Long wait times. Cars are stacked in the wash line waiting for more than 10 minutes to be dried. Also, they do not give cash back on credit card or debit purchases to help provide tips for staff and they do not have an ATM on-site. The man at the counter asked me if I have quarters in my car to give them. This is probably why they are understaffed to manage the flow of vehicles in a timely manner. #firstandlasttime

Crescenta Valley Car Wash is the best car wash I ve ever been to in Los Angeles - they take care of you from start to finish. I got my car washed here for a great price and it stayed clean for over 2 weeks - truly amazing, my new go to spot.

Came in to get an oil change and to patch my tire since it had a nail in it. I also received a detail Carwash on my Mercedes GLC 300. The employees here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of all my needs really quickly and with quality work. Thank you for providing such amazing customer service. I will be back for more washes and oil changes. No one else matches the price with the quality of service as this place! Highly recommend!

Horrible work, and then I felt abused. At the beginning when they were checking me In and my service, total cool dude. But at the end of my wash there was a concern on my car. I guess I should have specified if they would actually clean my car but I guess I just paid for a top rinse. The pictures say it all. The mats on the back weren t vacuumed and the cup holders weren t either. I do have a dog and my cars gonna have hairs but the back wasn t vacuumed at all. I had spoken to the person In Charged or what seems to me that was sitting down hanging out and then called for. Lol and the guy drying my car was trying to explain something that I knew had occurred. Either way. This was my first time and I felt discriminated and attacked. I paid for the so called wax service. One was speaking over me when I was explaining the reason, and the man in charge was yelling at me. Will never come here. I paid and tipped too.I know I m a women, but I know what goes on with my car.

Great service and excellent wash! I m never disappointed with how they go about getting my car clean after it s caked in mud or dust. Hrag is a great help and makes sure o have a little extra shine on my car. Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

Above and beyond! I had my car washed yesterday and they did a great job! After the car wash they noticed my front license plate was hanging by one screw! Delila s son and family offered their assistance. They took the time to find just the right screws (size and length) to attach the plate! What great customer service! Thank you all!

I recently moved to the area. I found that they were very fair in terms of price, service and quality. They paid special attention to my vehicle, and it was nice to learn that they were family run business. I would definitely recommend this car wash and can t wait to go back!

Fast, my car wash super clean and priced very reasonably. Way above average from any full service car wash and miles above any automatic self service. Staff is amazing, never once left without having a pleasant experience.

First time visiting. All around good experience. It wasn't very crowded, so I was in and out in about 35 minutes. The service is friendly and my car is nice & clean & smells good with the included black ice air freshener. I only knocked off 1 star because I asked for the seats to be put up and they only put up one side. I put it up upon exit and needless to say, it wasn't vacuumed under. The regular package was about $32 if paying cash or debit. If paying credit, the 3% service fee is passed along to the customer. There is a large waiting area. I will likely be back and recommend.

I ve been going to this car wash for ten years. Every aspect of the experience has friendly, professional people from the manager, cashier, to the person that dries and windexes the inside. They make you feel like a VIP. The car looks shiny and the interior-not a speck of dirt. I won t go to any other car wash.

Been coming here for years. Easily the best in the area. Always got a car wash or an oil change. This time I was selling my car and decided to get a complete detail. They almost made me keep my car. I wish I had done this sooner so I could have enjoyed my car looking its best. Worth every penny. Paid around $300.00 without tip.

Of all the car washes I ve been to Crescenta Valley Car Wash in La Crescenta has the best service and over all product for all customers alike. Whether it s a basic car wash, a detail, or an oil chance I ve notice they ve been a notch above the rest.

Efficient, friendly, and detail-oriented. Being able to knock out an oil change + car wash/vacuum in one go is fantastic - the team did a thorough job. Will definitely use them for all future oil changes!!

June 2023 - oil change price is no longer posted anywhere. I asked cashier for price of oil change; she said she did not know, and I d have to pull up to the station and ask the mechanic there. I walked over instead, and was told by mechanic that price is $90 PLUS TAX for an oil change (so about $100, and synthetic oil is even more) which includes a car wash. He didn t say which level of car wash service. You can t get just an oil change, so the breakdown of price is irrelevant.It felt like an arbitrary price maybe they charge different prices to different people? No thanks. I went instead to an honest, trustworthy, reliable and less expensive place.

I have recently visited this car wash and the customer service was outstanding. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the owners, Kaloust and Hrag, and they made sure that the job was done properly. The staff made sure every spot of the car was clean. I definitely recommend this car wash!
