If your looking for a spot to get your Ac System fixed on your vehicle then look no further and call Joe. Joe was very friendly and explained everything they were going to do to fix my Ac system just in time before my Vegas trip. My Ac works even better than it did before it failed. Joe is definitely experienced, honest and provides exceptional service. I went to another car mechanics to check the reason why my engine light is on; they listed several codes and showed me an estimated price 5k. While I wanted to double check so I came here for Joe. He simply replaced the MAF for and it resolves all the other side issues. The total cost is 300 for me. Really appreciate the service!!!

Joe runs the best auto repair shop I ve ever been to. He is friendly, funny, and a master at diagnostic and repair. I brought my Subaru in to check for leaks and Joe and his team quickly brought me in, identified the issue, and began repairs. Where Joe s service really shined was when the auto parts store was not responding to his calls to order transmission fluid, so he sent one of his guys to get it! Came back in 15 minutes which could have been a 2 hour ordeal. Definitely coming back for future repairs and would recommend 11 out of 10 times. Thanks Joe!

Love this place !Not the fact that my car needs work but having a trust worthy place to take my vehicles when the work is needed. They are a honest and reasonable business. The owner is a great guy and very kind, I ve been doing business here for 10+ years and he still doesn t mind if I don t remember his name.

I've been coming here with my mom for years. What I appreciate the most about Joe is he's a very honest person. His heart rests well at night because he knows he does good business. We are very loyal to Joe and can't see ourselves going anywhere else. There's no way.

When they fix something it's fixed and the work lasts! I never worry I'll be back in a few weeks with the same problem again. Joe's customer service is 1st rate and I always feel well taken care of. They take care of you here.

Went today to get my AC repaired, Joe and his staff are very polite and very professional. Joe was the one who did the repair himself and even gave me some tips on how to maintain the AC going cold. Need a repair? I would definitely recommend coming and I will definitely be back with any repairs that I will need in the future because Joe and his staff got your back!!!

My family turned me on to Joe. I m not very trusting of doctors or mechanics. I m very comfortable with Joe and have even recommended Five Star which is rare for me to recommend these 2 professions to anyone. Well Joe has the business of our whole family now. I visited Five Star today, and I completely understand why this place is reviewed so highly. Normally, when a company advertises "Free AC Diagnosis," it often means they'll have you wait in the lobby while they write up an estimate for replacing the compressor/drier/valve kit. However, Joe at Five Star is different. He spent an hour meticulously inspecting my vehicle with me to ensure he ruled out all possible reasons why my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold. After careful examination, he recommended a very reasonable and fair-priced solution: replacing my condenser.I am impressed with Joe's honesty and expertise, and I will definitely return to this shop for any future automotive needs. Moreover, I won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who asks for an honest and reputable auto repair shop.

I ve been coming here for YEARS ! And before I brought my own car my father brought his cars to this man as well. He has been the family mechanic for years and has always maintained his integrity and honest work. He stays jam packed with cars lined up outside the establishment because of his popularity but has still managed to get cars repaired same day! Regardless if your a walk in! EXCELLENT SERVICE 1000/1000 would recommend !!! Thank you Joe for your amazing service throughout the years!

Five Star is the Automotive repair shop that they say they are! Joe and his mechanics were friendly, honest, and professional they showed the root of the problem not just the price, and they did not make me fill like they were pushing me to the back of a line, instead they got right on top of the job and now my car is back on the road running like it was before I had a problem. I recommend Five Star anywhere I go!

I just want to thank Joe the owner because you were very nice in taking me in without an appointment or a courtesy call ahead of time before I showed up to check my son's car a/c because it wasn't working properly. Now, it's very hard to find a very good shop that does that and take care of customers needs. My son gets out of work at 17:00 and most shops close at that time, so he just don't have the time to go. But now, a/c is working great thanks to Joe. I'm sure my son, his wife and my grandson are going to feel the difference with the nice cold a/c. I highly recommend this shop because they really take care of customers. I'm a small business owner myself for more than 20 years, and this is how a great business should be running, ultimately, if you're in business, it's all about what customers needs because without customers, we get in trouble.If you need any repair on your car, come with Joe, give him the opportunity to serve you, you won't be disappointed. With my busy work schedule my dad was able to take my car in for a check up because my AC wasn t working properly. Joe was very helpful and explained in detail what the issue was. Now I have ice cold AC blowing once again. I would highly recommend checking this place out for great service.

Best shop in the IE. Came in not knowing what was wrong with my car. Joe was able to identify the issue and fix. Best prices best service. No need to go any where else they do everything. Greatly appreciate the help I received from this shop. Car battery s cords gave out down the street from their shop. I called them and they offered to drive to me and give my car a jump and do a free diagnostic. They quickly identified the issue, replaced failing parts and got me out of there fast.

Five Star diagnosed my Service Engine Soon light by staying 30 minutes past closing time. Joe, the owner, ordered the parts and his mechanics began working on my car the next morning. The car runs great again, the price was fair, and the repairs were completed on the same day. I will go back to Five Star for my future car repairs.

All the other 5 star reviews didn t let me down! Joe and all the guys were wonderful. Squeezed in a quick diagnostic for me before they closed then they had me in and out within an hour the next morning (replaced my steering pump). Great prices, won t try to up sell like other auto shops. Will always come back here for car issues.

Decided to go to this place based on the start rating and did not disappoint! Took my truck in to repair AC, the owner was very friendly and explained everything step by step. Came to this shop after looking at reviews for several other shops in the area and decided on 5star. My truck needed a new transmission and this shop had pretty good reviews. Upon coming to 5star, I met the owner Joe. He came across very honest and trustworthy. I left my truck in their hands. MY TRUCK NOW RUNS AMAZING!!!! I am so grateful to Joe and his mechanics Gus and Charbel! Great work guys! I will definitely return for any future needs! As a woman, it is hard to find a shop you can trust. Found Five Star online with great reviews, so decided to give them a try. So glad I did. It's hard to find honest, caring and fair priced mechanics who know what they're doing. We were shown exactly what the problem was very quickly. My car was making a scraping noise in the front wheels. I did need brakes and rotors. Although it was a Friday, they were able to get the parts and do the repair the same afternoon. We even got a warranty which you don't always receive. Great service!
