I only brought my car in for a estimate. Estimate was good so I'm going to have my car repaired there. I've been with this company for many years. Never have I had any regrets. Service is always friendly. And they do a very good job in fixing my car and never give it back to me until it's fixed the right way. I give them five stars because they earn it.

Wonderful Fast service! This is my second time taking a vehicle to this Caliber location. This company hits every aspect of what makes a great business! Their customer service is phenomenal! It is truly stressful having to deal with car repairs, especially after an accident. Arriving to the location, I was a bit upset still about my vehicle; but I left with reassurance that my vehicle would be in good hands. The communication process is excellent. I received an update through every step of my repair. My repair was done over a week before expectation date and looked good as new! Upon leaving the location, I was given a thorough rundown on overall repairs in a way that I could clearly understand. They even cleaned my vehicle! 10/10 service! Hopefully I do not have to come back for any future services! But if i do! Caliber would be my first choice!

The Service was good and the staff were polite. My car was returned a day or two after the due date because of the holidays but that is not the issue. My issue is that I feel my car was driven more than it should ve, both front seats were reclined as if somebody was taking a nap in the car and it looked like somebody had flipped through it. Also My husband had his spare work boots, and I had spare pants that were taking from my trunk.This just gives a sense of dishonesty!

I have been very fortunate in a couple of the most unfortunate times with my car, working with Jessica and Caliber Collision, with the last visit just a few weeks out of completion.I got my car back and couldn't be happier. You would never even have know I was in an accident. Looks like she did straight from the factory.I highly recommend Jessica as she definitely knows her stuff, and is very attentive to details and my pestering phone calls.Thank You, CC and especially Jessica for a great experience.

Caliber was fantastic from walking in the door to delivery of my vehicle. My service advisor, Murdock was just awesome! I worked in the Auto Glass industry for over 20 years and I was familiar with their work. I never thought I'd need them myself but they more than delivered.

I use this company to repair my vehicle after being an accident. The repair was Excellent and the turnaround time was very minimal. Great Customer Service , but highly recommend this company.

Our representative Brian was great. We only called once to verify something. We emailed a time or two, and we got a phone call back quickly. Took longer than I cared for, but I can't control parts arrival time

Caliber of Moreno Valley Rocks. They always get done early and they never over promise. They do an excellent job. Both accidents were true accidents hit from behind and another car side swiped us. Galliher gets it done!!

Fernando Fernando Fernando made this experience bearable and easy. He informed me of every detail in regards to the repairs to my vehicle in a timely fashion. Fernando is polite and professional. He definitely exudes excellent customer service skills On top of this I had the pleasure of meeting another associate Murdock who helped me close out my invoice and complete the inspection on my car. He was beyond amazing, cheerful, helpful, informative, and kind. Murdock was definitely a breath of fresh air to say the least. Caliber Collision exceeded all my expectations:)

Amazing service from Jessica. If you're not dealing with her don't bother! She was the reason I went there and she was the reason I stayed there for the body work on my car. She was professional she made me feel comfortable and she had the answers I needed for the questions I had.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I left my garage door opener twice once in my car and again in the rental car that I was able to drop off at the repair shop. Both times I called and when I went to go pick it up It was sitting at the front desk waiting for me. I was able to grab and go! My car was ready for pick up on Saturday however I had plans and My service advisor Jessica was kind enough to come in on her off day on Sunday for me to pick up my car and drop the rental off! They also have good coffee and stale popcorn in the waiting area. The only thing I thought they would wash my car before returning it back to me:Service: Body & Trim

This is my first experience with this body shop. We were stressing out that our vechile would be totaled. But nope! Sometimes miracles are just good people with kind hearts. That's exactly what we experienced because Robert did his best to provide all the best repairs and stay in contact with us with texts and phone calls. Everything was top notch with the repair to our vechile. Everyone we encounter was so polite and very helpful. I highly recommend this body shop.

Normally the shop performing the service deals with the insurance company. Calliber had me being the middle man. They would send me pictures and the estimate and I'd have to send it to my insurance. I felt this was highly irregular. Also during the process id have to ask for updates, otherwise i wouldn't hear from them. The work was fine.Service: Painting

Jessica did a great job with keeping me up to date, and the shop itself speaks from the work. I had got into a bad accident, the car was able to fix it relatively quick while also making it feel new.

Caliber Collision is truly the very best among this type of business. They had to correct what another shop miserably failed at repairing. Their professionalism left us without any worry, concern or lack of understanding the process to completion. They absolutely care about your over all customer experience! Had a ding on the rear corner of my car. Insurance sent me to this place. Service was really nice, and they were able to fix my dent in a timely manner. They did a great job repairing it
