Very on top of their customers. And provide excellent customer service. I called in to resolve a small order issue, they put me on a 3min hold to investigate then told me they are shipping the item out that day. It arrived 2 days later. Awesome!

Though it's WWAAAYYYYY out in Montrose, definitely worth a trip to check 'email out in person. Lotsa history behind this place and Sgt Steve-O has been here nearly since the beginning. Customer service is top-notch & quality of the products is second to none!

I ve been going here about 15 years. They have all the awesome stuff for your motor crosser or like me, your Enduro trail rider. They have the best steering dampener in the world.

When I called I was pleasantly greeted by the actual Scott! I couldnt believe how down to earth and real he is. I didn't feel rushed or a burden to him, he explained the full process of Servicing my stablizer. I wouldnt own another Stabilizer ever! Thanks again

Literally can t say enough nice things about this company. I had problems with a bearing for a stabilizer and ordered a new bearing. The gentleman here called me upon receiving the order to help me troubleshoot my problem and suggested things to help prevent further issues. Also, their stabilizers are leaps and bounds ahead of the competition s. Definitely recommend Scott s to everyone!

Went in to get some rebuild parts today for a stabilizer I got used and had an excellent experience. All the guys there were super helpful, informative and gave straight honest answers and were more than willing to answer any questions I had. I will absolutely buy direct from them in the future and wish there were more shops like this one and not big box stores.

Sent a steering dampener in for service that was on a used motorcycle I recently purchased . Better to be safe than sorry, right?It came back looking better than new in brand new custom packaging including new hardware, instructions and stickers, too. I had to double check the S/N to be sure it was really mine.Thank you much, Scott's !

The staff were super insightful on the problems I was having with my project and very helpful to me. They could have sold me all kinds of parts that I may or may not have needed. Instead, they sold me the necessities and pointed me in the right direction. Kinda yoda-like, now that I think about it. Thanks !

I would like to take this opportunity to to thank Steve for his time, professionalism, service and competence. I received much better service from Steve than Thousand Oaks Powersports and even Kawasaki HQ! In the motorcycle industry, there if often a wide separation between service, professionalism and competence. Before I called Scott's, I took some time to educate myself to clarify my needs and desires for compatibility of parts, including OEM part numbers, regarding wheels. Steve was the maestro that utilized various fiches to sync wheel compatibility. I was pleasantly surprised by Steve's candor. Steve gave me his time, was professional throughout, offered a valuable service and more than double checked his findings, thus ensuring competence. I am grateful to Steve and Scott's for having saved my time from future headaches. Now my wheels are stable, true and no longer a budding concern. I've been coming to Scotts since 1990. They have always been super helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need and give their experiences on the products you're purchasing. It's the Cheers of motorcycle shops. Everyone knows your name and has a family feel and the care of great friends. Great place to visit and very knowledgable staff. Thanks for keeping me riding!

Customer service on the phone was spectacular I highly recommend using Scotts performance. It's the place I go for last minute riding needs. They always have had what I needed. I'm sure there will be a time that what I require is not in stock, but with a little extra planning they can order it.

Best dampener in the industry. The guys in the shop are knowledgeable and usually have what I need in stock, if not, no problem they order it and it's here in a couple days.

I live locally, so I decided to stop in and order a steering stabilizer for my WR250R. They had me sorted in five minutes and recommended me some bars too.

This place is a joke !This morning my family and I are getting ready to leave town ,I found this local shop ! Walked and the 2 old guys behind the counter could care less to ask if i needed something So here we are driving to Bert s mega mall ..
