These guys really took care of me, made the process effortless. After booking an appointment online they called me back and confirmed the type of tire that I wanted, I went in with my kids on a Saturday dreading a long wait with jumpy kids: dudes had me in and out in 45 minutes TOPS. Tires are the #1 safety device on your car, and these guys don't mess around.I asked for a nice summer tire for my dad style sports car, they delivered with a beautiful set of Hankook Ventus. My car has two different size tires front to back and they found matching treads for both. My car is literally twice as quiet as it was before and the tires are great, predictable, stable at high speeds and corners. I could tell that for these guys it was just another day, which put my nerves at ease as letting someone else work on my car is an anxiety inducing event. 100% I will be back here for the wife's car and my truck. Sure it's not the best area but WHO CARES because these guys are top talent for car care, not just tires. I drove 17 miles to specifically go here because they were the only tires shop that knew what I needed. Plus they are as close to the freeway as you can get, great location.

This Big O Tire shop is the best! Anytime I bring my car in I feel it is good hands! Work is always done in a timely manner or if they are busy they simply tell you a real wait time. Very professional service.

oil change tire rotation balance. Check the brakes. All went well. Rear brakes had to be replaced. Quick analysis professional approach identifying problem and solution.

It is VERY rare for me to write a review, but my experience at this store was above and beyond exemplary!I have an oddball car (Scion IQ) with an oddball tire size. Most places couldn't even get the tire size I needed, and the 1 that could was $40+ dollars a tire more than Big O.Big O had my tires in the very next day (A Saturday), 2 hrs earlier than what they gave as an estimated time. When I got to the shop, they brought my car in immediately. I was there less than 90 minutes all total for 2 tires and an alignment on a Saturday afternoon! Possibly the most painless repair work ever done on my car!Matt behind the counter is wonderful! I can't say enough nice things about everyone there! They genuinely care!

I've been going to this Big o tires for at least 15 years. Greg and his guys are awesome. The prices are great, their work is incredible, but best of all they stand behind their work. When somebody asks me about tires, brakes, or any other kind of automotive repair I always always recommend Greg's shop. Definitely the best place I've ever gone to have work done on any of my vehicles.

Greg and the crew at Big O Tires are awesome!! They always have great service, and are honest with you about the repair time as well as with any & all issues related to your car. I've been going to them ever since their original location on Alessandro Blvd. Whenever I can't make time to do repairs myself, this spot is worthy of my trust.

I've spoken w/both Matt N Greg, both are as I mentioned above & answered any questions I had which left me feeling comfortable & at ease. Would recommend to my family, friends & strangers.

This business is top notch. I dropped off my Honda Odyssey for a complete fluids change, rear brakes and a new serpentine belt. They took in my vehicle, and had it done by the end of the day. Greg, the manager, stayed after closing so I could pick up my car. No one does this. This was my first time having my vehicle serviced ANYWHERE other than the dealership (Moss). I can honestly say Greg and his team beat Moss in both service, value and customer appreciation.

I called this morning asking if they had any availability for a same day alignment check and they said I could just stop by today without any appointment. (First come, first served) I arrived and was greeted by Greg (very nice guy) who told me they could take care of it and it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. I was out within the time promised and I left very happy with this experience. I overheard one of the other customers who were waiting that they have been going to this location the past twenty years or so. That's definitely great to hear as I was also referred to come here by a friend. Thank you Greg and Mike!

Great service, friendly and professional technicians. I've been having my vehicles serviced here for a few years now; everything from tires to major A/C repairs. The prices are competitive and the work is done right the first time. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs tires and service for their cars.

I have been using this Big O Tires for about 15 years. Greg Hood and his team are fantastic, honest, and only do work you need. They have even turned down work and referred me to other places they thought could service my vehicles better when it comes to unusual issues and older foreign cars. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for scheduled maintenance and normal repairs.

This place is great! They always are honest about what needs to be done to make sure your car is safe. They stand behind their work and their tires. Greg is always friendly and very helpful. I have been getting my tires here for many years. I highly recommend it!

They're both reasonable and honest -- a combination rarely found in automotive repair. And busy (of course!) They open at 8 but I'm there by 7:30 at the latest because they do first come first served and I like to get out before noon on small or quickie jobs

Great customer service. Competitive pricing, but I have to clean my car after every service. Door handles/armrests are always dirty afterwards. The running boards on my truck are oil stained. They never make any attempt to clean up their mess or not make the mess to begin with.

First time here, will not be my last. Gregg and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and polite. Brought my Ranger in with a leveling kit, they got it on along with new tires in a day. Fair pricing, no pressure, just a down to earth quality shop. Thanks Gregg!

I have been going to Greg's shop for over 20 years. I keep coming back because I can trust them to do the job right, and at a good price. All 7 of my company and personal vehicles are regularly maintained mechanically as well as tires. I guess I might be able to find some backyard mechanic to do it for a few dollars cheaper but it's not worth it. I have never had an issue or problem with Gregs service or prices.

Slowest service ! called ahead as I was outside to see what the waiting time was, he tells me it s going to be within the hour for a tire rotation, and then walked into the door waited an hour, he cleverly informed me that two people just walked inside before me, and it s gonna take an additional hour to get done, so taking a total of 2 hours to do a tire rotation. The gentleman who helped me was not necessarily the nicest person and I felt that he should ve been more communicated with me; knowing dang well, I was the person that just called him asking him about the time and he had me wait there for another hour,to then lie about how two people just walked in ahead of me. Never going to this location ever again.
