Let's start off with giving this place an A++ We drive a 2015 Nissan Rogue, and brought it in for a quote at this location. We choce this location especially because of the amazing customer service and knowledge about the issues with my car had. Please ask for Jerome. He answered all the questions I had about my vehicle, including parts, pricing and labor and time very professionally. We called several other places to get the same quote, and quite frankly this was the perfect place to trust with my vehicle.Once again thanks a million, Jerome!!

Jerome at Moreno Valley Aamco is the best! He worked out an amazing deal for us and got the job done super fast! The customer service here is amazing!! I ll definitely be coming back! Always ask for Jerome!!

Had my vehicle repaired at this shop. Leticia kept me informed every step of the way and Kathy is very friendly and professional. Overall I'm satisfied with Aamco and it's associates.I would recommend this repair shop to my friends.

It took them 4 weeks to get my truck done and some of those days I had to call them because they wouldn t communicate with me and they kept pushing back on the truck to be ready. I asked for any compensation because of that and the front desk guy was extremely rude and had attitude for saying it ain t his fault. I was furious from his attitude. And im sure the owners will see my review. If I could give 0 stars. I would. Never taking my classic Blazer back here AGAIN!!!

This Aamco location is amazing! So far I've brought 2 different vehicles and Aamco was able to diagnose and repair everything, and it was super fast. Also, it was an absolute pleasure working with Jerome. He was super knowledgeable and he made me feel at ease that my problem would be fixed. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone!!!

Man I was stressed out about my transmission fluid level and no one else wanted to help me. Aamco check it no problem. Friendly staff as well I recommend this place one hundred percent.

My car was vandalize on July 26 2019. when it was under their care, somebody stole a lot of t things from my car, even tried to take parts off my car like TV, stereo, mirror. etc I tried to speak with the owner but he refuse to help me, he said he is not responsible. Do not do business with this shop. I filed a police report and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Just got my transmission rebuilt in a timely manner as promised. Alvarro helped me out and got it done in 3 days thank you let's hope I'm not back for a long time:)

Run and run fast away from this particular AAMCO. I called to get a rough estimate on a rebuild transmission for a 1988 ford. I was told $3,500-$5,500. My wife had her transmission done by AAMCO for $4,000 and that was for a new CVT transmission on a 2014 Nissan which is a much more expensive transmission. The transmission for the 1988 is $980-$1,059 brand new. They want $3,500-5,500 to do a rebuild not even a new one. Even if it was a new one they would be charging $2,500-4,000 just for labor. Go to a different AAMCO or transmission shop instead of wasting your time with this location. This is how they reward a returning customer since this is the shop we had my wife s done at. I will never do business at this location again.COMPLETE RIP-OFF. RUN AWAY AND FAST.

Awful!! Expensive!!! Angel has a horrible attitude only nice to pull you in. 995$ for estimate and they cut my muffler straight pipe and broke pieces of my transmission to get it out so they could check inside. I didn't give them the job but my stuff was broken by them, they thought I would give them the job so they took the liberty of cutting my pipe and breaking pieces to get it out. Very unsatisfied and I still had to pay $995 or go with 5000 price to fix.

Great service. Both the staff and the owner seem like good down to earth people. No scam no fuss no fishy business. And they work with companies that finance, which always helps. Car went into the shop with a rattle and dash lights on, came out nice and quiet. I bought my car in for transmission leak they told me the transmission was no good. so they put another transmission in there and now I have a axle leak that wasn't leaking before, maybe I didn't need a transmission maybe it was the axle the whole time.

They won't give a price. Not even a start price. They want to take apart your car and then tell you a price, when your car is torn apart and you can't say no and take your car elsewhere. You will literally be stuck there with your car in pieces. I get they can't give an exact price before they tear into it. But the customer should know what a starting price is before they disassemble your car.

I had my car serviced by the aamco team and I can honestly say I was beyond thankful for the service that they provided for me and my family. I was emotional that they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of. Jerome you're such an amazing person. and Armando I thank you for going into detail and explaining the necessary parts that were needed and finding a replacement that's fits within my budget.my vehicle was also completed in a timely fashionable manner with the service that I need to get done and under the circumstances my vehicle was placed under priority. after the installation was complete they did a test run and found that a little more work needed to get done to it to ensure that the service was done properly and I didn't have to bring it back due to errors. I'm very satisfied with the work that was provided to me and my family I look at amco as more as my extended family for my vehicle service needs I would definitely recommend this location anyone in need of servicing their vehicles to take it here first. Brought the car in to , AAMCO to have the transmission checked out they were very nice and professional and performing the job of checking out the transmission and recommending what needed to be done with easy financing. I went to AAMCO and my estimate was $670 to find the problem with my vehicle and they would not put that toward fixing the issues. I took my car elsewhere the same day. Within 5 minutes they gave a free diagnostic and fixed my car within 2 hours for under $200! If I had stayed with AAMCO, I would have easily wasted money.

Overall this shop did a great job cars runs fine was pretty quick dropped off my car on tue July 12th 22 and picked up my car on July 20th not to bad for replacing the transmission and fuel pump didn't cost me too much on a rental. Now for little lighter side, the communication needs to be better on getting back to customers. I understand the shop gets busy just something to work on but overall great overall experience I'm pleased with the outcome. The place is very clean free water and coffee restroom was clean.
