My review is working with the corporate inventory department, working directly with Michael E. and his team. I had a wonderful experience with Michael and his team as they were very responsive in their communication and were very polite and cordial. I appreciate the time they took out of their day for our potential business together. Thank you Michael and Big Brand Tire & Service!

I took my car to Big Brand and left it there on Friday 8-2-2023. I had stated Two Specific things that were of trouble with the car. I even had my last receipt from a Toyota dealer with me and showed them what they had done with the car. On Friday the 11th I had picked the car up Late in the afternoon and the initial guy that I had spoke to wasn't there. I paid $4181.76. I called on Monday morning and said that the first item that I had described to them had not been fixed. The guy said that he had not taken my car in and didn't know anything about it and he would have the guy that I spoke to initially call me and talk to me about it. He didn't call me back. I called two days later and asked for the guy that I spoke to and he wasn't there and that he would call me back and he Didn't ! They are NOT responsive to their customers!I have no idea what should have been done to my car or not But, the Problems that I had taken my car in for were NOT FIXED!!!ANGRY, YESRIP-OFF- YES!!!Alice

Watch out for the bait N switch. Online and over the phone quotes and prices are made just to bring you to the shop. Once you re there, they up charge you. I told the Tatum, Phoenix AZ location two procedures I needed, make and model, once I brought my car in the representative discredited their previous quote and gave me nearly double the price instead! Stay Away From this Auto for shop company!!!
