Thank you Mike! We were on a family road trip and our vehicle broke down. We pulled into Budget Auto and they were extremely kind. The auto advice was spot on but the human kindness was amazing. They let me kids roam their waiting area, offered us snacks and waters all whole we figured out what to do. It is refreshing to find customer service like this.

I drive a truck and it is always very hard to trust any mechanics because they never tend to do an honest job. I had a buddy of mine recommend this shop a while back. I recently needed the front end suspension of my truck re-done because of a previous bad build. I was greeted by Mike and he asked what i was looking for. He then proceeded to help me with pricing and even introduced me to the suspension tech who was going to be handling my vehicle. It gave me such a relief to know what was going to be done to my truck step by step. At the end of it all, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the result of how my truck drives.-ProComp 2.5 lift front shocks-ProComp rear shocks-4.88 rear diff regearing with truetrac diffrential

I often don't do reviews but this is worth while doing it. Originally I wanted to take my 2019 Tacoma to 4WP to get a bunch of major work done to my off-road truck but one they're always expensive and two most of the times these guys really don't know what they're talking about but someone recommended me to go to Budget Auto repair and I'm not going to lie at first I was a bit skeptical since it's a auto repair shop not specializing in off-road suspension but I got to say that turned around real quick Mike was very professional and suggesting me on pricing and had one of his expert mechanic (Pablo) suggest me on what I wanted to build on my truck he went to fine detail on telling me what kind of shocks to install how much weight was going to be added and even down to what size of tires. all I have to say is that in the end this shop did not let me down at all I will definitely be coming back for more work and if there's anybody out there who wants to get a budget build done and still have the best quality of work done this is the place I highly recommend!!!!!

Great service. Came here for a second opinion after being quoted 3k for labor to fix my problem. Thankfulness I was able to get my problem fixed and also a few other things serviced for only a third of the price here. I really appreciate Budget Auto Repair not taking advantage of my situation. They totally fixed my truck and didn't charge me extra.. I only paid $89 for the diagnostics and inspection of the problem. I'm very happy with their service and expertise and will go here again for any auto repair issues in the future. I highly recommend this place and I'm a very happy customer. Thank you!!

A family member referred me to BUDGET , Moreno Valley, for routine maintenance of my 2018 Buick Encore. I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff there. Most importantly, the full service was almost half of what I last paid for the same service at my dealership. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity to impress you as they did me.

Mike and Adrian helped with my quite a few things. I went in for an oil and battery change one day and got all new tires the second day. The staff were extremely helpful and potlie. Trust worthy as well! They even honored my coupon for an oil change that was originally 100 bucks down to $60.00.Overall I am completely satisfied and will only be taking my car here from now on. Thank you for the great service. 100% recommended this place. Plus they have great coffee in the waiting room.

Unfortunately my experience this time was very unsatisfying and unpleasant. I took my vehicle in for several service requirements. Right off the start I felt that they were overpricing their services. After the work was competed I checked the oil in my car and noticed that the oil seemed old and not clear as it would be after am oil change. I brought this to the attention of the representative Jose and his response was unprofessional and demeaning. He said "well, we could change it again for you and you could watch them while they do it". I found his response uncalled for. The other issue i had was with break job they did. I had them replace the breaks because they were making a grinding noise. When i picked up the car, they said it was ready to go. I drove it and the noise was still there. I had to take it back and they worked on it again. They called me again with an explanation that something was loose. I returned the next day to pick up my car and I asked if they test drive the car after every repair and they said they did. I did not believe them. Then before i leave the place, i decide to check under the hood to inspect the radiator they worked on and find a cap missing from the break fluid container. Returned to the office and informed Jose about it. He said he would talk to the mechanics about that. Ultimately, my advise is to make sure they really pay attention to what they are doing. And not over charge for labor fees if the work is not completed properly. Its not easy to take time off to go back and forth to make sure the services are done right.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Mike was super helpful. Went in for an oil change. They changed the oil and inspected the car. Mike gave great advice on things that needed attention now (the battery was corroded) and what may need attention later. I've been taking my car to Budget Auto Repair for the past few months and I've always been happy with the service I've received. Mike and his team are always friendly and helpful, and they take the time to explain what's wrong with my car and what they're going to do to fix it. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I always feel confident that my car is in good hands when I leave it at Budget Auto Repair.Today I received a text message advising an oil change price special and it just so happened that I needed an oil change. Mike was able to get me in for oil change right away with a short wait and at a great price which I truly appreciated.I'm really glad that I found Budget Auto Repair. AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COSTSSUpdate on my review because the issue was not that my warranty was not covering it it was because they charge me about $200 for a diagnostic and then told me they cannot find the problem and they will have to drop my Engine to look at the lines which would cost another $600 and since I took it on a Friday that would mean I would have to leave my car the whole weekend without them working on it but when I took it to another shop they said that s it ridiculous for them to have to drop the engine because MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS FOR EVAPORATED EMMISSIONS which had nothing to do with that. They didn t even check the gas cap to see if it was in good condition all they told me was that they couldn t find anything and that they ll have to charge me more. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I called for a auto repair quote and mike told me he would call me back never did I had my wife go in and get a repair quote in paper and mike just told my wife I ll call you later, mike your customer service sucks. Go somewhere more professional.

I was amazed at how amazingly the waiting room and bathroom were at it best cleanliness. Very well kept. & the staff was fast to help out. For my first time there I give this place not 5 but 20 stars, and at end Mike was so helpful and was able to answer my questions. The guy that did the oil change also was very polite and helpful, yes I will come back. Thank you for your well done work. Was my pleasure to meet ya ll. Thanks Annette a very happy customer.

I highly recommend. Budget Auto repair for their workmanship and honesty. I spoke to Mike on the phone and made an appointment for a transmission fluid flush. I was promptly taken care of when I arrived. After picking my vehicle up and drove home I checked the fluid level, not as clean as I expected. Returned to the shop and Mike verified my concern and made an appointment to correct this. The fluid was exchanged again to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Mike and the staff are honest friendly professionals who strive to meet their customers demands.Service: Transmission

I've finally found the Trust I was looking for in a car repair shop. I had my brakes and rotors replaced and car fully inspected. Very happy with the work and financial outcome, but it was the customer service that sold me. Mike was very professional. He kept me updated with messages and photos. He also provided me a ride to and from work as they worked on my car. I have another vehicle that needs trouble shooting repair. My representative was Mike. He was very friendly and instantly attentive when I walked in. The store itself was very clean and spacious. I liked the cold water and coffee machine for waiting customers.The two things I didn't appreciate were:1. They gave me a very bloated price first (over $100) knowing that I knew nothing about cars, then when I said something, they changed the type of oil and it came out to around $69 which was much more reasonable. As a female with no car knowledge, this happens a lot.2. The wait time was a bit long from my experience. It was about an hour wait and that was a bit hard for me since I hadn't been planning to sit there that long.I will say that they do a very thorough job on checking your car for different things from fluids to dents and that is texted to you and given a green (great), yellow (fair), red (bad) rating in a very convenient text message with easy to understand language and photos. Since they charge a bit over $40/hr for labor, I think that the work that they did was worth that amount and that I got far more than I usually do when getting an oil change, but it was definitely more expensive.Overall, I'll give it a 4/5 stars. It was an overall good experience, but it could have been better.Service: Oil change
