Always great service at AutoZone. Be careful and check the parts you are buying if the box looks opened already. They almost sold me a used EGR valve. I happened to open the box while being rung up and it was in worse shape than the one I was replacing. .

Manager doesn t know how to do returns. Line had 10 customers and 2 employees are sweeping and manager complaining to customers that he wants to go home.

I thought I was Going to Have a good experience, Then I remembered, one thing's for sure. You Will never have a good experience when you're dealing with incompetent employees especially When the incompetent one is? The manager. something as Simple as going on the Internet and correcting the opening and closing time for this store He Chose to give me a bad attitude From my experience when someone is incompetent about who what when why and where Of doing things they handle the situation by doing such things as giving negative responses poor customer service are no response at all. Someone that doesn't even work here has to go and do it so that other customers don't waste their time, and they're gas coming up here when this place has been closed 45 min already. Autozone please please don't replace good customer service with incompetence, It's only the company that takes the loss

Called 3 times just to immediately be put on hold without letting me know qny information, while I sat on hold for 10 minutes each time I have now waisted 30minutes of my time & so I try again just for them to answer me & ask me what I'm looking for? & when I tell them I ordered brakes & rotors & I have been waiting all day for my email to come pick them up. They tell me hold on one second to go look for them & then left me on hold again for another 10 minutes or more. Very unprofessional, very lazy & incompetent workers at this location. I won't ever be back here again

The worst store to work for and shop at!!! They treat they re employees HORRIBLE and the customers even worst!!! If you re looking for a career or a reliable auto store to shop at then TRUST me this store isn t it! They hire people with no experience whatsoever and promote the most CLUELESS people to be store managers when they TRULY have no idea what they re doing. This store is DRAMA and also has ALOT of theft!!! If you value customer service and purchasing the CORRECT part then don t SHOP HERE!!! I d go to O reilly s any day!!!

I do not like how the manager at this facility talks to his employees it was very rude and unprofessional. The employee asked the manager several question regarding a matter between me and the employee. He just ignored him when the employee was just trying to help me and threaten the fire him. This was today 1/15/2023 at 10:40 am. There are better ways to talk to people and to go about things especially as manager. Thank you to the employee for all his assistance anyways tho (wish I knew how name) he was very nice and as helpful as can be.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. There was a new girl (seems as she didn t know where things were at). She seems to need more training. The bearded guy that was there was being rude to her . Then I asked him for a part and he is asking me as if I should know. That s why I come to AutoZone because I need help. Horrible service and waist of time. Super unhappy simply annoyed

This location is clean and well-stocked. I went in for wipers and headlights and honestly didn't know where to start. I always need help. The manager Ashley was super nice and helpful. I never once felt pressured in to buying anything and she even put my wipers and headlights in! I thought for sure I'd have to bug my neighbor to help me again. I will absolutely be using this as my store from now on.

By far the best one I ve been to. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and really helpful! Big thanks to Ashley!!! I had a complicated situation with my car and I had to go back a couple times to grab different things, but they were able to guide me through it and I got all the correct parts too. Well stocked and when they didn t have the part they had same day delivery within a couple hours! Going back for sure.

If I could I would give 0 stars.Manager Noah was very rude! IM A CUSTOMER AND HE WOULD NOT LET ME USE THE RESTROOM. It's not even posted. IDK HOW THIS GUY CAN BE A MANAGER. He looked like he needed a shower and to comb his hair. He looks very unprofessional and has terrible customer service skills. Was just there on Sat 7/29/22.

Went to get a new battery today and I was pleased to know that the team at auto zone will put the new battery in for you. The young lady Michelle that switched mine out was very helpful, nice and super fast. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you so much for your help Michelle!

Went to autozone to purchase a new battery and Doug was so helpful. He replaced my old battery for me in the parking lot and put my new one in.. really appreciated it will definitely come here again . Doug even checked my recipe and made sure to give me the money back for my core after I had left the store. He went above and beyond

Low key I'm only giving four out of 5 stars because of the price of the battery The customer service provided by Dan was phenomenal he helped me with my battery and totally made me feel glad I chose AutoZone over O'Reilly's

Terrible customer service. Went and ordered Rotors and brakes in a package deal got the brakes said rotors would be in today cause did not have.They sent me to different store where they said would be at, guess what. No one ordered them. So that was Sunday now Monday night nothing yet. Said oh they will be here Tues. Morning. Have my mechanic standing by. Let's see when Tues arrives.

I bought a battery. Had an issue with the battery. Customer service was exceptional from Dan. Had to then come to this location where customer service was also Superb. Doug I believe was the managerand AllwjandroThank You Auto Zone.

I went to buy brakes and I didn't know nothing about cars and a sales young girl name shannel was very helpful getting the correct part. I was very surprised this young girl was very knowledgeable. Thump up Autozone. It will be my sale person from now on.

I went to Sunnymead and Perris location to get my starter tested on 2006 Scion tC. Turned out I needed a new starter. Daniel, the store employee helping me, did a great job. He offered to help me install the starter since he was available. We got it installed right there in the parking lot in 30 minutes. I feel he went above and beyond his duties. I will definitely go back to this location from now on.

Since I moved here 4 yrs ago this has been my go to Zone. Never had a problem until 1/10/18 rainy day wiper day. Sales guy put them on wrong & put wrong size on and when I was getting on freeway that night driver side flew off. The sales guy was so worried about getting wet he didn't notice they were loose. I did get towed back to AZ and the Nice Manager helped me and I got the RIGHT wipers for my car! Thank you. Your still my go to AZ

I ve been to many autozones & as a female I don t know much about cars! I went to this autozone and received the worst customer service ever from Noah! He belittled me & was so rude made me feel as if I can t ask questions! Isaak on the other hand super helpful & was patient with me. But due to Noahs customer service I ll never be returning to this autozone & don t recommend ANYONE HERE.
