Staff was nice and the building was clean. Staff informed me after 45 min of waiting they couldn t complete my service because they didn t have rubber blocks to lift my car. It was expected that I had them. I have been to Big Brand Tire service in other locations and was never asked to provided my own.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I had theee tires that needed service and the staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and made a difficult situation with my tires not so terrible. Fast service. Jennifer, the Manager, is a pleasure to work with.

Blew out a tire and had to come in to buy a new one. The swap started right away and took less than 2 hours. Price was excellent. Highly reccomend to anyone who needs tire work

While on road trip, my alternator went out. Big Brand Tire fit me right into their schedule and I was on the road in an hour. Friendly and efficient service. Couldn t ask for better service. Thank you team!

I had a nail in my tire. The team fixed it for free and also informed me that my brakes were bad and fixed them the same day. Customer service was amazing!!!

I had bought a battery and the place where i bought it was not going to help me place it on my car, i had remembered there was an oil change place i had gone to and they were so nice and profeasional so i was like let me call them so they can help me. I called them and the gentlemen on the lobby desk was very nice and they helped me on that same day and i highly recommend this place. Im a woman and i dont know how to fix my car issues and i do have relatives that are mechanics but i dont like to ask for favors so i come here and i would recommend this to my fam.

Came here based on their good ratings and they didn t disappoint. Great customer service! Jovanni helped me and explained everything in detail. My car was done within 3 hours which is pretty impressive for being a walk-in on a Saturday morning. Car is sounding and driving better! Will definitely come back here for service in the future.

Went in to get my tire patched and they did it real quick! They were nice, got the job done in about 30min, and they don't charge to get tires patched and I just thought that was really cool. Places always charge something, but not them. Thanks!

Something has happened. Been coming here for years. But the upselling of unnecessary work to my vehicle along with flat out lying to my face, have made me question whether this business is still reputable and trustworthy. I hope things are turned around. Very sad to see a highly reputable MoVal business go down the drain. Management, if you care, time to retrain or monitor your crew for honest customer relations.

I bought 5 Tires and had a alignment done, great customer service. Waited for service could not believe how busy they were but got it all done in a timely manor. Identified several problem That will need to be taken care of later. No pressure or up sale just friendly polite service. Thank you Peter!!!
