Stay far away. Trust me on this one. These people barely know what they are doing. Wasted 3 days off after I had them install 4 new tires. Well, they damaged two sensors, and instead of telling me they install generic sensors that they didn't know how to program correctly to my truck. They were transmitting the wrong frequency. Ask me how I know this. I went to the dealer after second Saturday appointment because they asked me to. Basically gave up. I go to dealership they tell me tire shop possibly damaged two rear sensors during install. FYI I had factory OEM sensors as far as I knew. Come to find out they swapped them during new tire Intall because they damaged two factory OEM sensors which are not cheap like the ones they installed and obviously didn't know how to use. So I take the info back to America's tire, waiting a few hrs for them to tell me they only changed one because they don't believe the dealer, so weird because they asked me to get there help. All said and done they basically told me to pound sand and made me feel like it was my fault they didn't know what they are doing. I then went to Firestone in lake Elsinore and in 5 min they told me the news that both rear sensors are generic and incompatible. They sold me two new sensors and had them programmed quickly,, no issues expected I had to pay $280 to them. Wasted three Saturday's, gas(V8), and my days off dealing with stupidity. I reported them to bureau of automotive repair. I paid $2090 for the four tires BTW. They also told me it was the truck at fault, they did there part the sensors are reading, yeah for another type of car!!!!! I lost all respect for this company. They used to be good. Will never do business with this company again. These are 100% facts

I had a flat tire and they were able to squeeze me in 30 min after I called. The staff is friendly and the service was quick. The best part was that they fixed it for FREE! I definitely recommend coming here. Make sure to tip the workers!

Terrible customer service. Don t recommend going to this shop. They took three weeks to get the tires in that were already paid for. When the tires did come in they SOLD them to someone else. The manager is horrible.

I was jetting down the 60 frwy in Moreno valley when I noticed the car pulling to the left I got off at the America's tire at Moreno Beach driveI got to tell you these guys were great got me right in and fixed the nail I picked up ...and best of all to my surprise they did it for freeHats off to them what a life saving experience and great service super nice guys what a great companySomething you don't find much these days

Man talk about taking forever!! I waited there for over an hour and no one has assisted me!! $140 to fix a blown out tire, just for them to sit on their butts, i don't know why these others reviews are happy?? I'm assuming its the employees leaving them for for better business!! Do not come here!

My wife came in to get a tire patched. They lied to her and told her she needed to buy a whole new tire. I'm incredibly disappointed in the character of this establishment. They used to be honest folks.

I went in for a tire balance and wiper replacement. The guys were awesome and took care of my car in less than 40 minutes. Be sure to book your appointment online the day before. Thanks American Tires!

In and out quick installing new Goodyear tires on our travel trailer, great friendly service. The wifi is a bit slow is about the only complaint I can think of.

I just gotta say this gentleman Danny that was a assistant manager at the eucalyptus location was super understanding and went out of his way to really help me out. He helped me with getting a hub cap that was lost when I got my tires done weeks ago. He was the only one that took the time to really understand my situation and I am very grateful for that. Thank you again for going above and beyond and I look forward to doing more business with America s Tire.

Great experience at this store. I got four new tires and was in and out in less then a 1/2 hour. These guys are super friendly and explain everything in detail. I will definitely come back to this store.
