Horrible customer service. No greeting and no help offered. As soon as I started looking for what I needed, I overheard a group of employees start talking negatively about my car. Just a dumb move to make in an auto store.

Gerardo at the Moorpark store was the best! He was such a gentleman. He helped me with finding the right type of oil for my car and then advised me that I would need more than one quart because it extremely low. Muchas gracias Gerardo!

They have a good selection.---- edit ----Dear owner, your robo reply misinterpreted my sarcasm and generous 3-stars. Your staff is rude. Both people refused to acknowledge our existence. One person did not have the class to scoot over so that I could pass through the isle. I had to wait until he left. The other, spent plenty of time chatting with the customer before me with no desire to get to the next person (me). When the customer ahead of me finally left, the cashier finally came to us. Did not say hello. Just stuck his chin up and said "What's wrong with that?". I said, "Uh, I want to buy it.".My kid remarked when we left that the place had a weird vibe. I said to him, I am sure it is not a racial thing. But, clearly some customers are more important than others.

We went in there for a new battery expecting to spend $160.00 and Joe and Ruben took the time to do a price match and the total ended up being $93.00. But then Ruben pulled up our rewards account and found out our old battery was still under warranty. Joe explained that we needed grease and felt pads to war off corrosion. Long story short, we walked out of there only having to pay $4.00 for the felt and grease and $0 for the battery! Joe and Ruben were great, very helpful, friendly. If you want great service, this the place.

Helpful staff advised me on what to get to save money and keep my car running optimally longer! No hassle returns too. Friendly place with friendly clients. Someone in line lend another person in line their tools for a quick part change in the parking lot!

Who ever owns this establishment should really look into management. Sales manager working Feb 20 at 4pm is the most unmotivated person I ever detiled with.... and such poor knowledge couldnt even look up a part number.I've been a customer here for over 10 years sadly NAPA found the part within 2 minutes and i felt welcomed.

They would get 5 stars if they updated their computer systems. For some reason I have had anywhere between 5 and 15 accounts in the system, occasionally making returns or exchanges or collecting reward points difficult.

Definitely my favorite Autozone in the county. Went I m there today because my battery went bad. I had it under warranty but only problem was that it s wasn t gonna arrive until the next day. I was helped by Mario Martinez who is one of the PSM s at the store. He was very helpful and had me in and out of the store within 5 minutes! Not only do they have great staff but also great customer service!

Best Autozone Stuff and Manager!This Autozone has the most helpful Stuff and Manager. I live in L.A. / Reseda and work in Moorpark went in 2 different Autozone's near were I live and they couldn't care less not only they dont care but they don't have any knowledge what they are doing!This employees here younger but with more knowledge and eager to help as is the Manager. Highly recommended!

Always very helpful when I go in even double check at check out to make sure your purchase if for the correct car. They have no problem helping you look for a product. Very nice staff go here for pretty much all my car needs.

I love this place. Not only are the guys and girl knowledgeable with the products they sell, but they're friendly and super nice which isn't always the case anymore. And they have a loan a tool program, at no cost to the customer!

I was turned away from my oil trash (paper towel and gloves) last weekend when I went to recycle my oil and filter properly, but the weekend before they took it all. Not sure if rules are being made per employee working, but that was the first time I was ever told they can't take the other trash at ANY Autozone. Willing to change rating if that is indeed a policy not to take the oil trash.

Shout out to Joe from autozone in Moorpark. Talk about great costumer service. I came in to have my Battery checked out since it has been giving me problems with starting. He immediately took care of me and diagnosed the problem. Since my husband was at work and I had 4 kids in the car, I was afraid the car would die on me. He didn t hesitate to install the battery in a hot temperature day. Thank you so much joe!

After a decade of dealing with the horrible service at this autozone, I am finally writing a review. The staff here moves like they have lead in their shoes and seem inconvenienced when you ask them a question. Today was the final straw when I asked the gentleman at the counter to help find an exhaust gasket that was not stock to a vehicle (aftermarket exhaust flange). He insisted he look at the schematic for the vehicle,and if course didnt find what I was talking about. When I gave him the dimensions and asked him to look through the bins, he made every excuse of why he didnt want to look through, including that he didnt have the time to look and to come back later (there were other employees in the store and only one or two other customers who were shopping on their own. I will never shop at this store again, and will be taking my business to the LA Ave store in Simi.

The piece was not quite right, the service person did check the two parts mine and replacement piece one small connection was not right. They were quick to return the part, find my original and pleasant. Thank you.

friendly staff -- vehicle engine was misfiring so we pulled in, they scanned for error codes and were able to find us a local mechanic nearby who was open on a Sunday afternoon. We were very lucky to stumble upon this particular store and sincerely helpful staff to help us -- THANK YOU!!!

AutoZone, in general, is the jack-all-trades/master-of-none for auto parts stores... an old hot rodder like me usually only goes there in a pinch. The pinch this time was a dead battery in my wife's truck. They were out of all but the most expensive models... Okay, fine, only the the best for my wife, lol. They lent me a socket that I was missing to change to swap it out...The staff was friendly, the store was neat. Easy, breezy...all good...

Friendly helpful non judgemental of my lack of experience In auto repair , always looking for what i need even if not available in their store . rewards program is a good bonus as well,Online ads help with costly project discounts if the timing is right and Ordering to ship to home is simple hassle free.

Every time i go there for tune up parts for my toyota tacoma prerunner they seem to have problems having parts in stock. I can't wait for parts to arrive next day, my truck is my livelihood.
