Bear valley alignment is my go to for all my automotive needs, It s a Christian family based shop with the friendliest service. They welcome you with a kind smile and great attitude and atmosphere. Their waiting area is always equipped with a fun movie, tea or coffee, (great selection) clean restroom and even a nice selection of magazines. They recommend repairs and prices while performing the services that may need a follow up on and it s helpful because they really do thorough checks. Friendly staff all around and my car was done quick and I didn t have to wait long. Very pleased and will always return, I recommend them to everyone after they were recommended to me from Toyota where I purchased my vehicle. It s a good sign.Service: Oil change

This establishment is highly recommended! They are professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done in a timely manner. My BMW required an alignment and gave me a discount with America s Tire recommendation. Their technicians provide services to both foreign and domestic vehicles, aside from just brakes and alignment. You won t be disappointed. Thank you!

Went in for an alignment and Alex mentioned I need new rear brake pads. Sure enough, when I got home and inspected the pads, they were thin! Thanks Alex for looking out for your customers! Great fast service too!

These guys are awesome, professional, fair, and do a great job. Anytime time I ever need something done with my challenger I come here because they always get it right the first time! I m a happy returning customer! Thanks Bear Alignment for the good work you all do! This is by far the best mechanic shop I ve ever been to and probably the best in all of Moreno Valley in my opinion.

Had an appointment at 1pm, didn t leave until 3:30pm. Only thing they did was an oil change and change my serpentine belt.The technician working on my car was doing a whole lot of nothing from the what I saw. Horrible time management from their part. Everyone that came into the shop after me left before me. I thought making an appointment was supposed to get you out of there faster.

They did okay work was not hard work but I didn't like there service they seem to find away to get more money out of me then should of just went in for a warenty claim told them not to do anything that it didn't cover but they still did change a bolt that they said was damaged but was perfectly fine they showed me and there was nothing wrong with it charged me 70 dollars for a boltmseem like they had to get more money out of me for nothing

Unfortunately in these difficult financial times I absolutely had to get a new set of tires for my car. I was getting my new tires installed when the installer came out to let me know that I needed a wheel alignment and referred me to Bear Alignment and Brake with a coupon . I proceeded to call and make an appointment for my wheel alignment service for the next day. The young lady at the front desk greeted everyone with a smile and by name, the environment was very clean and professional. No one tried to upsell me on any additional repairs or services (that was great!!). My car drove and felt like a brand new car again, it was so awesome!!! Thank you Bear Alignment and Brake

I found my car maintenance shop! They are so easy to work with and best of all close to my work and home! The first time I took in my car the lady was soooo nice enough to give me a ride to work while my car got worked on. If that isn't great customer service i don't know what is? Made an appointment through their website portal for the following morning and they were able to take me in and they fixed the problem that same day. A few months later came back for an oil change. They were able to do it in less than an hour which was nice because I was on my lunch hour and still made it back to work on time!!! Thank you guys for taking care of my car and I! See ya'll soon :)

Oh my god this place is a life saver. I was on my way to class and a recurring problem came back and I broke down near this place. One of their techs John I think came out to assist and they helped push it into their parking lot and did the repair. But it gets better, the problem was a simple bad connection when they explained it and another shop had just done replacement parts that were not needed. Earned a customer for life ;)

This is my 3rd time at this shop, I never had just bad customer service experience. I made an appointment, I arrived on time and was the only customer (first) of the day. As I walked in a few of their employees greeted me. I talked to the front desk employee Alexi who was very friendly, soon after I checked in, my car was sitting in the parking lot for 30mins. As I waited I check to see what was going on and noticed all of the bays were empty. A few of their staff were just standing around and chatting. I did noticed that someone else was cleaning the bays, so my I was "ok they are getting ready for the day" ok so if a business opens at a certain time, you would think they would be ready to go right as they open. As I sat their waiting for my car they finally took the car in after 30-35 mins. As soon as they took the car in it was no longer than 25mins I got my car back. As soon as I got home I called and asked for manager. As I talked to Chris I asked what's is the normal routine on a daily basis. I wanted to understand and give him the opportunity to explain why the car was sitting for 30minutes. And here is where he started with a lie " we had an oil truck delivery and it is blocking the bays" I saw the truck get their 35 mins after I got their. He then tells me "I don't know why we are arguing about we got the car within the hour that was stated" I told him I was never told it was going to take 1 hours. He never apologized and was used the truck delivery as an excuse. As a paying customer he didn't really seem to care what I had to say and simply just hung up on me. A simply apology would have been enough. Small businesses run off local customers, if you want their business please be more understanding. Put yourself in the customers shoes.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Bear Alignment in Moreno Valley. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The waiting area was clean, offering complimentary coffee and water, along with a TV playing a good movie. Chris Huante, the service advisor, made the process seamless he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.The repair took less than an hour, and I was pleased with the outcome. Beyond just alignments, they offer a comprehensive range of services, excluding tire sales. Being a family-owned business, they genuinely care about their customers. They even extended the offer of a loaner car, though I opted to wait and utilize their wifi while finishing some work.I'm looking forward to a potential collaboration with them and featuring their shop on our automotive YouTube channel, Ready Set Element. Alexis and the team at Bear Alignment and Brakes got me in and out in half an hour for a 2 wheel alignment. I used Groupon and was surprised how much was actually paid to the business. Will definitely go back and deal directly with the business.

I am currently traveling all fifty states door dashing. I had my fuel pump go out and had my vehicle towed to these wonderful people. They had me in and out in under 45 min. There prices were fair and they didn't try to sell me things I did not like aamco. The staff is friendly and the tech was good. I recommend these we guys. Fair and honest mechanics are hard to find these days so these guys get five stars from me. Be sure to check these guys out!!!

BAB accommodated a same-day appointment for an alignment and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Great friendly service and comfortable waiting room. When I called for alignment work on older car 2006 camery, The Lady on phone promptly told me schedule over phone, when I arrived, she was pleasant and remembered my call. Very good service and what I would call superior customer service. Completed alignment, and costs were honest.
