Thank you Rene & Rico Lopez(Front desk) for the amazing help and professionalism that you offer. This is the place to get your car repaired if you were in an accident or not. From the beginning I was told everything I needed to know up front AND my car done before the due date with extra work done. Rene and Rico take pride in offering excellent customer service and I do appreciate that because most shop don't care not one bit. Please keep up the good work you guys do! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Thank you

We had a highly disappointing experience at this auto body shop, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by an employee named Josh. His approach was not only rude but detracted significantly from the level of service expected.While we hope for his improvement in professional interactions, I must stress that this experience was not up to the standard. Potential customers should be aware of the possibility of a similar encounter.

First time using All Magic Paint & Body and they did a wonderful job on my Tesla. The ladies at the front desk are thee BEST. They are so friendly and inviting, they make you feel welcomed. Also, the scent in the waiting area smells so nice, and the complimentary water and snacks is a plus. Josh is very professional. He takes his time to explain in detail the process, prices, and waiting time. My vehicle was repaired at the timeframe I was quoted and it was repaired perfectly THE 1ST TIME. The paint job was immaculate. I'm a very satisfied customer and would have no problem referring them to friends and family. I will definitely be a repeat customer if anything ever happens to my car again, but hopefully not.

Had a little fender bender. Called my insurance company and opened up a claim. At first, I went to a body shop that handled my previous claims for other autos I've had because it was in network. I was disappointed in the answers I was given, so I went to All Magic and I spoke with Ryan at first. He was outstanding at understanding what I needed for my Audi. I had to take it to a body shop in network first to get estimates done and I asked my insurance to have All Magic do my body work. As you can see, they did an OUTSTANDING AWESOME job at fixing my car. From Raffi, the owner who is AWESOME to David the adjuster, Josh and the front office with Brianna and Gloria everyone here is just simply AWESOME. Everyone here is friendly and courteous and professional at what they do. If there are any issues, I would always be in contact with David who lets me know what status my car is in, parts needed, etc. Also, if there are any issues with the workmanship, they are very receptive to making the customer happy by simply bringing the vehicle back and it will be fixed. Workmanship guarantees are part of what All Magic is. I am also having my truck done with All Magic as well, since it too was damaged. If I could give more stars, I would. Even if you do not want to go through your insurance to have body work done on your vehicle, I am sure that if you can afford it out of pocket, go to All Magic and I can assure you that they will do the best job they can at repairing your vehicle at a price you can afford. I recently had the pleasure of using the services at All Magic Paint & Body in Moreno Valley, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.Firstly, the staff at All Magic Paint & Body were incredibly professional and friendly. Rocio warmly greeted me upon arrival and ensured that all paperwork was efficiently handled. She was courteous and helpful throughout the process, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer.Renee, the member who handled my vehicle from start to finish, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided transparent explanations about the repairs my vehicle needed. His expertise and meticulous approach instilled confidence in the quality of workmanship.Moreover, the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. My car looks as good as new, and I can't even tell where the damage was. The paint matching was flawless, and they even took care of some minor dings and scratches that weren't part of the initial repair. In terms of timing, they were efficient and met the promised deadlines. I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of the repairs, which kept me informed throughout the process.Overall, I highly recommend All Magic Paint & Body for anyone in need of auto body repairs. This place is not worth it.They gave me estimates around $3100 and final bill came out around 6K. So their estimates are pointless.Kept the car for almost a month and there were quality issues in the work done when we picked up.Staff is not freindly, they will give you run around and show attitude if you point any issues with their work. Owner of this place is not the the good person to deal with. Instead of resolving and working on the issues he will prefer to argue, speak over you and within minutes chnages his tone and gets aggressive.I took car back for issues, without even checking the vehicle they started arguging.So essentially their warrenty is useless.They are just taking advantage of insurance companies.Their pricing is way higher than other body shops. The owner of this location is not truthful, not respectful either.Not worth of time and energy. Extremly frustating experience.PS: Only good thing here was the front desk staff.

So where do I begin? My car looks amazing!! My experience from the beginning to the end was perfect. I took my car in for front bumper damage. The quality of work that was done on my vehicle is top of the line. Thank you to Raffi and the entire staff for going above and beyond to complete my car. A great place to take your vehicle for repairs! I m a very picky guy on spots and I saw this repair shop with great reviews. Raul was my estimator and first time meeting him. He was outgoing, trustworthy, understanding, and very professional. Everyone at the facility was professional. Any questions, they have an answer to it. When I gave them my car I wasn t worried at all. They treat you with high respect. The receptionist, she was amazing and can help you with rental and make you feel like home. I was very comfortable that my car was getting taken care of. I felt I never had to call them because they call me for any updates. Raul was on top of it! Thanks to him I have my car back and it look like it was brand new car from the dealers.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Look no further, this is thee shop to take your car to. I've taken my Tesla Model Y Performance there twice already and I was thoroughly pleased with the work they do there. The customer service and communication are second to none. Thank you Rocio, Gloria, Dave and Josh. For all of your help, support, communication, and service. I hope I never have to return but am pleased to know I have my go-to shop for all my body, paint and collision repair needs. BTW, tell them I sent you and I'll give you $40 Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or cash...just sayin.

Hands down the BEST customer service you will EVER find! The staff is absolutely amazing. They follow up with you multiple times per week, keep you updated on statuses, handle the insurance process and the quality of work was excellent. I would never go to another company in the Riverside area because they just can not be beat. This is how customer service should be and other businesses (even outside of collision repair) could learn a lot from this team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was taken there for the first time. Dave kept me well informed through out the entire process. Gloria Rosio was polite and very personable. All magic paint and body hands downs gave me the best experience I've ever had at a body shop. I had used fix auto in the past but after having a bad experience and receiving attitude from Eli at fix auto. I decided to give all magic paint and body a shot after reading all the great reviews about them and that's a decision i won't regret. Josh,Tina,Eddy where awesome kept me updated through out the whole process josh made sure that every part that needed to be replaced on my New Mustang GT were Original parts. when i got my car back i could not believe the outstanding work these guys do. My car looked even better then when i bought it. if you are looking for a good body shop and are very picky about your car like i am look no further than this place ask for josh he will take care of you and again thank you josh and the rest of your team for the work done on my car

All Magic Paint & Body is amazing! The staff is super nice especially the girls in the front desk. David was very helpful and super friendly! They kept me updated throughout the process. Incredibly professional staff.I feel autobody shops are generally a headache to deal with. They don't answer the phone, are unprofessional, expensive, takes weeks to months to get the work done.All Magic was the exception and a gem. Can't recommend enough!

The staff at All Magic Paint and Body are very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job on my car. I m 100% satisfied. They really went above and beyond to assist me with the insurance process and making sure to keep me updated with everything. I would highly recommend everyone to check them out.

I had such a good experience at all magic. My car had so much damage and when it was fixed it looked brand new again. Raffi is highly professional and will work with you to fix any problem you have. Briana and Gloria are great customer service and work hard to do whatever they can to help your situation. Also Dave who works in the back is a total sweetheart and really does great work. He's a smart guy. All magic is the best work I've ever had done on any car I've ever had and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I decided to come to All Magic to get some scratches removed from my vehicles paint and was ultimately satisfied with the results. I am happy how it turned out and was quoted a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my experience is the reason why I give 3 stars. The drop off took extremely long and the pick up even longer. It was delayed because of a transaction issue and when the car was ready the wrong car was brought out. I did see some leftover residue from the job in cracks and crevices on the vehicle but I m not picky so I didn t mind. I am however, genuinely grateful that they provided transportation for me to pick up and drop off my car that was excellent customer service. Overall, I am extremely happy with the final results and most likely will return.

I m new to the area and wanted a custom spoiler added to my 19 Camry XSE (above the back window). Didn t know where to go so I came based off of the reviews. I was a walk-in customer and they put the spoiler on in less than 20min FOR FREE! (I already had the part). Other places wanted to charge me and give me the round around on whether they could do it at all. I will be taking my car here when needed from now on. Great service, professional, and timely! I m so glad I found this place!! Thank you!

They really surprised me, they really did a very good job of all, Caylee and Ryan make an extraordinary team, the team of mechanics and painters really did magic, I just hope they earn according to the work they do $, together they make up a extraordinary team, my recommendations will be 100% for All Magic

This shop is AMAZING!!! They made it super easy to work with and even helped with dealing with my insurance company. My car was repaired in a matter of days and it looks better than it looked prior to the damage. I work in the insurance field and I will definitely be referring clients over without hesitation. The staff is wonderful and treated me like I was a queen. Thank you Raffi, Michael, and front desk staff for the excellent work, communication, and ethics. This is a long overdue review, they crashed into my Honda Accord sport back in July 5th. I read the marvelous reviews on this location and decide to bring my car in, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They were extremely kind, helpful and quick with the reparations of my car they even went as far as to fix my seat belt buckle. I can t thank them enough, the front desk girls are so friendly and welcoming as well as the guys who did my diagnosis he was great with communication and updating me on how soon I d be getting my car back (sorry in advance I forgot your names). I HIGHLY recommend this location, you won t regret it.Service: Body & Trim

I had a bad experience before and I came to All magic. I was greeted by Tina, who gave me the best customer service EVER. So welcoming. I then spoke with Raffi and Josh about issues and they gave me comfort and took very good care of me. My car looks amazing and looks brand new again. Tinatook care of everything with the rental. This place is amazing! The staff is super nice but especially the girl in the front desk. At first I felt shy, going into a body shop. Caylee was very helpful, and made me feel comfortable as a customer. She explained everything, in to terms I would understand. Even Cookie the dog, was super friendly! The best part about Magic Paint and Body was how fast they work! My car was ready right away, and they still apologized for the long wait, which I didn't even think they took long. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely used them myself. Thank you, All Magic Paint and Body staff for making my car look amazing!

I had a dent in the left fender of my Honda Accord and in just a few days All Magic was able to repair my car and return it to me in pristine condition. I am so happy with the work they did and provided. I constantly felt at ease with them thanks to their great customer service. I had regular updates on my car and it felt great being in the loop. I would definitely recommend this place! They do great honest work and I will 100% use their services in the future.

I've had bad luck over the last year and a half having to revisit the body and shop, and of the 3 places I've been to recently, All Magic has been the best choice thus far. Sam, the front person who helped me did and excellent job and was very nice and helpful. I received my car within a week and it looks like brand new! Everything worked out very smoothly. My overall experience was AMAZING! The customer service was great from both Tina and Jessica! I couldn't have chose a better place to take care my vehicle. The work was done in such a short amount of time and turned out perfect. They even washed my car and I was just in aw of how they go above and beyond for their customer. Will definitely come back!
