Dakota and Isaiah were nothing but SPECTACULAR! I was so thankful to work with them after having poor communication with some other body shops. They were timely, kind, and best of all did great work on my wife's car. They absolutely got a new customer for as long as I live in the area!

We had a work truck that needed to be fixed quickly. Dakota got the work done with minimal down time. He even helped us deal with a difficult insurance adjuster. Best Body shop in Ventura County.

I only have good things to say about Caliber Collisions. The work on my car looks great and is functioning wonderfully. I didnt have to go back, first time was the charm. Communication was on par, never had a need to call them because they updated me every step of the way. My car was completed and ready to pick up 4 days before the estimated ready date. It was cleaner then when I brought it in, a pleasant surprise. The icing on the cake was the customer service for me. Not only I was consistently updated, they were incredibly friendly and organized. When my car was ready for pick up I was sick with COVID and did not want to go in a get them sick so they drove my car to me. It was one of the best experiences I have had with an Auto Repair Shops.

We took our car here to have the front headlight fixed after my daughter was hit by someone running a red light. Dakota was very professional and efficient. I loved getting the weekly text messages regarding the progress of my repair and was thrilled when it was done on the date promised! The completed job looked fantastic. I had a small buffing out job. Dakota fit me right in very quickly and did a wonderful job. I have been to them several times over the years and was always very happy with their work. Two of my friends have used them in the past and were very happy with their work. Very professional and great on communicating as to the progress
