial manager at AutoZone. They had my finances car for about two months, but the car was well ready a week or two into the repair. Unfortunately due to the current situation in the world, our parts were backordered and we didn't get the car back until this morning. Nonetheless, we were both satisfied and thrilled to have his car back looking like new again! Gotta give it out to Liz and her team for always ensuring the customer leaves with a smile on their face!

Had my truck painted there , and I regret it ! They sprayed on a clear coat , and they gave me a five year warranty . But guess what? 5 years almost to the day ! My paint started to peel off! Five years, almost to the day !! They know how much clear coat to spray on! It looked nice for 5 years , but now it looks terrible ! They got me ! Just beware of what you re getting ? Make them give you a 6 or 7 year warranty ? I paid a pretty penny ! Now I know what to look for, the next time I get my truck painted ! And I do have to paint it, AGAIN ! Good luck to you , be aware !

The reason for my visit to Inland Empire Autobody & Paint was because I ran over a piece of tire on the freeway which damaged my front bumper and plastic undercarriage, to the point it broke off all my bumper clips and the plastic shroud dragged on the floor going home that day. Very lame and annoying, obviously, and I had only myself to blame. Anyway, after going through my insurance yadda yadda, my dad suggested this shop to me. I am very happy I listened to my dear ol' dad because this shop did a phenomenal job in replacing and painting my bumper, fixing the undercarriage plastic and providing great customer service. The cherry on top was that they washed my car and engine too! So nice and unexpected. Will definitely recommend this business to all in need of repairs. After a recent accident I was looking for a shop to have the work done. A co-worker of mine suggested Inland Empire Autobody and Paint after his car needed repairs and wasn't satisfied with the shop he had taken it to, he took it to Inland Empire Autobody and said he was really satisfied with the results so suggested I check them out. I'd visited before to get a quote on a paint job but sold the car before I could follow through. I spoke to Liz the first time and she put my worries to rest about the body work and suggested it be done especially if there was any hidden damage. I then spoke to Nick the second time and occasionally Liz, both of which had the most positive and uplifting spirits. They kept my worries extinguished and after dropping off the car I waited. Since it was being done through the insurance, it did take a bit of time but nonetheless the vehicle came back amazing and shocked me! They detailed it at a very reasonable price and removed all my scratches and scuffs and also made sure the area that sustained the most damage was fully repaired and cleaned. I'll definitely be returning in the near future to get my entire car touched up and made to look new again! If you do need any body work or detailing done I highly suggest you stop by and ask for Liz or Nick. Tell them who sent you, they're really friendly and know how to make a customer feel valued! Huge thanks to you guys for showing me how a customer should be treated! Definitely earned a lifetime customer

I've been in 3 accidents in my Subaru sadly, but all 3 times i've brought my car to be repaired & this shop always does a great job. Very nice professional staff Nick has assisted me all 3 times and has handled it well, good communication with me and my insurance company. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Got my Roush mustang repainted at this shop and they did an amazing job on it. I will definitely keep coming to this shop for more Paint restoration. Lucy and Liz have great customer service they are professional and trustworthy.

The skirt was falling off on my 2016 Honda Fit. Anthony was fast and super helpful. He went in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got the clips back on to secure the skirt back on the car. Highly recommend this service!

Awesome place super friendly staff. I would like to thank Victor for taking care of my car and going through step by step on how they were going to repair and paint my hood with me. They went above and beyond my expectations, I was honestly blown away with the results and the attention to detail.. Great Customer service and experience. These folks are honest and do not beat around the bush. They evaluate your vehicle, tell you what you need, your options, and the different cost of each option based on what works best for your budget and vehicle. Isaac went above and beyond with making sure the details of my car were taken care of. Very hard working when it comes to fixing and making it look like new. I highly recommend this place. Will come back again if needed!

Great place, open on time. They specialize in insurance claims then private parties. Which is understandable for bigger margin.

First and foremost, thank you Anthony for the professional service you provided. I came in to the shop asking for an estimate, and Anthony guided me through the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and safe about the work going to be done to my vehicle. So, I decided to use this shop. Anthony was extremely honest and explain everything that was going to be done and use on the car as far as the materials and parts. I ve gone to other shops and no other shops like this one had the best customer service. They really care for the people and you feel it as soon as you walk in through the doors. So I drove to California from Washington. My 12 year old son and I were on spring break. I decided to drive our Toyota Prius because it would be cheaper on gas. The catalytic converter ending up getting stolen. I was freaking out. I called my insurance and they got a hold of Inland Empire. Liz and Stephanie were amazing. They dealt with the insurance company and were able to get it towed and fixed before I had to start heading back home. This place in amazing. Thanks for everything you guys did for me.

I took my Tahoe here to have some work done and what a great experience from start to finish. They had my car done 2 days earlier than quoted. Can t say enough about how friendly and professional the people are there, and the price was super fair.....AND they washed and detailed my car inside and out beyond belief. This is, by far, the best body and paint shop I ve ever dealt with. Thank you Lucy, Liz and Victor!!!!

Brought my car to get my rear bumper fixed. They fixed it with in a week. The job looks well done. They did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my car upon delivery. Overall very satisfied with their service

This place is awesome!!! Took my car to get fixed and came back out looking brand new from the dealer. The paint job was even better then before. Would definitely recommend this place to any one looking to get there car fixed. Legit work done plus great costumer service. Bruno thank you for the amazing services and quick work done. He is definitely the guy to go to, not only for the great work he does but also for being a man of his words. He says it and it gets done... Thank you Bruno and Herman I am super happy and satisfied with my car!!! You both did a great job. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars not to mention the price, best price in town

I wish I came to this place sooner. Ryan was professional, friendly and a great guy...as well as the staff. Had my fianc�e motorcycle tank brought here for a dent repair and they removed all the dents we couldn't see.... PLUS they had the tank flushed and primered the whole thing so it was ready to be painted (which we were going to do much later)! It looked so good that my lady wanted to have it painted by them...and we weren't disappointed. It came out near perfect. I suggested any motorcycle rider bring their repairs here first. Prices are reasonable and the turnaround time was short.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place takes an extremely long time just to get your car done. I dropped my car off here and they said it will take two weeks and they ve had it for 6 weeks. They always said it will be don t later this week and it never was. Still don t have my car. Going in 7 weeks! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought in my 2013 Chevy Malibu to them after I was in an accident and the minute I stepped inside the office they were so nice and respectful. Nick helped me out and kept communication with me while they had my car. They even removed dents I had on my car that wasn't caused by the accident. They did an AMAZING job. I reccomend this shop if you want quality work.

I'm tried of shady auto repair trying to pull a fast one. I'm new to the area and have taken my car to numerous auto shops that just want to rip you off..I was in a bind looking for a trustworthy shop to do repair on my car. A friend told me about Inland Empire Autobody and Paint but most importantly they told me about Lucy and Iassc the owners.. They repaired my car at a price that was lower then expected and their attention to detail was exceptional. They have great customer service, strive to meet your needs and repair you car in a timely manner..I will be taking my vehicle to them from now on. Also I will recommend them to my friends and family.. Its good to know I have a place I TRUST..

I called early in the morning looking to replace all my door handles cause they had broken, 2002 Nissan Altima, look it up. They said they would squeeze me in and it would be ready by the end of the work day. They finished way ahead of schedule, about 2 hours earlier than what they estimated. Great staff and very welcoming. Possibly going to then again for a restoration paint job.
