Received my car yesterday and wow they did a lousy job and there's parts loose on my 2023 SUV and scratches that it didn't have before but the workers are like it must of been there when the guy that went over it only said it had a small scratch on the back bumper. Really really disappointed in the job done I hate leaving bad reviews but when it's my car and for someone to be like this scratches must of been there like no sorry you guys messed up..

Excellent customer service. I received updates at every step in the process of fixing my vehicle. Team reps were courteous and helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly . It was a smooth and efficient process.

Came here around March of 2023 after a distracted driver crashed into my right side of my vehicle. I took it in, got it fixed, and when it was ready I went with my father and I paid my deductible of $500 to take it home. I thought it was all done and over with. Until, this week my father, (The one who s the main primary owner of the insurance, and the owner of the vehicle I was driving that day), received a call from this place telling my dad that they NEVER received our $500 deductible a whole year later, and that they demanded he paid RIGHT THERE AND NOW the $500 deductible! However, the way they were talking and demanding he paid was NOT professional! They were harassing him to pay up. He had to physically go back to this business and show them his bank statement showing that he paid in full the $500 dollars. He had to talk to the main owner of the business to finally settle everything, and when the owner called him back they said something in the lines of the money was moved into a different account or something of that nature. Understandably my father was incredibly upset at the harassment he was receiving from this business to pay up, when we paid fair and square our deductible. Do NOT come here, unless you want to be harassed a year later after your accident to pay up a deductible you already paid. Would NOT recommend this business.

By far THE BEST experience with Fix Auto!From the initial phone call in a unfortunate accident situation , throughout the entire process and down to the final release of the vehicle, all excellent! Above and beyond to the point of seeing in action a new hope in humanity by the way they genuinely cared. Every individual was amazing and made this challenge far easier to handle. Although accidents are a bummer, if they all could be handled by Fix Auto life would be fantastic (if only). Every step was explained clearly with a realistic expectation set. And they even beat that! Fix Auto exceeds all expectations! Thank you, Fix Auto, from our family to yours, thank you!

Beware! Horrible fraudulent auto body shop. They inflate the charges to your insurance and do not provide services as they should. I brought my car in and I couldn t even drive my vehicle away. I had to get it towed from their shop to a dealer. They failed to tell me the technician did something to my vehicle & the few calls I had with the guy in the front and the receptionist who doesn t seem to know what she is doing, they didn t mention anything! My car was in perfect condition and no issues (this was a minor accident with not much body damage) then they told me after signing the release and paying them , handing me my keys, and giving my rental key to them from the enterprise, by the way your check engine light came on and it was a misfire and not drivable ! They tried to hide this until after paperwork signed releasing them from any liability. I had no vehicle and they refused to give me the rental key back that my own insurance covered. Apparently they processed it in their system within less than 5 mins and nothing they could do. The manger seemed to agree this was not handled correctly and the employees are incompetent. Oh and the guy in the front, said mechanical issues happen all the time there after a vehicle is in their shop, and normal occurrence. Scam! Go somewhere else, all their reviews I m sure are from family and friends of the shop.

My car was in for 3months because of back order parts. But when I received my vehicle it looked better than when I took it in and it was very clean inside. I was very grateful and happy how my car was returned. I would highly recommend fix auto

I came here to get my car fixed from a hit and accident . They did a great job of fixing my car ! But we had some minor issues that I did not like :/ . I had to call the business and was told about the delays on day of my pickup . I feel that I should have been notified about the parts coming in late and all that . I did not like the fact of having to wait and the receptionist telling me these new times and dates when something was not adding up when I asked . I like to communicate to the detail of point and if I m going to have to wait longer or not due to this car being my only ride to work and since I could not find other means to get to work . I told them due to poor communication I could loose my job because I was trusted on a certain date without being notified it was going to change last minute . But after I addressed my concerns towards to a manager I was notified about everything as I should have been which I felt more relieved . Another sad thing is when I got my car back it was picked up really dirty on the outside I saw water streaks or some sort chemical streaks on my car which made it look really nasty and my car was very dirty alll around!!!My car was dropped off very clean and was washed that day of drop off and I do have proof of how I dropped it off and all that but I would think I would get my car back clean or at least wiped off due to the fact there were so many streaks on my car it just made it look really nasty I m sorry but I dropped off in a great condition but got it back dirty and there were hand prints all around my car on the windshield and inside the windows it just looked really nasty . And Ik it s not my hand because the hand size was much bigger than mine . Ik it s petty but if someone it drops it off clean return it in in the same or better condition ! Glad for the excellent work don t get wrong but there were some no nos !Service: Body & Trim

Picked up my vehicle. Gas cap light came on. Checked the gas cap and it was loose. Then I realized all my gas was gone. The tank was full when it was towed there. The right front wheel was hitting the fender and oil was leaking everywhere. When I called them they told me that I must have run something over. WOW! Further inspection revealed that the inside fender well was not even attached to the rest of the vehicle. A complete joke. Don t ever use these folks

Fix Auto did a great job with my car. They finished a few days earlier then expected. My car looks brand new. Very happy overall and will recommend them to anyone. Love the customer service as well. They were all very helpful.

My car was fixed long before the due date and the did a great job. The staff was very courteous and helpful providing me with updates on their progress with the car. I ve used them before and they never disappoint!

This incident we have with our car was fix super fast fix Auto in Moreno Valley they work with our insurance company so easy and quick they do repair and do a really clean job the car is like nothing happens I really recommend Fix Auto Moreno Valley .

Took my car on a Friday , and wasn t told anything untill I called them on Tuesday and was barely told that oh no won t get fixed due to rust .mind you there fixing a plastic bumper highly wouldn t recommend this shop for a repair. Oh and also they where trying to charge a 500 dollar fee to take off a bumper when the bumper was already coming off all they did was take 2 screws out please save your time and moneyAlso they didn t even bother to wash off the markings they left on my car really unprofessional.

Second time I ve used Fix Auto in Moreno Valley. Extremely satisfied. Not only did they complete the work a full week ahead of the promised completion date, that completion allowed me to collect enough $$$ from Farmer s to cover my deductible and then some. The work was top notch and the completion time was fantastic. Actually walked away with a few bucks in my pocket to help pay for my granddaughter s birthday trip to Disneyland. My recent experience with Fix Auto USA left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. If you're looking for a car repair shop that values clear communication, competent staff, and efficient time management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.From the moment I walked in, I encountered a series of miscommunications that only seemed to worsen over time. The lack of coordination between staff members was evident and, unfortunately, extended to their interactions with customers. It's disheartening to note that even the simplest tasks like correctly identifying my car model seemed to be a challenge. The front desk staff, particularly Maria, consistently confused my Honda with another vehicle, leading to a cascade of wrong information and unnecessary complications.Eli, the one person who appeared knowledgeable and reliable, was rarely available due to his frequent vacations and odd work schedule. This left customers like myself grappling with inexperienced staff who struggled to provide accurate guidance and assistance. The inconsistency in staff availability and competence only added to the mounting frustration.What's even more concerning is the questionable approach to repairs and replacements. Got estimates at two body repair shops for a detached rear bumper skirt. Fix Auto gave me a couple of options from less expensive to more expensive. I decided to take the less expensive option and was more than happy with the results.They worked with me and saved me a lot of money and time!Would definitely recommend and would use again for repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I took my to get an estimate because someone hit me and took my rear bumper. Eli Garcia was the specialist who work with me. He gime the estimated and schedule to drop my car to be fixed.I just pick up my car and they did an amazing job, very professional in all aspects.If I ever need any type of service I m going to be taking my car to them and Yes I will recommend Fix Auto Moreno Valley to all my friends and family.Thank you very much Eli.

I was happy with the repair of the vehicle, but in the past when I've had my vehicle repaired here, they have washed my vehicle afterwards. This time, my vehicle was delivered dirty. Otherwise, I appreciated them keeping me informed on the repairs and also keeping communication with my insurance company. I was in an accident and my insurance company directed me to this repair shop. I found it convenient due it being local to me. They called me on Friday to inform me my vehicle was ready after 10 days of it being in the shop. Trust me I m not complaining about the time as it was relatively a fast repair. Fast forward to today Monday I go pick my vehicle the bumper is hanging off back lights are not installed properly and the messed part is that they actually wanted me to take my vehicle in this condition. My husband refused to take the vehicle off their property in the condition they left it in. They said it be a 25 minute wait it s been well over an hour and now I m stranded at the car rental place and my husband is still waiting for them to fully complete my repair. Inconsiderate and unreliable is what fix auto is.
