Been bringing are family's vehicles her for over 10 years excellent tires and service. Ralph and James are very fair and great to work with. Fast, responsive, friendly service service at a competitive price.

I took my truck in for an alignment and tire balance. When I initially got my truck back, the alignment was good but a few days later the cam bolts for the lower control arms came loose and my alignment was obviously complete out of wack. I brought the truck back, they realigned it but the steering wheel is completely crooked now. Long story short I have to have another shop fix it, wouldn t recommend taking my your vehicle there unless you want to pay again to have it done right

James, the supposed manager is a clown. Ralph always has the wrong information and has to backpedal. They are rude nasty and never get the job right Or on time. If you want your vehicle more screwed up, then what it was when you took it in. This is the place to go. There is no one over them, so they get away with this garbage. Let's all put this place out of Business. Run don't walk from this place

James was really nice and helpful. I came in for a tail light change and he was just great about it. Been going there for 3 years no problems and everyone has always been helpful.

Customer Beware!! I went here to get car ready for smog and oil change possibly change plugs and fix air bag light. They said it would be over $800 for plug and wire. Also another over $800 for a new radiator. Next another over $500 for seat belt sensor. I went and picked up vehicle and said only getting oil change they charged me $225 for that. Took vehicle to an independent mechanic today. There was nothing wrong with radiator or seat belt sensor. So to make a long story short they tried to add extra unneeded repairs to a female coming in alone.

I set an appointment that day and they got us in immediately at that time. We initially came in expecting to replace the tires, but it ended up being a simple repair upon inspection by their technician.

Bud's Tires is the absolute best. I was desperately trying to find a place that could inspect and repair one of my tires (which I suspected had a nail in it) in the middle of a busy weekend. After being turned away from Costco because they didn't deal with my type of tire (Continental), I found Bud's. Not only did they find the nail, they repaired it within a couple hours- amazing. Shout out to James for being awesome and helping us every step of the way. Couldn't recommend Bud's enough and will definitely be back for any other needs.

For years I didn't know they provided full auto service. They have always been very couteous and were great with my trailer and now car. It's great to be able to get service from an honest company.

New to Moreno Valley so have been wanting to find a reliable tire shop. I went in yesterday to get a tire patched and they did an amazing job. The employees there are great and I will be going there from now on!

Not your big store, in and out, see ya later kind of outfit. Competent, knowledgeable technicians, eager to answer any questions and help you find what you want, not what they want. Reasonable prices in a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely keep using these guys.

Had a great esperience. I got the 4 tire special that included an alignment and they actually honored it. Other places would have bs me but Carlos gave me the printout and would update me on the progress. I highly recommend this place over others because of their upfront honesty and great attitude. Just set aside a couple hours if you are gonna wait, no complaints here. Thanks guys. I will definitely be coming back for more tires

My car was leaking coolant and overheating, and I took it to Bud's Tires with the hope of my car getting repaired at a reasonable price. After diagnosis, I was told the leak was due to a crack in my radiator, and it needed to be replaced. The estimate to replace my radiator and do a system flush was about $700. Reliable and safe transportation is essential to me because my work commute is an hour. That said, I decided to pay for the service and trust that my vehicle would be safe to drive to work.I went to work the following week, and my car was overheating on the freeway, and I had to pull over in a very unsafe location, almost causing an accident. After I reported the issue to Bud's Tires, they instructed me to tow the car to the shop to get it reevaluated. After the second diagnosis, they stated there was ANOTHER leak and need to replace my water pump, left engine fan, and timing belt for an additional $1,000. I was surprised they refused to offer to fix the problem for free or issue a refund for the labor because they discharged the vehicle to me with the overheating problem unfixed.I am highly disappointed in the service, especially since I have been a customer for over two years.

I guess there was a change of ownership recently? They will not honor the lifetime alignment purchased at this location anymore. Change the name of the business is you're going to change up the business practices. I feel like they could have done something to remedy the situation, but they did nothing.

Came for rotors breaks. Car started making whining noise when I slowed down. Brought it back following week they changed breaks and said they upgraded them but the noise was still there. They tried to diagnose my car as having transmission problems and that's what was causing the noise. First of all how can they say it's my transmission without a proper diagnostic. The following week I took my car to a dealership to ask them what the noise was. $220 later turns out it was my breaks and rotors and the proportion and materials are causing noise against rotors. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I came I'm here again with proof that its their work that was defective. All of them are on lunch break at the same time and iv been here since 1030. After I get this taken care of I'll NEVER come back. I will be contacting corporate.

I have come 3 or 4 times here, and i have always gotten an upfront, straight and honest answer. Kent and his team takes good care of my vehicles and most importan, they also take care of my pocket by always giving the best, affordable options.True, it does take a bit of your time to have your vehicle serviced, yet that tends to happen when you are a good shop with reasonable prices. But in the long run, you get the best from them.I will definitely continue to bring my business and my vehicle service needs here.

I visited Bud's Tire Bros on March 16th to get some services done to my Honda Accord. I was greeted by Carlos who was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. They completed new tires, breaks, balancing and alignment and to my surprise was affordable. I've been to dealerships and other Tire shops where it's over priced and the customer service is not compared to Bud's Tire Bros. If you are in the area or not, visit Bud's Tire Bros for all your car needs. It's will be worth the drive and they won't disappoint. My car now runs they way it did when I first bought it. Thank you Carlos for taking care of my car needs. You created a loyal customer.

First off, I went in without an appointment for an alignment and only spent about an hour total. Robert did provide a professional recommendation and I spoke directly to the owner upon completion of the service. The owner went above and beyond in explaining the entire service. He also gave me a very competitive quote of full strut swap, which I am aware I need done. I will also mention that they do offer military discounts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Hey they are open on Sunday I got a brand new battery alignment and the price was reasonable & my car felt awesome afterwards. Trust me I'll be back & I just recommended them to my wife's friend . They attended a lady & couldn't help to hear , but to you women or men that don't really know mechanical things this is the place to go they won't try to sell you other things & they won't take advantage either .

Their prices aren t the best, but they are thorough and honest. It s hard to find a mechanic I can trust. I have been going to Bud s for years and they have always done a great job at a fair price.

EDIT: I've changed my review a bit. Recently, I went in to have a tire patched. Although the staff did a good job repairing my tire, I realized that they DID NOT put my fancy/special lime green valve stem caps back on, only to replace 3 of them with random, piece of junk caps. One wasn't even replaced. So, they essentially STOLE my nice caps. I realize that they're just valve stem caps, but, as a tech, you're supposed to put the customer's car back together, correctly. Now, if I have other options, I will debate whether or not to use Bud's again, and go with another shop, if I have other options. Their old crew in the work bays used to be pretty honest; I'm not sure who they're hiring now.I have been using Bud's for over a decade now. They do quality work, although the wait for repair is quite a while, which is probably because they're so busy. As far as price, they're comparable with most shops. I wouldn't call them overpriced.

I call at 10am, ask do they open. They said they will close at 3pm. Ask me bring another day. I already used to this answer but I usually only can find time on weekends, I keep ask them will they be able to help me alignment. They said just alignment is ok to bring in. I checked at 12pm, was told can get my car at 3pm. I ask them at 3:30 can you help me check my car, because I saw they already prepare to close up about three working spaces only left one open. That front guy really unhappy told me he is busy. I just saw he stand over there and two staff are cleaning the office. Although I ve been customer this store several years, I feel his service manner really need improving. I really like the store owner, I got his help once and feel no rush and was respected. Really nice old man. Hope he can be around his store site from time to time, he is my son s friend grandpa.

These guys are great. Been going here for over 15 years and never disappointed. They go beyond excellent customer service. Today I had tire problem. They checked it out and took care of it and didn't charge me. Just said "thanks for being a loyal customer". They got that right. Thanks.

I thought I had a big problem with my RV in the middle of a road trip, and Bud's was able to solve it for me easily. I can't thank them enough. Very friendly, very helpful, very good prices.
