I recently visited Advanced Car Stereo Shop, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. She went above and beyond to find the perfect framework for my car radio. Even though they didn't have the exact model in stock, she generously offered me a free one of a similar one. Her kindness and expertise made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend Advanced Car Stereo Shop for their excellent customer service and dedication to finding solutions for their customers' needs.

Chantal is the best! she hooked me up with top of the line stereo system and i was so hyped up, i literally got everything i wanted. She s fun friendly and will make the experience exciting for you! I can't rate my experience based on the quality of work they provide here at Advanced Car Stereo but I can tell you about my experience with this shop. On two separate occasions I left two different cars here to have something done to them. On both occasions I left my vehicle at the shop and did not hear from them for the entire day. Once I realize it was getting close to closing time I called, only to be told that the work was not able to be done to my car for different reasons. On one occasion the door speakers I took in for installation did not fit in the stock location (I ended up doing the install myself and they fit) and the other they did not have the correct accessories to complete the job so I would have to return. Now some of this is understandable but why did it take the whole day to figure this out? I felt like they didn't get around to it after I left my car there all day and an excuse was given to me so that I would return on a later day. Both times I gave this shop a chance they were not able to do the job after leaving my car with them all day. As a customer I lost time and time is all we really value in this case.

Best car stereo in the IE. When we walked in we were greeted by Chantel told her the problem were having with our system and right away they took care of us. Amazing customer service!

Sam a great guy and very knowledgeable on audio systems. He has great prices and is very helpful would recommend this place to everyone, has mostly everything in stock and can t beat that. Come by for yourself

Horrible, place don't go there 1st I waited till they ate lunch before someone even spoke to me and then I decided to price checked the items I wanted. Then I asked the price and show him he was charging 148 dollars over the market price. Unbelievable never should the owners hire children to run their business. On top the installer tried charge me 3 hours of work to run one wireWhen I showed up with my entire dash top off already a total rip off. I've been there before when there were people who cared obviously they left luckily I still had the previous installers number. Cancel this place they rip people off.

I bought a used Mustang for my son as his first car. But we noticed sometimes the head lights go on and off, then it causes the whole dashboard shut off. We took it to Ford dealership thinking they can fix it. But no, not only they couldn't find the problem, but also they charged extremely high price to diagnose it. We then thought it might be the after market stereo causes the issue. So we called Advanced Car Stereo Riverside. Jason answered the phone, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We took the car there, the same day they found the problem and Fixed it. Very impressive! Great price too. Jason is awesome! We will definitely go back.

Advanced car stereo in Moreno Valley is the best place to go when you need a new car stereo installed in your car. Ray and Sam tread customers with honesty and sincerity they are very much experienced and knowledgeable about the product. I wanted my car stereo installed on a Saturday and called three other car stereo installers and all of them didn't want to do it till the following week and they all told me that it would take three hours of labor time to do it. But this shop told me that they would do it and would take one hour to do it. I tried them out and they were very truthful and in good timing, friendly and reliable service. Call Ray or Sam.

I'll tell you this, you need to come here. The best and the lowest prices you'll ever find then from any other competitors, they'll beat the competition's prices hand's down. Chris the manager is the most customer friendly and super knowledgeable person you'll ever know, the installer's and staff are great as well. So if you wanna save money come here but if you wanna get ripped off go to his competition . He's the most honest and respectful manager I've ever met, just as it should be.

Outstanding experience!! Chris and his crew are phenomenal and highly experienced in everything that they do. They will not leave you unsatisfied, I rarely review anybody but in this case I had to leave a review. They added speakers to my wives 2008 scionXB, she couldn't believe her ears; the speaker Chris and his crew provide are no joke. That same day they added a stereo to my 2006 scion XA and it's one of the best stereos I've ever owned. And aside from the quality of the stereo, the quality of their service is undeniably Good.I, highly recommend advanced car stereo in Moreno Valley, you will be satisfied . Thank you guys for your remarkable work. Soon... My next visit will be for a dash cam and viper alarm.

Went there yesterday 5/9/2017. I had an issue with my Viper alarm system and was unable to find anyone to help me out on this issue. I spoke with Ray who was very helpful when it came down to the alarm system at hand. I was due for an upgrade on my system and Ray really gave me a good deal on a brand new system. He was able to set up installation all in the same day in which that is great business cause my car is my life. I was in and out in about an hour and some change and everything works like it should be. Now I have peace of mind that my vehicle is protected from theft and tend to more important things like my kids lol. Thanks Ray for the help and I can see myself returning for different upgrades to my car. If you need any help give them a call I'm sure they will help you out like how they helped me.

Honestly I am pleased with their work. Even when I didn t have the adapter I needed for my stereo we managed to get it the same day. They did a great job hooking up my stereo, subwoofers and amplifier. I will recommend them to my friends and family and just people in general when they want audio work. Great work!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The employees here did quality work on my truck and finished in the same day. There were no corners cut and everything was well done. If you need anything done, come to Advanced Car Stereo!

Moval location used to be horrible!!! Bad service and expensive The new Management and all the changes are awesome for the store!!! New installers that are great! The new guy in charge Chris he s pretty awesome I ve been dealing with him a while now. He knows how to run a audio shop. They do good work here now and everything is awesome here. Santiago does very good work at this location, very clean and fast work.

I took my Mustang here to have an alarm installed and the place got me in the same day. Very reasonable profession and friendly. Ray specifically helped me out with this purchase. What was especially exceptional about this visit was before starting my car, there was a slight delay. The vehicle they were working on before mine proved to be somewhat challenging and it caused a slight delay with them starting my car. Obviously things like this happen outside of there or anyone s control. I forget the other gentleman s name I believe he was more of a lead employee, but he came to me directly and advised that he had good and bad news. I took the bad news first which he explained the delay but in compensation he upgraded the alarm to be installed in my vehicle. This was done at no charge, because I was patient and agreed to bring my vehicle back first thing the following morning. So I brought my vehicle back first thing, they completed it, I picked it up and now I have a great alarm, it works perfectly, my vehicle was returned to me neat and orderly. It s very rare these days to find customer service that again is friendly, professional and fair. I would recommend this business and I would recommend Ray as an employee as an asset with any large organization. THANK YOU!!!!

I had bought a new head unit for my CRV but could not get the dash apart to remove the old radio. Called and ask if they would install it for me. Asked if I need an appointment and was told to just come in when I was ready. Asked about the cost and quoted $150. Went next day at 9AM. The person I spoke to was paying more attention to his phone and other things. Told me I needed an appointment. I ask again telling him I was quoted $150 and he said no it would be $200. Lost my business

This place feels like a sweatshop. Although yes they may be experienced with their services and equipment, the 2 gentleman assisting my inquiries seemed very disorganized and overwhelmed. They also tried telling me what equipment wouldn t work in my vehicle when I ve personally done some work myself. Also they were not present at 9 am as multiple customers were instructed to show up. That shows a blatant disregard of people s time. On top of that they tried buying a good review to give an associate of mine a good deal, which is unacceptable business practice.Ultimately their customer service skills are simply not present. They also have poor coordination between the shop workers and storefront workers.I get it if you re trying to push a cool club environment but that should not be an excuse to disregard customer service.5 star work for the alarm 2-way python alarm install. Worked as expected. Door locks were re-placed.

I went to the store to get help on a stereo I tried to install myself. The employee was kind enough to look at my work and identified a cable that should not have been hooked up. To my surprise he did not want to charge me for his knowledge, which was obviously very high. I tremendously respect when a service provider is fair, courteous and straight with respect to what things are. He could have easily kept the car and told me it was something crazy and charged me the installation cost, but he didn't. If I ever buy another stereo I know exactly where I'm going.

I read these messages and these people have no lives, I've been there myself for so many years these guys have good customer service. I understand they have a bunch of customers so they can not help everybody. They have been short staffed because of everything going on. Other than that they give good prices. They even gave me a ride to my house. I love them. I am BEYOND satisfied with how I have been treated, the work done, and the prices.

It was my day off and have seen this shop many times as i drove by. Went to a shop down the road to get a quote and was heading back home and said what the hell ill stop in. I am definitely glad that i did Sam and Ray are great guys to deal with. Very informative honest and the techs do amazing work. I got my truck, boat, and sandrail all done up. Definitely take the time and check them out. Will be back again for all future needs .

Excellent products and service. I explained what I wanted and Gabe not only provided exactly that in a timely manner, but was communicating, courteous and cool through the process. Definitely recommended for anyone considering an audio upgrade. Including for electric vehicles.

Everyone there is great!! Sam and Ray are great! My full install did take a lot longer that I expected they did a fantastic job! Shop very clean and organized. Price are great. I will recommend them to anyone looking for any car audio.

Went to the shop off the old 215 Rd, & my experience was NOT the best. I asked them to install a new stereo AND hook up my tweeter speakers in which they said they could have done the same day & had me pay upfront (stereo plus labor), then call me about 2 hours later to tell me they don t have the dash kit for my car so I had to come back. Finally once I could get my car in they got it done within a couple hours BUT didn t hook up my tweeter speakers! When called they said the front desk never told them, so now I have to make another appointment! Definitely not happy with how careless they ve been. I paid the labor already so they got their money & they did HALF the job, & they didn t even offer a refund/discount either.

Had hundreds of dollars worth of business done here as a first time customer, and was really hoping they would be very good with customer service if anything even happends. And a mechanic a few weeks later messed with the alarm they installed and couldn't get it back to work. So advanced stereo stepped in and took care of the mechanics mistake no questions asked. I was in and out within 15 minutes. All they ask for is a receipt and they will take care of the rest . Very happy with everything here
