We kindly request the attention of the public to reconsider engaging with the services offered by a certain establishment called "Big Dog icle." Unfortunately, I have experienced an incident where I took my vehicle to this establishment for some necessary repairs, only to later discover that they informed me about major problems with parts that had already been fixed less than a month ago. Fortunately, I had diligently kept all the receipts and my mechanic's warranty. It is essential for everyone to exercise caution and refrain from placing trust in this particular establishment. It is regrettable to say that they have been engaging in deceitful practices. Please exercise caution and avoid trusting this establishment, as they have proven themselves to be dishonest.

They are deleting bad reviews.... the community needs to be made aware of you SCAMMERS.This place tried to scam me recently. I have just gotten my car reconstructed with new parts only needed realignment. I came to this establishment to get it done and they ended up trying to tell us that my car needed work done on the exact thing I had receipt for just fixing. They also purposely tried wrecking the new part I had purchased to prove it was "broken". They handles the situation in the worse possible way got rude and aggressive I managed to have them let go of my car but now it's even worse then when I took it they loosened my wheels and now I have to get it in with my mechanic again. They are truly an establishment with no morals. Please be careful entrusting your vehicles in the hands of these scammers. They keep the price low to scan people into coming in and wrecking things that were not wrecked to begin with. I will be filing a report against this place I am very upset at the advantage you guys tried to take on me and my car.

Dario at Big Dog Tires helped me when I was two brutal hours from home over 4 freeways and my car wouldn't start. It wasn't the battery or the starter. It was something more complicated. It could not be done that day. So I was going to have to find a place to spend the night after just adopting a rambunctious big puppy at the Moreno shelter -- to save her from being euthanized. I was desperate and exhausted. Big-hearted Dario came through and got my car running so I could drive home!!! No charge. Just an act of kindness. I'm naming her Tornado. Because she is one!

These guys always do a great job for me. I used to live in Perris, but I have since moved to Fountain Valley. I trust them so much that I drive all the way back whenever I need have a service done. Hard working guys with very affordable pricing.

The best auto shop ever. if u have little money & just want 2 get on the road very affordable. If ur looking 2 spend money 4 perfection they do that as well. Very honest & friendly. They even took my car 2 their smog spot so my car will pass. Awesome customer service

Just got my oil changed with them and they did an awesome job.. they even checked my tire pressure and put air in them for no extra charge I'll definitely will be coming back to them.. they give you such great costumer service they make you feel really welcomed thank you so much you guys.. will definitely be recommending you guys to family and friends.

With all the shady mechanic there are around it feels good to have a shop that you can trust. For the past three years I've allowed big dog to handle the up keep of my vehicle and i have been a happy customer thus far

Well I took my 2007 dodge magnum to replace valve cover gaskets and prior to getting my car serviced I always keep a video of when I get my car serviced before and after well everything seemed to go wrong the gaskets that was purchased was missing one spark plug grommet then second I asked Dario to call me when its done I didn't receive a call so the I had to show up he said its done so I checked to sew if the old gaskets were changed yes they were I payed him now when I started my car ready to leave I noticed my check engine light was on so I told Dario because there was no check engine light on prior to being worked on he had the mechanic look to check for a code and it said number 3 plug misfiring I never had that problem so when replacing the part the had to work around the area of the plugs so he said he would fix it it took him all day to do this car but fixed it the second time in 45 min take everything apart and put back together impossible then there was no check engine light on he said it was fixed welli know about mechanics I just am disabled and can't do the work they unhooked the positive battery to turn check engine light off so I noticed when I was leaving my radio was on am nothing but static because that's what happens when you disconnect the battery I'm very displeased with Dario for letting his mechanic they to cover up the check engine light and say its fixed I will be heading back to him to fix it tomorrow very displeased

Let me tell you big dog tires saved my life one day and believe me i owe them big time, on allessandro and perris me and my wife started arguing while I was driving she decided to sock me in my eye so Iost control of the wheel and hit the curb so hard my tire flew off knowing I was on parole and wanted for abscounding and I had my two midgets in there crying their eyes out because they were scared daddy might go back to jail by the way the car was stolen so to make a long story short i quickly started looking for the nearest tire shop. I seen big dog tire shop it was like I seen heaven my wife the kids and I started running to the tire shop,I quickly explained to the worker by the way his name is Saul and he felt very sorry for me he actually started crying so he decided to feed my kids with top ramen soups and water.He took it into his own hands to help me out GAVE us room and board by the dumpsters where they keep all the used tires and decided to fix my car at no charge and decided to give us one year suply of tires and when he did that I stared crying my wife started crying my kids started crying I couldn't thank him enough so for all you people that want their cars fixed I recommend you go to big dogs tire shop God Bless Their Heart I'd like to give a special thanks to one of his workers I think his name was Robert.Because he baby sat my kids while my car got fixed I think were family now well I hope,I recommend EVERYONE out their to p.o.p your tires on purpose so that you can experience what I experienced and know what I'm talking about and so with that said you guys have a good day mention my name and you get a discount Mando lay!

For the women who take their car in to be serviced themselves--fear not, this place will not take advantage of you. They are always helpful and will do there best to save you $. Honest, fast and friendly.

Turned in my car to me in worse condition than when it arrived. Didn't even bother to drive it. How do you specialize in alignments and turn in a car that clearly wasn't repaired correctly?
