Showed up at 3:50PM and was turned away due to being end if day even though they dint close till 5pm but I saw 3 employees sitting down and open bays. Just needed a car inspection for Uber and they didn't want to do it. Been a long time customer with firestone and today I will no longer be going to them any more after this experience.

I've been getting my oil changed there for about 18 years now and I love their service... but sometimes when they've finished and pull my car into the parking lot the forget to lock it back !!!

Sent my girl here to get her tires replaced. Made an appointment for 10am and it took them 6 hours to replace all 4 tires. If you're planning on coming here then make sure you don't have any plans regardless of how early you arrive with an appointment.Lastly, buying 4 tires you're supposed to receive "free service" this being an alignment check. Well they didn't give one and when asked they said to come back another day if you're having problems.

Bad experience, female advisor (red hair/glasses) has no patience or customer service, keep rolling her eyes & made irritating faces, took my tires and business somewhere else !!

Service was very good, I appreciate them helping me change out two of my tires. Service was quick and the people were nice. The only thing I would recommend is if you make an appointment to get any tires changed, ALWAYS call ahead and make sure they have the tires you want because they don t check their appointments that are automatically confirmed I guess inventory isn t always updated so you might have to go back another day once the tires are ordered or you just have to get different tires you didn t really want.I love my tires and I ll definitely come back to purchase again

Was just in there over an hour.And nobody even looked at my car, but all standing out in the Bay. Just talking and using foul language. Which very is this Disrespectful to your customers?

Always get the job done right, and at a decent price. They also don t try and upsale you to burn through your money. They actually recommend what is best.

I gave them a 1 so I could make a comment don't go to them they have bad attitudes I had a appointment. They don't like black people a white guy came in and they took his car in right away to have a oil change just like me so if you are black they will treat you like you are nothing so beware of this place

Hit a pothole about a week or so ago. This Firestone location was nearby and replaced the tire. The tire has been setting off the TPMS (and leaking to about 10 psi) and I've been having to refill the air about every other day. I work two jobs, called and asked if they would be able to remount it before showing up to work (night shift). They told me they were busy and I could drop it off some other time. You would think Firestone would be eager to fix their mistake, but it seems prior customers are low priority. I'm baffled that the tire was incorrectly installed and they didn't seem to care at all.2/15/2023 - I was contacted by a manager at this location and was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. They fixed their mistake. I'm glad they were willing to resolve the issue, but it still was quite the headache for me to have to put air in my tire daily for about 2 weeks because they had no appointments, or gave me haphazard excuses before my complaint. The manager "Jesse" was very kind and felt genuine.

My son took his truck to hemet Firestone, they replaced reservoir assembly. It overheated the next day it overheated in Moreno Valley. He took it to Firestone in Moreno Valley. They did diagnostic and determined the reservoir was leaking. They replaced it and charged him again, not using warranty. They charged him another 500 dollars. They didn t honor warranty which Hemet gave him a month ago. I called them and they said they replaced assembly and that s not the reservoir. The receipt said reservoir assembly was replaced. Hemet ended up giving him his money back that Moreno Valley should ve done. The manager told me she wasn t there yesterday and didn t know what they did. So I guess yesterday there wasn t a manager there. Very poor service and I will never go there again and either will anybody I know.

Made an alignment appointment for the 28th @ 11am the day before, I arrived 10 mins early to check in and was told they will get to it about 2pm and should be ready by 4pm!Alignment jobs only take about one hour at most and I told them that I had an appointment @ 11am, they told me just because I have an appointment doesn t mean that they re gonna drop everything for me to work on my car, that they ll get to it when they get to it!I thought that s what an appointment means

They were very nice and took care of what I needed right away even though I came at last minute before closing with no apparent. A bit expensive but very accommodating. Ok, that was then and this is now, 5 months later. I was extremely disappointed and disheartened today when I stopped there. I just got out of the hospital after almost 2wks and my car had a flat tire. I am disabled and can't walk. They told me they could not help me cuz I couldn't get out of the car. I was in tears and did not know what to do. I had no money but I did have my Firestone credit card which was good for $1000. I left and ran into tire choice. I took a chance and stopped. They said no problem. Pull around and we will take care of you and they did just that. I was so very grateful and just kept thanking Carlos for having such compassion. If only more people had a heart like his!!! And to top it off, he didn't even charge me. He fixed the tire manually without having to pull it in the shop. He literally saved my life. The one good experience with Firestone and now this is the second bad one. No more Firestone!!

I made an 8:30am appointment to get an alignment and a tire rotation. Upon seeing the condition if my tires I decided to get 2 new tires. The guy at the check stand gave me a price and I agreed. After waiting about 3 hours I saw that they took my car out so I asked them if it was ready. They said that they completed the alignment but were waiting for the delivery of the tires. Nobody told me that we had to wait for them to be delivered. They finally told me that they should be there at 12:45 pm. At this point I had wait about 4 hours so I decided to wait. At 1:30 I told them that I couldn't wait any more. I was in their office for FIVE hours!!!! Over priced and the service is appalling. They only have one service technician on site.

Just a bad experience overall. Been here twice and the service is just bad. Got a heavyweight man that doesn't look like he wants to help at all and generally just looks tired. This last time I was there I tried to get some tires sent there from a different store. They were supposed to order them the night before and when I showed up the guy told me "he thought I was gonna be there in the AM to confirm". They basically just look like whatever you may need from them... they CAN'T help you with it. Tire Choice on Hemlock is the spot check them out!

Usually a great place & professional. Sometimes takes a while for services to get done, bought 5 tires here no problem. Last 2 days I've had trouble getting them on the phone & then was asked to come in person and make a deposit for a tire from a Brian, which wasn't required last time nor any other time I've ordered a tire. Seemed difficult this time around to get a tire so I'm ordering from elsewhere.

Try to rip you off charging double for no reason haha or maybe the employee doesn't know what he was talking about. Went there for a service I got before and tried to charge me double, insane.

The manager seems to have an attitude problem. Twice he has something to argue about when I've gone. Had the alignment done on my truck they left it worse, that when I brought it in. I've never had problems when the previous manager was there, but this new tough guy has got to go.

I went to the firestone on market Street in Riverside California to get an oil change I drop my car off at around noon they kept my car all night until the next evening I got it back around four in the afternoon and come to find out they never change my oil at all I ran an oil level test on my BMW and it came back low by minimum. Crazy Even charge me the $200 They said everything was OK. I then called the corporate office they sent me to the fire stone on Alessandro Street in Moreno Valley. I got my oil changed and park my car in my garage the next morning I walked out my whole garage or a good portion of it was full of oil I have an oil leak from the oil change so I called again and now I m waiting to see the outcome will keep posted. Oh I almost forgot the reason I knew besides running my oil level on my car is That the technician from the Alessandro firestone told me the oil was very dirty and very low and they probably did not get changed at all.

Would like to thank Antwone for his professionalism as he handled the front office today. He took the time to answer each person's concerns and questions. Was very busy today being most places are closed on Sundays. But he managed very well. I was very impressed. What a great asset to your company.Big thanks technicians Hector/Christopher also who does the hard work behind the scenes. Work well done too! One satisfied customer here.

I got a flat tire on 9/24 and had to use a tire sealant to make it home. I took my tire in to Firestone on 9/27 and explained my situation. I disclosed the fact that I used a tire sealant, and was told by Michelle that it wouldn't be a problem to repair. I even included it in my Notes section when I made the appointment.I picked-up the tire on 9/28 when I was told it was ready. I checked the tire pressure before putting it back on the car. It was at ~45 psi, presumably to check for leaks. Additionally, they didn't return the valve cap. I called them back that day to tell them about the tire pressure and the valve cap, which they set aside for me and I was able to pick up on 10/4.Unfortunately, I noticed that the tire pressure was not holding on 9/30 and 10/1, losing about 3psi/day. I returned the tire on 10/4 for repairs, and then I received a call from KC that they cannot repair the tire because of the tire sealant.I told KC that this is the 2nd time the same tire was in for repair, and that I disclosed the fact that I used the sealant the first time. If the tire was unable to be repaired due to the sealant, I should have been told the FIRST time I was there a week prior.At least she offered me a refund for my previous repair. My problem was not with the customer service. KC and Michelle were nice and responsive. My main gripe is with the technicians at the facility. There seems to be a training gap with flat tire repair that must be addressed, as it seems that all techs are not trained in the same manner. If there is this type of inconsistency with a simple repair, what other training opportunities do they have for major repairs?UPDATE 10/4I cannot make this up. When picking up my tire, I was told by the manager KC, that she and another manager, Jesse inspected the tire and found that it had actually NOT been repaired the first time! They couldn't understand it, and neither could I.They think that the tech may have inflated the tire to 45psi to maybe "hide" the fact that it wasn't repaired. But we're not really sure at this point. They gave me a refund for my first visit, and are not charging me for this 2nd visit. KC was helpful and did apologize for the inconvenience. But the type of service the Techs provided was surprising and disappointing knowing that this is a major chain.

Jessie is an AMAZING manager. I came in on Tuesday to have my breaks fixed and he helped me. I always bring my car to this location because they have really great customer service skills. Thanks Jess.

Horrible service!I had to go up to the manager Jesse and greet him myself and after doing so copped attitude. Very cut throat. I asked to have my back tire pressure checked bc it was stating its low, then made me move my own car to the back and wait.After waiting 20 min I called the office, placed on hold and said to wait someone will attend. Then someone came 5 min after. Made me move my car again, put air in my tire and I said ok is it OK? Or..? He said he put air in come back if it continues to see maybe if their is a nail in my tire?? Isn't that why I'm here now? I said can't you Check now?? he said go ask the manager to see if they have time..... I left! This is the worst ever!

Jesse the manager is awesome and very understanding also the other employees as well. All employees has excellent customer service and having a lot of patiences with a specific vehicle SSR (red truck). This vehicle has been in the shop for a few weeks to a month but overall this truck is running smoothly like if it was bought off the lot. Thank you so much.

The girl with totoro earrings was really helpful. But one of the texts drove my car backwards all the way around the building which I did not appreciate. And they didn't even check all 4 of the tires and fill them to the correct levels.

I would not even give this place one. I made appt online and specifically mention what needs to be done with the car but yet Jessie keeps telling me something else and it took almost an hr to do diagnostic and they were not even checking my car at all, they only had the car plug in for 10 mins and i didnt get my car for an hr. i was there watching them the whole time and didnt do nothing. and charge me $100..never trust your car to this place. such bad customer service.
