The original body shop wouldn't touch my car until November 2023... they told me that in late August 2023. These guys not only had it done in 3 weeks but have it looking better than when I first purchased it 9 months ago as a 2 year old vehicle. Polite and courteous staff... Professionals with a lot of technical knowledge.

One hell of an experience, took in my avalanche to have the bumper replaced and quarter panel repaired. Not only was I met with the super customer service of Ms. Kayla Hudson but I was given regular updates throughout the entire process. She updated me for well before the insurance ever did. Got my truck back like nothing ever happened to it, and in case you're wondering, Kayla definitely knows her stuff!Thanks again Kayla

Hands down the best experience I've had at a body shop and unsurpassed customer service by Robert and his crew. Having a BMW approved body shop repair the damage was extremely important to me. It was awesome to get updates on the process, they were super quick with the repairs, and my car looked the same as it did the day I bought it. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you!!!

Excellent work done! My car looks great plus, it was all done in a timely manner and I had no issues with scheduling or my insurance. Definitely recommended. My collision consultant Kayla went above and beyond to keep me informed and that the work was completed on time. Thank you.

The staff at this body shop are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The shop sends text messages to keep you updated on the progress of your car. Theor work is excellent. I higglyrecommend this body shop.

I was recommended this place and drove in from out of town to have them do the work on my truck. The service from Kevin and Kayla was perfect. I was treated like family! Thank you all so much for your impeccable work on my truck, it's like new again!

Ben Clymer s has great customer service. All staff were informative and very friendly. The check in process was a breeze and they kept me posted on the status of my vehicle as it moved along. Ben Clymer s provided quality work in a reasonable timeframe. I had the pleasure of working with Sigi (collision consultant @ Moreno Valley ) and shots out to Melissa at the front desk Great people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred by Mercury Insurance and from the moment I walked in the door my experience with this business has been superb.The receptionist was very attentive and organized.I was assigned to Robert to take care of my vehicle and I have to say the work performed went above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle looks brand new.Communication is excellent, they sent me a text almost every day letting me know my car status and the work was completed on time as promised.I highly recommend the shop. They turned a bad situation into a great situation for me.

I never write reviews, but I have to for Ben Clymers. From the start, the entire process was AMAZING! Sigi was very thorough in explaining the damages to the car and keeping me updated during the process. Car looked like it never had been in an accident. It was perfect. This will be my go to shop if I ever need body work in the future. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately this business does not look out for their customers. They fail to honor something that they put in place with no expiration date on said item. I understand situations have an impact on people, but you fail to remember that your customers make your business thrive. I cannot trust a business that refuses to put the needs of the customer first. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

Hi just like to share my experience that I had with Ben Clymer s, the Body Shop , it all work out grate thanks to Kayla Hudson Collision Consultant , she was a really hands on in all aspects off getting my car done , I want to said to all out there if you have a problem with your ride wether is a small or big dent go see Kayla , she ll do good for your needs ,!

The best body shop I have ever been to. The gentleman Siggi and the front staff including Stephanie were so helpful to me. Anytime I had a question they were there. I wanted my vehicle back much quicker and they totally came through. It was absolutely unbelievable. The vehicle looks brand new with their spectacular job and they washed my car for me as well. Thank you again for everything Siggi, Stephanie, and staff.

I was Hit from behind recently. I work with my insurance and went through this body shop. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work, the car came out looking very good, everything works properly, the service was very good, they contacted me and had. Text an email updates on the status. There was a website link that showed the progress. Hey, even let me Store the vehicle while I was gone on vacation. Before I picked it up. Overall. It's a good body shop and I would use it again with no hesitation

I took my car to Ben Clymer s Bodyshop to repair a bad scratch. The service was great! Checking in was an easy process, they explained what they were going to work on and they texted updates while they were working on the vehicle. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They completed repairs to my mom's 2002 Dodge 2500 and returned it to her looking better than when she dropped it off. We were kept informed throughout the process and received it before the estimated completion date. Very satisfied and will recommend to friends and family.
