Auto Glass Now was very professional, considerate, and efficient in the work they provided when replacing my front windshield. And , because my car has lane changing sensors, they were able to recalibrate the sensor to perfection. The glass is clear with now obstruction of view. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now for auto glass repairs.Chris

Was going to just move on and not post a review, but you keep emailing me. I was not impressed with the customer service, or the service I received. Called number online set me up an appointment same day guy at call center was nice was getting ready and then got call from some lady at the actual location saying that they don't have opening today the person at the call center was wrong they are mainly mobile service now a days, but could try to fit me in the end of day tomorrow like they were doing me a favor. No one ever offered me mobile service and the fit me in end of their day time was 2 hours before their online time listed they closed, which they emphasized not to be late they wont wait. Got there early no where is listed as their parking in that lot, walked in, and pretty much felt the tech was trying to talk me out of the service from moment walked in. I get warning about possible things that could go wrong, and wont be perfect, but telling a customer it will still be there and can still be seen just makes sure doesn't spread was a great way to sell the service. Which it is still very visible, and felt he rushed through it, and didn't try to fill it better. Had this service done years ago by other companies and was way better, hard to see, and could only tell looking straight on that was little off. Still a bit of a divot still, not clear, but not supposed to spread now so I guess it is some what fixed. Honestly wouldn't go back again, or suggest them to anyone I know. Would suggest updating your online listing with accurate hours, fact mainly mobile, and have call center and shop communicate openings.

Visiting California for the weekend. Someone shattered my window and broke into my car. Auto glass Now was the only company that was available to not only install a new window for me but they also had the factory tinted glass that I needed for my car. I was worried because it was a holiday weekend and no one could get me in before Tuesday. I was leaving early Monday morning. I was in and out within an hour. The staff, especially the managers, were outstanding. Highly recommend them. You are my heroes!!!

I give them 1 star for the ridiculous amount of time I spent trying to get ahold of them and the lack of communication from them and their call center. It took a month and a half to finally get my windshield replaced. The actual work done was fine and the man did a good job from what I can tell so far. It s only been a few days but so far so good.

Nice person doing the install. They need to wipe the door frames, left shoe prints all over both sides of the car. Difficult to find, challenging to park. They did not use factory glass. I m not sure how that will hold up to the advanced safety features.Service: InstallationService: Installation

The call center gave me an appointment for Mobil service. The local service office called and rescheduled because the call center gave me an appointment that was not valid. I had to take the car in for the windshield replacement. I was given the wrong address, and had to call again for the correct one. The appointment went OK, but there was black glue residue left on the back of the hood. This should ve been cleaned I before giving the car back to me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This the worst service I ve ever had They did not the right work my car window work only for one week I came back with them they promised to fix supposedly will call me later. Never happen I back three times never do anything UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS. Not recommend this place
