Last week I had my 2022 Toyota Camry repaired at this shop and it was a great experience. Of course, it s not good having your car wrecked but this place made the whole situation easy and a great outcome. Veronica was very friendly and helpful on the front desk, Phillip was very nice when taking pictures for the estimates, and then George was great and I truly appreciated how communicative he was about the whole repair schedule and the status of everything! It was amazing seeing how quick and efficient the repair was done and I m very happy with the work that was done!! I d definitely recommend this place to anyone and I won t think twice about going to this shop again if I have to.-Ruben Solis Hernandez

I was Rear ended pretty badly on the 91, turned my day into a nightmare, but Gerber collision had my back! More specifically, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Veronica, Elbert, and Steve! Amazing customer service, communicative from start to finish, my insurance ran out of rental days, but they were so willing to make sure I was taken care of, they put me in a rental while my car was being worked because of a delay and because of them I was able to make my best friends wedding! Before and after pictures included, my car looks just as good as it did when i drove it off the lot, can you even tell that it was in an accident! LOL! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for being the silver lining out of this whole ordeal. I would absolutely recommend anyone unfortunate enough to be in an accident come here, Veronica, Elbert and Steve got your back!

Wouldn t recommend vehicles being brought here for service. This company gives a date for vehicle pickup and pushes it back months. It took them about 4 months from Oct-Jan to replace a driver side fender, headlight, and bumper. The job was completed with 22 hrs of labor. Aside from this, alignment was done incorrectly with constant vibration on the highway. They offered to fix it until I was happy but never reached out with this issue. FYI this was through an insurance claim.Recently serviced the vehicle and was informed my front driver side cv axle boot was torn.

Brent, the new manager, has been there since the start of 2024. He's courtesy, professional and cares about his customers. His attention to detail is a breath of fresh air. He gave us a schedule for repairs and stuck to it. When we got our two cars back, they were perfect. When I shook Brent's hand to thank him, I could tell he takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Brent to anyone who needs their car repaired. He's a solid professional and a solid human being. Thanks, Brent. Appreciate you!

Stay away from this body shop. You will notice when you pull into this place they are completely full of cars in partial repair.They will promise you a completion schedule and then change the agreement when it comes to scheduling the work.Zero care for their customers!

Do NOT use this Collision/auto body shop. I was working with George in which yesterday told me they were extremely busy and did not know when they could get me in. Meanwhile today I receive a call from Veronica asking me when I could bring my vehicle in, I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday. Set up Car rental just to receive a call back from Veronica less than hour later telling me there was some sort of mix up and George told her she needed to cancel my appointment. Long story short I purchased my bumper he was aware when photos where taken. He lied saying he could not get me in when in all reality they had plenty of room. WORSE customer service ever! Lying to customers just to have your receptionist do your dirty work. I JUST NEEDED MY FRONT BUMPER TO BE PAINTED TO MATCH.

This place had my truck: Start to Finish 5 days AND perfectly matched paint job! Super Happy! Love this place! Recommended by my insurance company through USAA! Wonderful people! Kai kept me up to date everyday, sometimes twice a day! Lovely people!

Get rid of your receptionist, I don't know her name but she was a blonde middle aged woman.She treated me professionally and respectfully, but did not make me feel welcome. I also saw her complain about her work and be rude to her coworkers. Not a good image for someone whose job it is to be the main face of your business.At the end of my appointment, the last step was to sign paperwork. She rushed me through signing paperwork, saying she would give me copies so I could read them at home (she did). However, I'm signing a contract about the work that you're going to do to my car, shouldn't you try to let me read it? It was 8am and there were no other customers inside. I got home and I realized that, had I not decided to cancel my appointment immediately after I dropped off my car (long story, unrelated), I would have been charged $150 at a minimum for an estimate.I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this crossed a line for me. If you can't at least fake a welcoming and caring attitude, you should not work the front desk.

First their a accounting didn't clear my insurance check amd held my car hostage for 3 days . When I did receive my car they did not assemble my car back properly . I went back after I noticed all the mistakes . Told me they would order the parts . It's close to 2 months with no follow up what's so ever

First time and last time, I will go to this establishment! The receptionist lied to me twice within 5 minutes by stating the estimator was going to a meeting, so I waited, and then she told me he's about to have lunch. Horrible first impression.

Do not use this company. Schedule my appointment on Aug 25th for a Sept 25th drop off. Was told I was not on their appointment but in my notes they had me down for a down off at 11. Told me my car was going to be in for weeks due to them not having to order parts. The guy in the rockies hat came out and tried to say it's the end of the month and they won't get parts blah blah blah. That's why I schedule a month in advance so u guys would have the parts. It's not rocket science. The older blonde hair lady was helpful but when rockies hat guy came out, he didn't even try to be accommodating. He did tell me if I did go to another shop I would allegedly run into the same issue about parts .

Had an appointment 2/6/2023 at 8:30 am made it at 8:25am being a mother that was a big accomplishment not only did I waste my time coming here but woke my baby up early only to receive really rude customer service from the receptionist in the front. My insurance told me they would have a rental ready at the location for me, all i would have to do is drop my car off. When I got there i was told by the receptionist that I would have to go with another person and be driven to the rental place with my baby and a car seat. You guys want me to set up a car seat on the way there take it back out then back into the rental which was not the big deal but if they would have communicated that i would have asked for more time off at work or gone in later that day. The way the receptionist communicated this was in a really rude manner! I would have LOVED to give this place a try but the first person you come in contact with really matters and if i m already having issues walking in the door I don t know what to expect from the whole experience there if she would have nicely greeted us instead of telling us to have a seat and explained in a kind manner that they didn t have the rental at that location would have made all the difference.

I went in to get an estimate and was professionally greeted and asked to wait for the agent who would be writing it. Clean waiting area appropriately appointed and climate controlled. My Agent Matt greeted me shortly after we walked out to my car were he took photos and measurements and had me on my way in under 15 minutes! Great Service, Team and environment.

Worst experience ever do not take your car here I had my car repaired 2 parts were missing had to take it back in top of that they stole some change from my car it was more then 10 dollars in quarters to go wash clothes I know is a little bit of money but the fact that they just take things that don't belong to them just gets me sick. Never again will I do business with this company. Do not do business with them you will regret it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Take your car elsewhere people this is a steaming pile of garbage. Terrible service. I brought my car in with a 6000 estimet in damage and over time it somehow added up to 17k??? they've had my vehicle for over 2 months. Never kept me up to date and customer service almost never answered the phone when they did they never had a straight answer to the status of my vehicle . They've been giving me the same repeated excuses for the last month that their waiting on parts, wich i understand but i was told 3 weekends ago that my car would have been ready for pick up. Now their waiting for an alignment,,, 2 months for an alignment?

I am so disappointed in this place. I brought my car to this business back in august & I got turned away because they said they couldn t fix the parts that were stated in the supplement that I received because of warranty . They told me to come pick my car up cause they won t do anything. I came to get my car & I finally have an appointment next month with Dynamic repair shop. The issue is that they cashed out the supplement check & now I have to wait for them to refund the check back to my insurance which is going to take over a month. I just don t understand why they would cash the check if they had already turned me away.

I had some moderate damage to my vehicle after an accident, I tried going to Caliber initially, but they couldn t even see me for just an estimate for 3 weeks and told me it would be an additional few weeks before they could start my repair and didn t know how long that would take. I called around to other servicer providers, and Gerber got me in asap. I was able to drop my car off the day an adjuster was there and they took care of the rest. All the staff was so friendly and helpful, the lady at the front desk made my girlfriend coffee at drop off and pick up. All the technicians were nice and helpful. I wish I had everyone s names that helped us, they all deserve a personal shout out. I was kept in the loop the entire time. My car was ready for pickup we ll before I would have even had an estimate complete with their competitors. My car was returned to me freshly washed and cleaned. It was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend Gerber to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced.Service: Body & Trim

My Rogue was involved in a hit and run and rear ended. Geico recommended Gerber Collision for the repairs. They were very professional and did an excellent job fixing my little SUV. They even went above service by fixing a small but deep scratch I had on my trunk. I highly recommend them.

Never go to Gerber. I couldnt get an estimate because the first thing they told me when looking at my car was i cant work on that car when i just wanted an estimate. The guy was white and didnt even bother to take off his sunglasses when looking at my car. Nevertheless i got an estimate from a better company that wanted to work with me and not be rude for no reason.

They used to be International Auto Crafters. They were great. I used to recommend them to everyone. Sold out to Gerber. Nowhere near as good now. Front office staff is nice enough but the shop is sloppy. Took my car there for repair, after they fixed it, I found obvious bubbles( lumps ) in the paint job when I went to pick up the car. Waited for almost an hour while they buffed the bumps out of the paint. If there was a clear coat after the paint, pretty sure this removed the clear coat. later I found a dent they missed. Returned and they repaired the dent. Afterward I found a new chip where they just painted? And the paint job has the same poor finish it had the first time. I'm done. It's good enough, not really but the didn't do it right twice. Pretty sure a third try won't be any better. Keep moving, nothing to see here. Try any other shop. Good luck

The service at gerber collision is phenomenal.Mariano went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I got into a minor accident where someone hit my rear passenger side door that left a nice dent & some scratches on my rear bumper. The damage was bad enough to where my door would stick when trying to open it. I reported everything to my insurance & sent pics of the damage. They gave me an estimate & a list of auto repair shops in my area that works with my insurance. After doing my research I decided to bring my car here. I saw that they had great reviews & a high rating. I dropped my car off on Jan. 14th & was told that my car would be ready by Jan 31st. My car was actually finished by Jan. 22nd! They were fast & efficient & I was very happy with the results. They were in constant communication with me from jump, updating me everyday about the status of my car thru text. Ivan was the guy that worked with me. He was cool & made sure everything went well. The lady at the front desk also helped with making everything easy. I had NO issues. Between my car, insurance & the guys here EVERYTHING went smooth & I couldn't be happier of how thing went. Thank

Cannot say enough praises- this shop is great. Everyone who I came across that works there- awesome! Kaz took care of us (my car and I) personally. Wonderful, professional, courteous, understanding, was patient with my questions, didn t rush me out of the door, nothing negative at all! From any employee there! Despite the circumstances, they were able to give that personal touch- a message on my window - that made everything a little easier to deal with. It s the little things that mean the most sometimes. IAC went above and far beyond what they had to, in the whole process of getting my car fixed. Always updated me and kept me in the loop, was completely honest and upfront, explained every detail, showed me exactly what and where things were going on my car. No complaints from me. I m 310% satisfied with this company, from start to finish. Thanks to everyone there. Greatly appreciated.

So I turned in my car to this repair shop to get one thing fixed!! It took them two weeks to get my car finished. When I received my car multiple things were wrong with my car and they are refusing to fix it. I d advise if you need your car fixed to not go to them! Definitely didn t leave a good impression with me! I ll never go back or recommend anyone to go here!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance

I called to bring my car in to get a quote for my insurance company. The lady on the phone refused stating my insurance company did their own. However, due to the pandemic my insurance company doesn't send out adjusters unless it is over a certain amount or the car is not drivable. Lost my business due to attitude and rudeness.
