My motorcycle headlight went out and surprisingly David Hernandez was able to resolve my issue. I really recommend going to this location for any of your vehicles problems whether car, truck, or motorcycle David will do his very best to help. He was quick and knowledgeable I'd give him a better rating if possible, this business is very fortunate to have him on board and the customers really appreciate him.

I have a commercial account (home store is 4003) but I have had to purchase items at store 3742 (Moreno valley off of Perris Blvd) since its closest to my house. Not only did an associate (Daniel) not allow me to use my pin to get my commercial pricing on those parts, but he was very rude and said to buy the things with personal funds so I did. Then the parts that were purchased that he helped choose for me, were incorrect and I tried to return them but I had lost the receipt. I went in on 2/23/24 and Daniel was there so i tried to return them but he was rude and said he couldn't help and to go to my home store even though i purchased them at his store with my personal funds. Then he proceeded to give me attitude and disrespect me and say that he didnt like me as soon as i walked into the store. Daniel is very unprofessional and rude and I do not recommend him for anything. I spend thousands of dollars every month and get treated poorly.

This morning i had the worst experience. I woke up, got ready for work &, my car didnt want to start up (battery failure). I knew right away I had to purchase a new battery at my local Auto Zone store. I contacted them of my situation and these fellow members went above &, beyond to help me out. Definitely made my day, great positive attitude, &, team work. Thank You AutoZone, You Guys Made My Day!Definitely Recommend

This guy is too much. Can t help has so much perfume on that all I can do is sneeze when I get close enough to ask him a question and then he looks at me like I m crazy and wants to tell me I don t know have a good night. All I came here for was to get orange cleaner to wash my hands. How do you not know that. Good job AutoZone keep up the great work.

Manager David with glasses is pretty rude was very mean to me when trying to return an item. Refused to help me after selling a broken headlight bulb. Took my $25 and didn t want to help me. Very unprofessional. Had to drive at night and hour away with no headlight because he didn t want to help.

I shopped several auto zones looking for a spark plug wrench found a great salesman at the store on Perris & Red Gum near Home Depot..although they did not have the one I showed him, the guy called closest store and I paid for it, he said all I have to do is pick it up! Purchased a set of non-OEM spark plugs for my 2013 Infinity JX35, 6-cylinder vehicle. According to the counter person they are cheaper yet comparable plugs. I was going to replace the plugs myself. After buying the plugs I put the receipt into the bag with the plugs and tied up the bag. I never took the plugs out of the bag to look at them. However, after accessing the job I learned that the intake manifold needed to be removed to access the rear pugs. So, I went to a local repair shop to get them replaced. The shop manager recommended I get the OEM plugs, so I returned to the AutoZone store where I bought the plugs to exchange the plugs for the OEM plugs. Never looking at the plugs, I opened the plastic bag, took out the plugs and the receipt, and gave the plugs to the counter person and said I need to exchange these plugs for the OEM plugs . He looked up the plug and said we have the OEM plugs and this is the cost. They cost more. I said ok. Then he took the plugs I had returned, looked at them and called over a manager to look at them. The manager looked at me and said, You used the plugs, I am going to help you this time, but next time don t use the plugs . I replied, no, I have not used the plugs, I just want to replace them for the OEM plugs and pay the difference . He repeated what he said again. I wasn t really understanding what he was saying until we went back and forth several times. He got heated and so did I. Then it came to me. If the plugs were used, that meant they sold me used plugs. Because, I never took the plugs out of the bag.I paid the difference for the OEM plugs and had them installed by the repair shop. The shop charged me $300.00 for the labor to install the plugs.My advice, if you buy plugs at this AutoZone Store at 16210 Perris Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92551. My advice is that you inspect the plugs before you leave the store.HLC2

They LIE and tell you your refund will be immediate. When it's not they tell you it will be less then 24 hours. It's STILL NOT REFUNDED!! Why do they have to lie to us. I should have ordered from Rock Auto. I'm never shopping at this place again!!

4.5 stars for the great staff and all the good help I get from them all the time. Yesterday the guy spent extra time to find a special radiator hose for my BMW on Amazon and gave me the information so I could purchase it because auto zone doesn t stock that particular part. That was cool thanks guys and girls.

As of now my favorite auto zone. I had an electrical fuse out that wasn t allowing me to charge my phone for the longest time ever. I ve been to other auto zones to try to get the right fuse but know one knew how to help me.Today I stopped by this auto zone, Sergio and Zach came out and struggled a little bit but long behold they were able to fix it. So grateful for these guys, they were super helpful, nice and really friendly.

They have a scan and go which makes it easy to make a quick trip. Gabriel was nice with assisting me getting and putting on windshield wipers.

I had some issues with a battery and mike guided and helped me and went above and beyond. He provided the most best customer service. Ask for Mike to help you whenever in need.

The website says they have something in the store when they do not. The employee says I should call before going in. What's the website for? And she still says "you're welcome" as I leave, as if I should be grateful she took time off from eating to talk to me. I didn't say thank you young lady.

The Manager/Assistant Manager JOHNNY is excellent! He is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. He and his co-workers are always very person able and helpful. We will go out if our way just to shop at this particular location.

Moreno Valley store #5564Customer service was outstanding. Ashley went above and beyond to assist me in identifying and locating a difficult to find fuel component part. Although, admittedly I was a little demanding, Ashley displayed the utmost patience and professionalism throughout the transaction.

Great customer service. I came in to purchase two batteries the person behind the counter took the time to search out the different battery options I had and help me pick out my best choices. This is what I look for in my auto parts store someone with some knowledge of the products that I'm looking for and shows a little bit of initiative and what I should do and what would be best for my application

I've never met such a lazy worker like Carlos. We asked him if he could help us put the headlight socket on. He claimed that he was not "a light guy". He did know how to do it because after a while he reluctantly went outside to tell me how to do it. The whole time being upset. I've never had a problem with Autozone employees because they're always so kind and helpful. But Carlos is by far the most lazy worker I have ever met at Autozone. Employees like him shouldn't be working there.

No help!!! I don't know anything about car's my check engine light came on went in for help and they sent me to my car to check it myself i never did find what i was looking for cuz i never done it before so how would I know what to look for. Lol no help at all so I'm home with a car with a check engine light on lol.

Right when I walk in they were ready to help.3/3/21 About the 3rd time visiting this place to get parts for my truck. They were ready to help but. little did I know that lady that was help me was getting ready to take her lunch break. She was so much in a hurry she got me all the wrong parts for my vehicle.

I came here two months ago and the manager was very friendly and helpful! He topped off my car with what it needed because I was rushing to the airport and did not have time to wait in the queue for a full inspection and oil change. He went above and beyond what I expected!

First and last time coming here. What should've been a simple battery replacement turned into a headache. We were sent to this autozone because the other location didn't have the battery to replace which was still under warranty. We come here and the girl at the front says our battery is out of warranty even though we just left another autozone that said it still was. After having to convince her, she gave us the wrong tools and told us to take out the old battery ourselves! When we told her we needed another tool to remove the battery she just said she didn't know and couldn't let us borrow any other tools. The other autozone in town is way more helpful, they've taken out the replaced our cars' batteries before with no complaints. We did not expect this horrible service at all.

This AutoZone has turned itself completely! A couple years back I only went there to get something I couldn't find elsewhere because I was treated more like a nuisance than a customer. I went there the other day to pick up some anti freeze (it's only a couple blocks away) and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was in really good order and the staff was great. Especially the young lady at the counter. What a difference!

Zack Navarro was a great help and was not afraid to help a customer in need he had good customer service and was extremely considerate towards my concerns if you go to this Autozone I would ensure his success in whatever task you may ask of him
