So I got a 2014 Honda Accord from here around 1 month and a week ago. I drove an hour from where I reside to Montrose to look at the car. I have 0 regrets from going to Greater LA Auto. I believe I spoke to a man named Armen and a nice lady that was there as well. The process + transaction was fluid, very easy. Armen even helped me find reasonably priced full coverage for a 20 year old. I gave the down payment and received the car the same day within 1-2 hours. They explained a lot of things I did not understand at first, giving me various finance options as well. Excellent service. My main concern when searching for a car was getting taken advantage of and receiving a money pit that would have put me in financial ruin, luckily that was not the case here. One month strong and the car has no mechanical issues, not one light on the dash. For being 10 years old; it has low miles, the upholstery is in perfect condition, the outside has very minor cosmetic issues (as to be expected because of the age). All in all I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome. When I have enough funds I will be coming here again for another auto.( I put 15% ceramic tint all around and 30% on the windshield, took it too the car wash and it looks even better now )

I got a 2014 Nissan Maxima from Greater LA Auto Center about three weeks ago, and I cannot express enough my outstanding experience. I was impressed by the transparency and honesty of the staff. They were upfront about every aspect of the car, from its history to its condition. They even offered me their assistance with any further inquiries or issues that may arise.Overall, my experience with Greater LA Auto Center exceeded all expectations. Their commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service sets them apart from other dealerships I visited while looking for a car. I highly recommend Greater LA Auto Center for a quality vehicle.

Great used dealership. They helped my step father buy a nice SUV then recently helped me get into a new vehicle when my credit and finance history werent great. They really went out of their way to set me up with a very cool coupe for a pretty good price. Considering my car is my only means for work and i was stthis really saved my livelyhood. They took the time to show me the numbers and explain the reality of financing the car and helped me with all the paperwork after i decided I wanted to go through with it. They even hooked me up with a free oil change a few months after my purchase, very much appreciated. Happy with my purchase and greatful for all the help guys!

I had the BEST customer service experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional- and took care of all my needs right away. Not only did I purchase my vehicle there but they also was able to help my sister with issues she had with her Audi because they have mechanics onsite. Armen made purchasing my first car an incredible experience for me! He was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel confident, and excited! He also gave me a celebratory gift! If you are looking for a family owned business then I highly recommend this dealership- & I absolutely LOVE my car she's the best!!

I normally don t write reviews, but I m doing so in case it can help someone avoid making a terrible mistake by going to this place. I was sold a used vehicle I was assured was in excellent shape, minus one issue a gasket needed to be replaced. The owner himself Armen promised me that the resulting leak was very minor. His exact words were very small. He also said I could bring the car back in 2 weeks for the gasket to be replaced. Until then, he didn t have a mechanic to do it. This sounded reasonable, but being a wary buyer, I went ahead and purchased an option to cancel policy and paid to have the right to return the car within 48 hours. Again, in Armen s words, no questions asked. More importantly, this is the law. After taking the car to Firestone and having it inspected by professional mechanics, I learned that the car had a huge oil leak problem, was shown how oil covered nearly every inch of the engine, and how the leak was so bad that it was difficult to even diagnose the source. I also learned that the brakes were bad, and that a cheap hatchet job had been done on them the rotors needed replacing but the dealer had simply put on cheap brake pads.Needless to say, I was upset but glad I had purchased the option to cancel, and the next day went to the dealership to return the car. Instead of no questions asked, Armen kept on insisting that the car was fine and that his missing mechanic could eventually fix it. He also could not understand why we were upset at being sold a bad car under false pretenses. Worst of all, he was rude and disrespectful, repeatedly telling me to calm down and talking down to me. His sexism and misogyny were very clear in that he spoke with my husband in a different manner. I was a woman speaking up for myself after being lied to, and he interpreted that as my being hysterical and irrational. He kept using the word tense. To make matters worse, Armen tried to charge us a higher restocking fee than was listed on his own agreement and clearly went against CA law. He made us wait for an extra 30 minutes while he called his licensor and put her on speaker in an attempt to prove that he was right, only for the licensor to tell him that it sounded like he was trying to break the law and that he should follow the law and return the correct amount owed to us. Only then did he begrudgingly return money that was legally ours. He then tried to insist that he was a great guy just misunderstood. It was truly weird and wild. Even though he had spent over an hour tormenting us, he wanted us to think he was a good person, as if it mattered.Sadly, the young woman who works there and handles the paperwork is lovely, and I hate to leave a review that harms her in any way. I hope she finds a job working for someone who is not a misogynist and whose business does not rely on hurting people. Armen made a show of blaming everyone but himself that day the mechanic, the young woman, everyone. It s important to note that Armen and others working for him with the exception of the young woman did not wear a mask inside the office when I purchased the car, despite it being the law. This man is the ultimate sleazy car dealer, but worse he doesn t even know what it is he is trying to lie about. I have no doubt he will reply to this review with something truly bizarre. But hopefully this will act as a warning to anyone considering going to this place.
