Very helpful, wonderful experts here. Have help me a lot through out the past and now, always have great experience coming here always greeted when i go in. They feel like family, they always happy to help. 10/10 best AutoZone experience all the time. Best one so far in riverside county. Its clean, well organized and great vibes.Shout out to all of them especially the dude i think his name was noel. Best place

I went to the gas station to get some gas and when I tried to start my car it would not turn over. This was bad news. I have my two year old and wife in the car as well. Our little outing turned into my little family being stranded. I was able to get a jump and make my way to AutoZone. We ran into Abraham Romero. The level of professionalism we were met with far surpassed any expectation I have run into. He helped me get a new battery and housing. I asked if they had tools I could borrow to replace the battery. Abraham told me he would do it for us. Abraham was extremely generous by offering his expertise and was extremely professional. Store #5563I pulled in AutoZone in Moreno Valley, I could feel that there was a problem with my truck but I did not know until pulling in to the parking lot at my truck was actually I m tired, the manager came out with a fire today? And immediately put it out before getting further damage, and they also had every single part I needed to fix it immediately and was able to drive safely home

I took my car here to have my battery checked because my car died on me. It was determined I had a bad battery. I bought an Econocraft battery for $89.99 and they installed it for me. It was nice to buy a battery cheaper than $200, which is the price every other auto parts store quoted me. The AutoZone on Alessandro and Indian is great. Julio helped me and he was great.

Very hustle & bustle place, but thats to be expected. After a short 2 - 3 minute wait I was assisted kindly. I had all questions answered & received the new headlights I desired & new tail lights the law requires.

If you want the best service from Autozone in Moval come here and forget the rest! Top notch service. Customer service is the BEST! Lovely people who are willing to go out of there way to help you. Shout out to nice manger Ashley and the team. Thank you for helping me!!

I've been coming here for a couple years now and I've had some problems with some employees but last night on may 30th I was greeted and helped from Vanessa she did an amazing job with helping me and my daughter when it was already late and they were going to be closing and we had to come back but both times were fast and easy she had what i needed right away and had a smile while doing it i can tell she takes pride in her work and i would like to thank her and it was only her and a gentleman but they did great.

I went to this AutoZone needing assistance with either jumper cables or battery charger the only one who even tried to help was Danielle it was not crowded or busy when she tried to get questions answered by her manager he would just walk away and say I don't know she even tried to YouTube and answer for me. So I figured it out myself and still went in to make a purchase and the same manager was at the resister and I let him know that Danielle was the only one who help and even you said I don't know and walked away. His answer to me was ok and I told him I was going yelp about my experience and he said ok. I noticed that several employees went outside to help people with their issues but I was ignored and must I say the staff and customers were all Latino and I was the only African American in the store. I really hope that didn't play a part in their service or lack there of. The only reason you got 2 stars was because of Danielle maybe she should be the manager. Never again.

Went to take in my battery to charge, lady tested it and said it didn t catch signal , maybe cause it was dead. Anyways , she couldn t help me and wanted to sell me a new one. I took my battery charged it myself for less than a minute and haven t had a problem with it. Really annoying that they couldn t even try to charge it like they usually do. Place was also full of customers while all workers are scattered

I'm well a proverbial guy. My entire life I've gone to Autozone to get diagnostic help, part's to save that the mechanics are willing to use or I'll use myself to maintain my vehicles. That's because they hire great staff and offer the best solutions.

Customer service was ok! She was nice and courteous, but was handling to much at one time didn't make me feel she had time to help me. I asked if they could get someone to put oil in my car and she asked another employee and she wasn't to confident she new how. They need employees who know about cars.

Abraham at this Autozone (5563) saved me and my family from being stranded. It is hard to put into words exactly how much we appreciate what he did for us. I am extremely grateful he was there and had the knowledge about cars which helped us fix our Scion XB which broke down on our road trip.I have a 2005 Scion XB which started overheating on the way back from big bear. I am not a car guy really, and didn't really know why my car was overheating. I live in San Diego, and it became very apparent after a while that I was having to pull over every few miles and allow my car to rest for up to 30-40 minutes at a time that I was not going to make it back home unless I got my car fixed or towed. I called all the mechanics in the area and they were all full, only one would even talk with me and they wanted $125 just to even look under the hood. And then we would have to pay for parts and repair on top of that. Which we likely just could not have afforded.In a last effort we stopped by autozone, Ill be honest I wasn't expecting much. Then we met Abraham. This guy, not only knew about Scion XBs but had one himself, and knew what caused my issues and how to guide me through fixing our issue. But more importantly 'He Cared', he literally did everything he could to help us and get us back on the road to SD.He looked at my car, he discovered I was a quart and a half low on my oil (i had a recent oil change so wasn't expecting this), he handed me an obd2 scanner and had me scan my car which determined I had an issue with my temp sensor and possibly thermostat we brainstormed and decided to replace the temp sensor first to see if that was the issue as it was the easiest to replace. I bought the parts necessary to do this, which they had in stock and replaced it right there in the parking lot. Unfortunately this wasn't the issue.Knowing this I then purchased a thermostat and the parts I needed to fix my car watched a youtube video and spent the next several hours getting under my car and replacing the thermostat on the street outside the autozone. And it effing worked! After his shift ended (I was there for several hours) he came out and checked on my and I was about complete and he double checked my work and discovered I twisted the radiator hose and fixed that, and then discovered my radiator cap was broken and I bought a new one to replace my broken one, then he helped my burp my radiator.I am so grateful to both Abraham and oddly enough (I never thought I would say this) but Autozone for being there in my time of need and having the products and skilled service members that could help me and my family out of a really bad situation. I honestly don't know what I would have done with their help, it was honestly the type of service you would expect from a mom & pop not a big chain, but in this case it was totally reversed!Thank You Abraham! Thank You Autozone!

I called first to see if they have the part ( headlights) I spoke with Michael pretty kind told me that they have it, I asked him if they could halo to install it, he said yes, when I got there a person call Dean helped me the counter, when I told him if they can help me to stall it, he told me that I can watch a you tube video to install it.... Lack of customer service , I hope never come back to this place

Don't come to this autozone. They refuse to price match. The manager Kristen is super rude. If you want great customer service this is not the place.

Today, I stopped by at this place. One of the staffs name Monica. R. was very rude and attitude. She couldn't even answer or didn't want to answer the basic question about the Standard Sunshade fit with my Lexus sedan. She refused to answer and just walked away and told me that she is not a mechanical, I should ask mechanical about that. Sic!

This the best autozone in Moreno valley. They are more experienced and knowledgeable. The manager here is on point. He actually knew about cars and could tell the part I had in my hands. He even helped me install the part I bought. Highly recommend this autozone out of all of the others I been too.

If I could give them zero stars I would. So I was at auto zone off van Buren, trying to get some drums for my van. They didn t have any, but told me this location did. So I call them, and was asked to sit on hold. I agreed. But I knew they had the parts I needed so I started driving there. It took me 8 minutes to get there, j know because that s how long I sat on hold. I show up, and you can see it was busy but literally everyone was leaving. I walk inside, to one customer inside. And 4 workers. One is putting parts away. One is cashing out a customer and the manager Sandy T, was helping another worker use the computer system.I m standing in line waiting my turn, still on hold. The phone rings, they put another person on hold. Mind you I ve been on hold for 9 minutes now, and been standing in line for one minute. While the manager just ignores me. The worker at the cash register finishes up, and starts doing something else. I spoke up and said hey don t forget about the person on hold Sandy T. Barks back telling me I can be quiet or get out of her store. That I can t come in places demanding stuff.I told her well I m one of the people on hold, I ve been on hold for 10 minutes now, and you not only ignored me when I walked in, but you ve ignored me the entire time I ve been standing here, ignored my phone call and ignored another new customer She then snapped on me again and started yelling and cussing at me. I shut my mouth. Til I paid, then told her she can go f herself and I ll be Calling her manager.I DIDNT DEMAND ANYTHING. But I did sit on hodm for ten minutes and walk into an empty auto parts and got zero help TIL I spoke up. Hopefully next time I come on, Sandy no longer works here. Or is at least demoted from manager. Because if not I ll never purchase with her auto part from auto zone. And I m there daily. Check my account!

I will not buy anything at this store anymore. Everytime I go there it takes forever to check out. Today they had one person on the counter and more people kept on coming in and getting in line. I told one person I am going to Pep Boys for now on. The person heard me and called for help. One person should up and went to the parts counter so I still waited to pay.
