Fix Auto did an amazing job fixing my car. The entire right side of my car was completely smashed, and they made it better than it was before the crash. The owner and staff were very friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I will definitely use Fix Auto again if necessary.

I took my wife's Mustang in to get some work done on it after an accident that left the bumper and hood damaged. Omar and his team were extremely helpful in getting everything set up and repaired. They're straight forward and no nonsense which I found refreshing. They were constantly communicating with me regarding the status of the vehicle and any updates. The repair and paint job was incredibly fast and looks amazing. I will be taking my vehicles here going forward should anything else happen in the future and I recommend you do the same.

I had a damaged right passenger side front door, step bar, and a damaged rear on my Toyota Tacoma. I had to google the nearest to my place and found this shop. They did an excellent job fixing all the damages. My truck looks new and couldn't even tell it was damaged before. They really take good care every detail to bring it how it looks before. I got home and parked my truck and couldn't stop looking back while getting inside my home. You know the feeling when you love how your vehicle looks and Fix Auto Moorpark brought it back to life. I just got my car back from Fix Auto Moorpark and couldn't be happier with the results!!! I highly recommend them if you need any work done to your car. And they are a Mercury approved auto repair facility. Ask for Jose, he'll do you right!!!

These guys are the friendliest most professional people I ve talked to in the Moorpark area. Very responsive and pleasant on the phone. Refreshing to see that there are companies out there that still believe in good customer service. I would definitely recommend them for any of your automotive repair needs.

The team at Fix Auto is excellent. They re a trust worthy company with terrific customer service. The quality of work they did to my car is top tier. I am very glad to have found this company and I am happy to recommend them. Gary and Omar are great and so is the rest of the crew. These guys are great! Professional, insightful, reasonable, and they care about your vehicle. Omar is one of the most professional and straightforward reps you could ask for. If I could, I would recruit him to my business!!! He had great communication throughout the whole process and worked hard to get the parts needed, and my work truck back to me as soon as he possibly could. I will be coming back in the future when I need auto body work done. Thank you again!

I highly recommend this body shop. The whole staff was amazing. I worked with Omar Martinez who was friendly and professional. He took his time explaining the estimate and repair process to me. My car looks great!

Beautiful job! Picked up my car today, and I am really pleased with the repairs. Got backed into in a gas station parking lot. It was inconvenient, and I was a little stressed out about how the body work and paint would turn out because I had not used Fix Auto before. The shop is immaculate. The work was done quickly. This was my first time Using FIX Autobody Gary was the one who helped me, very knowledgeable, Straight forward, and very nice. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I needed a new door for my car since I was hit by drunk driver. When I got my car back. It was like nothing ever happened. It looks amazing so I d just like to take a moment to thank the whole team over there at FIX autobody for providing such great service. I love Fix Auto in Moorpark. The owner, Gary, greeted us and helped us get checked in after my accident. Gary is very friendly and professional and thorough. He walked us through the process, keeping in constant contact with company text message updates and emails and with my insurance company. We were on constant communication. We were given an estimated timeframe but received my car many days earlier. Fix Auto Moorpark kept me informed during the entire process. My car was in better condition inside and out when it was returned to me. They vacuumed inside and washed the entire car, waxed and included cleaning and shining the wheel trim and tires. The repair was spectacular and looked better than my original bumper. You could not tell I had gotten in an accident. They matched the paint perfectly too. I recommend everyone go here for fast, professional, reliable, honest, and excellent service. Thank you Gary!

Bad experience from the start. No one gave me information on what the process would be to replace my windshield, how long it will take nothing. I dropped off my car n was promised a call later that same day no call that day so I called the following day spoke to receptionist n was promised a call back that I never received I called the next day and was finally able to get some information that my car would not be repaired until the following week, I said forget it and picked up my car. Worst communication and service from a business

I was so nervous after I was sideswiped, Gary talked me though what needed to be done to my car and made me feel relived and relaxed. I have to say the customer service is amazing! 10 star!! Attention to detail 10 star! Also detailed the inside of my car, looks better than when I bought it!

I have been here twice for small fixes that I know are easy, but I can't do on my own as I am a young girl not educated on cars. Both times I've come here, they were able to fix my issues within 15 minutes and didn't charge me! I know if I went to other places they could take advantage of my problem and charge me, but here they are completely honest! I had my bumper glued into place once, and this time I had my drivers side mirror pop out as my car got hit. A male worker re-installled it within 10 minutes and didn't charge me a cent! If you have any car issues and are thinking about coming here- DO IT! 100% guarantee these are the friendliest workers you'll come across and the most honest.

Not only did my car look amazing, but the owner Gary was honest, easy to work with, and genuinely seemed to care. The price was very reasonable and was far less than I expected. I would definitely recommend!!!!
