I got a flat and went into there store but was greeted with very rude service I asked if they can fix my flat and I would pay them a extra $50 on top of whatever they wanted because I had to go and there response was we don t open till 8am. Mind u there techs are sitting looking at me like they can do it but the guy in the red shirt (manager) didn t care and said we don t open till 8 it was 7:30. Why not get a head start and take the business but unfortunate they ignored me and said they can t help. I googled another tire shop Ramona tires down the street and they were more then helpful and got me in n out before it even was 8am. Americas tire was my favorite spot until the bad service all bc the guy had an ego and didn t want to help me out.

Thanks guys for fitting me into their schedule at the end of the day. Just a balance on 2 tires that made all the difference. Fixed my issue.

I bought 4 tires from them and I called the sales representative can you please check my tires they told me bring the car in few minutes will help you I been waiting such a long time no one help me but when I bought my tires they help me right away horrible customer service I never ever go back to this company again

First time going to this location I normally to the one by Moreno beach. This location has friendly employees who were able to get me in and out in about 45 mins for a tire rotation.The employee helping me asked to take a look at my spare tire which is mounted on the back of the car and we noticed that both the age and wear of this tire was too old. That s when I learned that they also sell used tires (never knew that!) and luckily they also had the exact same tire brand and size (Michelin Defender) as my 4 regular tires. Now my spare tire has double the thread of the spare tire it s replacing. Those Defenders are expensive at almost two hundred bucks when new, but I got this used one that s two years old at $65 plus $11 labor so I m happy to have it as a spare.

Their knowledge is very helpful in selecting proper tire size for my car. Quick & safe service if any additional question needs to be answered. I have used their service for 14 years and will never go anywhere else.

My both tires got nails this morning on the way go to work. This is the first time I come to America s Tire. They are very professional fixed all tires in 30 minutes and so so polite and friendly. It s All FREE really?. I m highly recommend American s Tire. Yess American !!!

I wish I got the name of the awesome people that helped me today. I went in for an air check and the gentleman that helped me noticed one of my tires might not let me get home and he let me know. He asked if I wanted to get them replaced and I told him I just got laid off and I have to pay rent. He asked me what I could afford and tried to find me a used tire in the back while my tires were being filled by a nice woman who put a cap on one of my tires that was missing. He ended up charging me for what I could afford saying he wanted to make sure that I was safe on the road. While they were putting on the replacement used tire one of the other employees noticed my cars shielding on the bottom was hanging and offered to do what he could to prevent it from dragging. He did. Thank you! To you and your team of caring professionals! I was having a rough day and you were a part of it getting better. Who ever owns or manages this branch your team deserves a raise for their customer care and their care in general. I will think of your shop now not just when I need air but when I can afford to buy myself a new set of tires because of the actions of your team!

O Ryan and another dark haired gentleman helped me.I went in to check on two of my tires and they fixed both issues with my tires for no cost (depending on what you need done, sometimes they don t charge. I would always call and check ahead of time). One had a nail and another one just was running low on air. As a woman it can sometimes be intimidating to request any auto service but everyone was respectful and customer focused. I will return if I should need anything else and I recommend giving them a try!

The free air check wait is always extremely long! I waited 30 min just to get the air in my tires checked! I know that it is a free service to get the air check but honestly if you are going to have this kind of service as a means to bring in the public to buy tires, then should not even have it at all.

Moreno Valley America's Tire is the worst. After four days of waiting for a warranty Tire replacement, I gave up. Never returned phone calls or texts. My wife's car had to have the tires Rebalanced three times, the third time we had to take it to Riverside branch and we were informed that the tires were way out of balance. Bought tires for my son's car same issues had to take to another dealership to have tires rebalanced. Go somewhere else save yourself the headache

I love this location and have been here many times.If a tire is fixable, they will fix it for free! That is such a great service. They are fast, and reliable. They always show you what the problem is before they fix it. They have reasonable pricing which is needed in our current post COVID shutdown economy.And as a woman, I never feel like they are trying to get over in me and upsell and charge me with things that I do not need!

I came to get my new tires after they deflated and needed some new ones. Both times the service was excellent and efficient. They gave me a great deal on a new tire set and I couldn't be happier with the service! I would definitely come back for more service or recommend this shop and brand! Thank you again Sean for a great service and the great conversation on Linkin Park. thank you again.

Had I nail in the tire. Took it to AT for a patch job, free of charge. Few hours later, same tire starts losing pressure. Went to a shop closer to home and they show me the cause of the flat. It is a piece of plastic. Seems suspicious to me. But hey, you be the judge.

Went in with nail in tire they fixed it and rebalanced it in about an hour. This is after waiting 1.5 hrs at Schwab tires and then told it would be hours moreThe tech was amazing and the entire staff clearly values the customer. Will be switching all my business to here

Place is amazing. I had some really expensive tires installed and I noticed that one of my rims had a couple scratches from installation. I understand stuff happens. After I brought it up, they were super helpful and orders me a new $400 wheel right away at no charge. Any by the way the manager (Sean) went beyond what I expected to help me look for something u was happy with. I'm never going to another tire shop again. Thanks Sean and your crew!

I am not the type to leave negative reviews - but I have never encountered something like this.We brought our car in for a small nail in the tread of our back right tire. Figured this would be an easy and quick fix - but boy was I wrong. When we arrived the man out front immediately was attempting to sell us a whole set of tires (our car has less than 35k miles and is not driven heavily). Of course, We refused and he explained that they wouldn't put the tire back on if it wasn't fixable, which was a weird thing to say for such a minor problem. We waited for about an hour and they said they said they were putting our spare tire on as the tire was not fixable - and still leaking, and we would have to buy a new tire. We knew that didn't seem right so decided to take it for a second opinion.Come to find out, the patch was done incorrectly and that is why the tire was still leaking. I am not sure if they decided to use our car as a training opportunity - or if they were trying to scam us. Luckily our tire is now fixed thanks to Tire Choice Auto Center across the street. Highly recommend you save yourself the time and go there instead.

Great first time experience with America's tire. I got an appointment online and was assisted by the advisor within 15 minutes upon arrival. I really like Brandon's service. He was straightforward and speedy. As soon as he got my general info, we stepped out to examine my tire. He was able to tell me right away that a repair was possible. He then scanned my other tires and let me know tue tread depth within a minute. I further asked about future tire replacement and he directed me to the website that has all the detailed tire selection info that I needed. I would say that it was the best tire management experience that I've ever had for driving on the road for more than 20 years. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family :)

Had a great experience stopping by unexpectedly to replace two lug nuts we noticed were missing in the middle of a road trip. Sean helped us right away and took the time to tighten all of the others too. Thank you Sean!

The personnel (Hemlock location) are very pleasant , professional and customer orientated. I have always made an appointment which makes my wait time minimal. I have also never had an issue with the tires purchased. Their prices are very competitive too. Next year I will be going back for my Tundra tires.

Manager, Victor, and tire specialist, Daniel, provided the best service I have ever received any where. Was traveling to Moreno Valley and picked up a nail in my front tire. They got me in right away, checked for any leaks from the nail, cleaned up my tires and had me on my way home. I highly recommend them both for their friendly, outstanding professional service. So glad I had purchased the warranties on my tires when I first bought them. Well worth the small amount the warranties cost to get me the exceptional service that they both provided me.

I m very highly satisfied with the service at Americas Tire ! Brandon was very helpful and greeted me right when I opened the door! I am very happy for customer service like this ! He helped me with the tires I saw online made sure I got the ones I wanted . He helped me through their buying process and made it feel stress free ! I have been to other places where they completely bash you for not knowing your tire size ! Which is wrong but here I feel like family and a sense of being understanding . I thank you Brandon for your customer service may you keep up the good work ! Thank you I truly appreciate it and will ask for you in the future or for my wifes tires !

You would think that if all they do is tires that they would do their job perfectly. But unfortunately that s not the case. I ordered a set of directional tires, which are more common than they used to be. The price was really good, but they mounted the driver s side tires backwards, which is not only sloppy but potentially dangerous. Had I not known better I would have left them that way and at best would have gone through my tires faster and at worst could have been in an accident. It also makes no sense to me that a tire store wouldn t at least offer alignments to help protect your investment. They also don t offer nitrogen fill, which I used to think was a scam but have become a believer in nitrogen over the years. The three stars is purely for the price and convenience. Everything else is one star.
