Got an oli change yesterday from this location for my Q3 Audi did not take too long . Representative Ivette very professional and a knowledgeable .Explained all my car needs and services cheaper than a dealership.Be back next month for new tires git an special going on Best prices in town .I had been coming to this place for about 20 Years

Discount Tire in Moreno Valley is the best in customer service and vehicle service. You can't go wrong with Marco and Yvette assisting you in the front. They are so friendly, accommodating, very thorough at explaining what needs to be done and extremely helpful. I had the best experience there and knew they're doing what's best for me and my needs. This place is honest and will not rip you off. In fact, they will see what all they can do to give you the best price possible. The vehicle service was quick and efficient. They had my car completed at the time I was told. It runs great! I can totally feel a difference now when driving my car. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you so much to Marco and Yvette for all your help and to the service guys in the back for all your hard work. It's greatly appreciated! You guys definitely deserve a raise! P.S. The music they play in the lobby is great! Love it!!

It was great until my car was hit and smashed up when the mechanic took it for a test drive. The mechanic was NOT at fault. They were awesome in helping me locate the person who took off after hitting it!!

Phenomenal Service Came in because my tire blew out on the freeway , Customer service was great and friendly and offered me service even though I had no scheduled appointment it was an emergency , and they had my tire I needed and very reasonable pricing love coming here for any tire or service needs.

I had a really great experience at this location. I made some calls to near by locations for a wheel alignment. This place was the closest to where I live and gave me a fair qoute. I stepped into the store and was attended to quickly. The employees there were very friendly. The service was done in an hour or so. Over all I am glad that I went and saved a couple of hundreds of dollars that I would of paid for at the bmw dealership.

I got one new tire and rotation alignment and paid 354.41I got charged for flat repair and wheel balance of 24.95Also it's March they didn't mention buy 2 tires get 2 free just there to fill their pockets.UpdateI went back today to get the tires for the buy 2 get 2 for free and they allowed me to return the original tire. The money wasn't returned but got 3 $50 certificates (original tire 146) . Ended up paying $246 for 4 tires.There are small fees for anything but it is what it is.So $600 total for 4 tires, and the alignment. Plus the 3 $50 certificates.I guess they did the best they could but partly it was our fault for not knowing about the March promotion and getting it originally so they had to do double the work.So make sure to search the promotions first then bring it up because they probably won't.

I recently had my truck's alignment done at Discount Tire & Service Centers, and I couldn't be more pleased. Despite the challenging alignment issues my truck presented, the skilled technicians (shout out and Thanks to Anthony) at the shop tackled the job with expertise. My truck now drives straight as an arrow, and Evette's professionalism and the way she is on top of everything made the entire experience positive. Highly recommend!

My husband took my 2007 Chevy HHR in to have new tires put on, an alignment and an oil change. Upon inspection of the car the mechanics found that there were major issues with the suspension system and rather than just telling my husband that these other things needed to be done, they actually brought him back to where the car was and showed him exactly what it was they had found and explained why it would not be safe to drive it the way that it was. We ended up spending a lot more and then what we initially were going in for, but luckily they had a very easy and simple payment plan that we could do so we weren't having to come up with such a large amount unexpected. My husband said that he feels 100 times safer driving the car now that we got the suspension system fixed instead of just new tires and an alignment. Thank you to Yvette and the mechanics at Just Tires for helping us.

Great service, the manager was awesome. She gave me different options for different price ranges and took me back to show me what each tire looked like. For a company with the word discount in their name, it s truly not discount service.

My tires were going bald. So I went to Discount Tire here in MoVal. Yvette took good care of me. She made sure I had the right tires and the right tread for my commute. She also recommended me to get new breaks. I love the service and will be bringing my business here

Something wasnt right with my tire it was leaking air and not allowing air to be put inside the tire. I went to pep boys first the guy was condescending telling me i am not putting air in my tire correctly and said I would have to wait 4 hours for them just to look at it. I left and went here and within walking into the shop I was out of there in 6 minutes with a new valve and air in my tire. They were welcoming and nice and quickly went to figure out what was going on and found the valve was bent. They replaced it and put air in my tire all for free. It was the customer service that did it for me. For sure I'm going back to them!!!

Thanks for their advice my car feels like new . I thought something was wrong with the car but the wonderful lady suggested to get the front in alignment , let me tell you it was jacked up . Reason was I was only going to buy 2 tires because it was feeling terrible , I didn't trust driving it much & the two front tires were really bad , I did a hydroplane during the rain . So right after they installed the tires & alignment it felt like a different car love it , once again thank you guys for the heads up ,

I have a 2024 Chevy Trax. Had a notification that one of my tires had low pressure. This was about 2pm. Called Discount Tires and asked if they had time to do a nail in tire repair as they closed at 330pm. He said no problem so I got there about 230pm and was done by 3pm. The best part was no charge. Thank you very much.

Marco and Yvette are the Beez Neez, They are the most wonderful people I have come across in The Auto Mechanics Business, They always treat me like Family, When I call they Know my Voice and call me by Name, I have never been treated so Well as these two have treated me!!!They always give me awesome deals on Whatever my car needs, ! I have been a Customer at Moreno Valley Discount Tires for over 5 Years, They have never over priced me, They always take time to listen to my needs, And even when I requested that I may need services to my car,They didn t take advantage of me, They said hey Donethia, your car doesn t need that and we re not gonna tell you it does just to take your money, Their always showing me ways to help me with my car needs. I love these 2 Wonderfully Awesome People, They deserve A Very generous Raise in my Opinion. MARCO AND YVETTE, Are The ONES

My car is very problematic, so I came here and Yvette and her team were so helpful! I ve had to come a few times, and everytime everyone was very friendly and they helped me a lot. I will be coming to this location for everything now, I had a great experience!

Felt a bit ignored when I went in to get air in my tire. Had to wait awhile, then the person putting the air in just approached my car didn't even acknowledge me but I had to speak to tell him what tire had the issue. I was then told the tire was flat maybe due to the cold weather. Even had to ask the guy to look and see if there was something in my tire. Just not a good experience for me.

Went in to get my car checked out for new tires and alignment.Yvette and Marco were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what it need. They do a full inspection as promised and found other things. They both worked hard to give me a great price and great parts. I got my car back and it runs and feels brand new I would recommend this place. As for Yvette or Marco

They did a fantastic job they diagnosed my brake problem fast and request the part fast a got it in 1 hours so got the repair fast. Changed my oil while I waited for a descent price.
