I've been looking for a car for 2 months and have had a horrible experience with shyster dealerships wanting to add 1-7 THOUSAND dollars on top of the asking price and just wasting my time. Willy and Cesar at Fusion Motors were straight up from the first call through the entire process. I will definitely tell everyone I know looking for a car to go there and next year when my son gets his license, we will definitely contact them again. I would gladly drive the hour from Orange County anytime and not have to deal with all the B.S. I went through with all the other dealers. Thank you for being honest and making the whole process simple and straight forward.

I was speaking to the guy Will all week preparing to purchase a vehicle. Showed up today and called and texted and no response. Not understanding why I wasted time getting pre approved then being ignored in the day of. Nevertheless, ended up purchasing elsewhere.

This was our 2nd purchase and the experience was just as awesome as the 1st time! Friendly, knowledgeable sales people- great prices- fast and easy. I can't recommend it enough. They have a really good selection and the process from start to finish (which is normally torture) was so smooth and easy. They made customers for life out of me and my husband.

Had such an awesome experience buying from here. Great customer service process was quick. They worked with us on our down payment and monthly payments. If you want to buy a car and want great customer service go to fusion motors moreno valley they are great. They have a verity of options. Definitely going back when my sons gets his car.

Very professional, beautiful lot that exceeds expectations of a smaller car dealership. They offered free carfax reports on every car, had nothing but very clean cars ranging from civics to Benz/Lexus and everything between. With all that being said, probably the most impressive thing was their finance guy, Paul who has me convinced he can pull a rabbit out of a hat! Couldn't recommend this place enough!

This place was awesome! They told me the price and I was able to buy it for that price. I have been to 3 dealers before finding this gem Fusion Motors..... all the other dealers told me a price but when I get there I have to purchase the alarm, paint protection, and some clear film or They won't sell it to me!Thanks Fusion Motors. You made a customer for life. I'm sending my wife back for the lexus.

I believe God sent me here because I was really down on my luck. I met Victor and he was extremely patient and kind. He knows this businesses and gets the job done no matter what. He went over and beyond the call of duty for me and I appreciate him. I will never forget my experience there. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone with challenged credit they will help. What can I say..this place is AMAZING!!! They have the best staff I have had the pleasure dealing with. Stephanie was so helpful and professional. My experience with fusion motors was absolutely incredible. Sammy was extremely helpful and extremely quick. I told him I wanted to be in out and out before I had even gotten there & he made it happen. He had a perfect car picked out for me with very low miles , I didn t even have to shop around !!! He is extremely helpful. I highly recommend fusion motors. Carlos in finance does a great job as well in getting you low monthly payments & he is flexible in working with you on the down payment . Cesar and Stephanie made us feel really welcomed and we were able to get exactly what we wanted without too much waiting and no hassle! I could say it was the best experience my husband and I had a few weeks ago and we're totally loving his new car! I would definitely get mine from them soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.The customer service with Victor and Cesar is top of the line. I don t have the best credit but they made it work to where I got the car I ve been shopping and wanting for MONTHSS. Super happy with my purchase and they made it so easy for my first experience. 10/10 recommend !!!

Had a great experience buying a car for the first time. Samuel made sure that I got in a car that was the best bang for my buck. Ceasar made sure that I received a car and was in the right price bracket and he did it all on a Saturday of all days. Just a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Amazing service very friendly. I definitely recommend checking them out before anyone else. I been to 3 other dealerships and they all gave me the run around but not fusion motors Even with bad credit they worked with me ended up leaving with a great car.

This place is a great place to buy your next whip. The homie Sammy R made me feel very welcomed, And was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was looking to buy . My man Cesar G made the finance portion of me buying a car quick and easy and I was in and out faster then going to one of the big dealers. I would totally send people over to pick up a ride from them . So if you need a new car then go check out both of my new friends over at fusion motors mo val.

I have to say hands down the best service ever!It s my 1st time purchasing a vehicle. My family and I went here after I decided that I wanted to own a vehicle from a dealer rather then one from the street.We went on a day were they had closed early so we were in the front just looking at the cars and Sammie walked up to us and offer to opens the lot so we could look around.We talked over something s and Sammie even went the extra effort to offers us some estimates on the Car I was interested in.Needless to say Sammie worked with me in what I was looking for and what I could afford. They are very helpful and understanding of your situations they do they best they can to meet your needs I m a happy owner of a 2016 Kia Forte I definitely recommend them and their service A1

Ceaser and Sammy were super nice and were able to finance us and get us a good deal on insurance. got a good selection of cars to choose from . would definitely reccomend fusion motors to my friends. place was super clean and they treated us like family.

The best service you can get! Both me and my wife went in there not really sure we were going to walk out with a car but sure enough they were able to assist us and we drove out that day with a car. Terrence and Paul were very helpful and we were able to get a 2013 Altima. If you have bad credit or no credit but have income and a down payment i suggest you go to them.

Come too fusion motor before anywhere else. This is a fantastic dealership. I'm so happy with the customer service I received here and the vehicle that I ended up driving away. Santiago showed me around and helped me pick a car. He was friendly and professional. I ended up getting a great car for a fantastic price(that I didnt real expect to find) Then to make things better the finance manager Rasul got me financed and a lower APR then a big dealership could or my military bank. There was absolutely no pushiness. I've been drained mentally buy OTHER dealerships and that just was not the case here at all. The experience was not only quick but stress free. If you need a car I recommend you go in and see what they can do for you before you go anywhere else.
