When you take your vehicle there with an issue they will check to verify the exact problem causing the issue. They explain what the problem is and what will be needed the resolve the problem. Very fair pricing. Finish work at the time given. I have heard them tell clients the extensive work other mechanics have said is neccessary was not and only do the work neccessary to correct the issue causing the clients problem.

I ve been to this shop a couple of times and my past experiences were decent. However, my last time at this location was not good at all. I took my vehicle to get my rear brakes changed. When I went to pick up the vehicle and left their facility, I felt a weird vibration/shaking as I pressed the brake. I wondered if it would go away. My wife then drove the vehicle the next day and without me telling her about this shaking, she complained to me that she didn t feel safe because she felt some type of shaking when pressing the brake. Now, before we took the vehicle in to get the rear brakes changed, there was no vibration, no shaking at all. It was only the brake sensor sound that we heard. So, obviously the actual brake job had something to do with this new issue. I then took the vehicle back to the shop and had Jesus drive the vehicle with me and he felt the same thing. He said that I would have to bring it back so that they could check out why this was happening now. I asked him if the vehicle was test driven after the new rear brakes were installed and he said that it was not. So I took the vehicle back a few days later due to their shop being closed on weekends and having to work around my work schedule. I ll make a long story short by skipping to the best part. Initially I was told that my front brakes and rotors were fine and now my rear brakes and rotors were fine too. But after they examined the vehicle because of the vibration, I was then told that it may be the rotors and that would be an additional $380 to change. But keep in mind, I never felt this vibration until I drove my vehicle away from their facility. I feel taken advantage of and I can no longer trust Chris and Jesus.Service: Brakes

This mechanic is such a blessing to the community of Moreno Valley. I was stuck with a dealership which was charging me way over market price for repairs and the good people here did a re-evaluation finding that many repairs were not warranted. I was able to get repairs done much more efficiently. I am so happy to have a car that is paid in full and I have been trying to save myself from a car note. This mechanic has done a lot of service to keep my car running smooth to handle my worker needs including independent contractor driver and civil engineering consultant. I have been bringing our cars here since 2003. Javier is honest and fair in his prices. As a woman, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of here. Javier takes the time to explain the problem and the repair. He also keeps the old parts to show you their condition. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Just got my brakes done and really appreciated their honesty and quick work. Their price was less than another estimate. So great customer service, fair prices, and a guarantee of quality work. This is the best shop I ve found in Moreno Valley.

Would absolutely recommend. Had a general maintenance check done here, which is a service that could easily result in somebody ripping me off. Chase Auto Tech was upfront and transparent about what services and parts needed replacing, and they fixed everything fast. They went through each service when I picked up my car and showed me in my own car what to keep an eye on and how to replace fluids, etc.

Came up from San Diego and noticed my car was shaking due to an improper wheel balancing. Walked in the door and we talked over my car issues, what they recommended to do with reasonable explanations as to why, and detailed prices. Great communication all the way through. In the end, they gave me a breakdown of what they did and how they fixed it. Very pleased.

First time here and definitely will be back! Great friendly service and reasonable prices! I've watched the gentleman at the front desk engage everyone who walked through the door with a smile. He is extremely polite and well knowledgeable! Made me feel like I've known him forever!!

I discovered Javier and his business Chase Auto Tech Repair years ago.I have been taking our vehicles to him for more than 5-years.I find him to be consistent in his follow-up, diagnosis and prognosis of needed repairs.He has worked on our Honda, Lexus and both of our Chevy Trucks.Before I met Javier, I was a believer in taking your vehicles to a mechanic that specializes in a specific brand of car... but he has changed my mind as he is competent in his diagnostic while still being lean in his pricing compared to those specialized mechanics.This is a Trustworthy shop that I'd recommend to anyone.

My family has been coming to Chase Auto Tech for years. It is hard to find an honest mechanic, but Javier has been nothing but honest and fair with costs. My family and I will continue to come here as long as they are in business

Chase Auto Tech & Javier are amazing. I've had them work on all of our cars for over 10 years for both maintenance and repairs. They have always been fair, trustworthy and the work is done correctly.

Had a tricky a.c. issue with both worn out parts, and an intermittent wiring issue. Jos�, Chris, and the entire shop were great at diagnosing and fixing the issues, and the pricing was very competitive considering all the work they had to do. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back with any other issues.

These guys are legit. If you care about your car come here. The alignment tech(Guzman) is a master at his craft and takes the time to thoroughly explain what he is doing to your car.
