HIGHLY recommend this shop, do not hesitate. I found them online gave them a call, customer service was great, I was able to set up an appointment that worked for me and got my Module fixed quickly. Price was great also and my car works perfectly. I drove from Long Beach area and I do not regret it, amazing service and great communication.

I had a great experience. I am certainly no mechanic and have 0 experience with cars. I live in Florida and shipped my unit to EMX. They updated my unit and guided me through out the process. I had a few challenges with my car which delayed the updates to the unit for over a month. Once I changed a few sensors, the car was ready to program the unit. Even after a month they were responsive to help immediately. EMX walked me through everything to help me start my car. I am very grateful.

So I did not have a good experience and find it quite interesting that a mechanic shop would have 5star. The quote I got for a part was twice another mechanic and this is OEM. I also am disappointed that Edwin didn t appreciate my concerns and didn t bother to even check my car. I had to go elsewhere and get diagnosis to come back and get a quote from all the good reviews. I think new customers should certainly do their own due diligence and not get caught up in just reviews. And I am not fake.

I ve been in the car repair business for over 30 years. The service I received from EMX was as good as it gets. It starts with great communication and trust. I was worried my 911 was dead but now, it s purring like a kitten. Honest and fair. Trust your high line cars with EMX Auto. I can t recommend them highly enough.

Ed is awesome! He has helped me over the past few years with all my cars. EMX is professional and efficient. He manages to get the work done quickly and doesn t play around. I don t trust other mechanics and I will keep bringing in my cars with him. It s hard to find a mechanic who is honest now at days. I recommend EMX Auto for all your mechanics needs. He s done all my maintenance on my Range Rover HSE from oil changes, brake pads, brakes, and tire adjustments. He s great!!

I ve been going to EMX auto for a couple years now and I m impressed with Ed s work and honesty. He is the only one I trust with my cars. I ve taken in Range Rover s and Bentley s for oil changes, tire changes, and alignment adjustments. He s the best mechanic in town!

Had issues with my Audi active cruise and they repaired what was quoted by Audi to be a $3000 fix. Saved me thousands of dollars and lots of time. Worked with them through eBay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very knowledgeable about BMW s. Have taken numerous cars to them and they find a solution to fix my issues even when everyone says I need new parts or extra repairs $$$$. But EMX always comes to the rescue. I really appreciate the work you guys put into our cars!

Excellent Seller........Very VeryKnowledgeable about the FRM footwell modules. My windows didn't go up or down and my turn signals did not work. I sent them my module and had it back in 2 days. Unfortunately my module had severe water damage and couldn't be fixed so they didn't charge me. They recommend I buy a used one on eBay so I did and they were able to reprogram that one. I plugged it back into my car and everything is working again. Thank you so much. I will recommend you to all my friends!!Service: Electrical repair

Wow ! Took our 2015 Lexus Is250 to get diagnosed since lights had come up on the speedometer. Edvin diagnosed the vehicle and did a thorough inspection which he informed me of the issues and what would be needed to fix them. Within three days he had fixed all the issues. EMX provided great COMMUNICATION, KNOWLEDGE ,reasonable prices and trustworthy work which fixed all the issues with the vehicle. Amazing shop, very satisfied. I had an ABS module issue which the dealer was not able to fix and told me it needs to be replaced. I took it to EMX shop and they were able to fix it with much lower price and the car is running perfectly fine now. Edmond is a great person and gives a very good price and also does a great service! Highly recommending it to everyone.

I brought in a faulted footwell module for a re-flash. Turns out the last tech had damaged the circuit board when servicing. EMX was able to repair the board and do the re-flash at an unbeatable rate. Dropped off in the afternoon & ready the next morning. My van needed an oil change and Edmond took care of me. He was quick and to the point. He briefly went over how my tires and brakes were, but left the choice to me when to pursue those fixes. Sadly, there aren t enough stars to give a 10/10 review. 100% recommend EMX for your vehicle needs.

I've been coming to EMX Auto for all sorts of repairs and diagnostic help for over 3 years and Edmond is always happy to help out with whatever little things have come up over the years. From map sensor diagnostic help to steering column/key barrel replacement and everything in between. It is really nice to have a nice, honest, local mechanic that can tackle anything with a smile and a good sense of humor as well. Recently he helped me with a cold air intake install, and has helped me out with some exhaust work, oil changes, and brake pad replacements in the past, and I couldn't be happier with his services. Nervous because I had a bad experience with someone else that said they can clone my Mercedes sl550 ecu, which any part number with the first six numbers will work--- they cloned two of mine (accidentally sent a v6 one) but both were virginized and cloned perfect. I trust these people and they returned the item in the mail very fast and my car is running amazing again thank to their work!! A+Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

My FRM module fried after I jumped the car, which caused the windows, the headlights, blinkers and break lights to become inoperable. The good folks at EMX ensured that they could fix the problem, and sure enough they kept their word. I took the car in for the repair and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. I recommend everyone check out EMX Auto for their diagnostic repairs.
