I was referred to Campbells by a good friend of mine. I operate a seafood distribution business and it is extremely important to keep my trucks running in top shape. Over the years Bill has addressed all my issues with the utmost knowledge that other mechanics have failed to do. Bill now oversee my fleet of vehicles as well as all my personal vehicles. Campbells has been very reliable and more importantly has estimated every repair accurately. His staff is professional and courteous and the facility looks like a well run business. Thanks Campbells !!!

Bill, and his mechanic Anthony helped me during my long distance trip when I encountered some troubles with my car, and I did not know anyone in the area. After a local Police officer recommend them, my choice was obvious. Bill kindly accommodated me on a very last minute request, and Anthony provided with honest diagnosis, and reliable solution that helped me get home safe. I can tell that quality service, and honesty are embedded in their core values, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who can appreciate those qualities. Thank you Anthony, and Bill!

Great shop. Very knowledgeable and do the job right. Took my truck for a major tune up and coolant leak. They checked it out from bumper to bumper and it's running like new again. Highly recommend

It started off promising, but has turned into a nightmare. After 3+ weeks they still couldn't fix my car and told me to take it to dealership. They're communication during this time got worse and worse. I called them at least 30 times. Now I'm working with the dealership and they're saying that Campbell's didn't even install a part that they said they would.Moral of the story: always go to the dealership.

I called ahead and made an appointment to get my truck fixed, Dropped off my vehicle and was told they would call me later in the afternoon to confirm the work that was needed - no phone call. I called the next morning and was told they would call me in a few hours - no phone call. I called again in the afternoon and left a message on their machine, nobody returned my call. I finally reached them at the end of day 2 of hearing nothing from them and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Two days of them having my truck with an appointment and they couldn't even call me and hadn't even looked at the truck. Clearly they don't care about customer service or communication.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I've been taking my car here for years. This is one of the most trustworthy places to go to. The owner always takes time to talk with you and the prices are reasonable.

I had a great experience at Campbell s. The gentlemen I talked to at the front desk were attentive, professional, and courteous. My car was fixed quicker than expected. I will be returning for future car repairs and would recommend Campbell s to anyone.

My experience was nothing but positive. My car was running poorly, to say the least, and my lit check engine light let me know something was up. Pulling into their steep driveway Bill Campbell, aka the main honcho, could hear my engine misfiring all the way from his office. It took him about an hour to diagnose the problem. After diagnosing the problem for free, he gave me a decent estimate on time and cost to get it fixed, explaining in detail what was needed to be done. I went ahead and opted to go through with the fix. They were nice enough to give me ride to school and pick me up when the car was good to go. The rides were quick, convenient and also free of charge. Since Bill has taken care of my old beater camry, it's been running as smooth as when I first bought it used. He even topped off my coolant and oil as a sign of good faith. Good work guys! I will recommend your services to friends, families and cohorts. Thanks again.

Quality service as usual. Owners will take the time to talk with me and answer questions which I really appreciate even when they're always very busy. I had a prepurchase inspection done on a new car and it was thorough and well priced. Previously we owned a 98 and a 99 and they still treated us with respect regardless of what we drove. I would recommend.

I have been taking my vehicles to Campbell's for over 10 years. They are local and I have received nothing but great service from them. Bill, Tommy, Lisa, Gerry and the rest are always very helpful, and their rates are reasonable. I also have never met a shop that goes way beyond the call of duty more than Campbell's. A friend had a weird AC issue on his Ford Explorer where it would cut out for no reason. Campbell's found a Technical Service bulletin which described the issue, and the solution. My Chevrolet Avalanche had a vibration issue on the drive shaft. After repairing and replacing to no avail, Bill sent it to a shop that balances the drive shaft and it worked beautifully. My Tahoe had a steering column vibration, Bill found a TSB on the steering linkage and fixed the problem. They are my first and only choice for auto repair on my vehicles. I have recommended Campbell's to some friends and they are also quite pleased. They're work is second to none, and doesn't break the bank.They are family operated and have served the community for over 20 years. Honest, efficient and great work!

We have used Campbell's for many years now with multiple family cars. They have always been fair, honest and stand behind their work. We appreciate that they insist on using original manufacturer parts for most repairs. They don't push unnecessary repairs when something can wait, but will still be proactive on important items. If the cause of the trouble is uncertain, parts are hard to find, or the fix is difficult, they will do their homework first and try to do it right the first time instead of just jumping in. We will continue to take our cars here, and highly recommend this place to others.

I'm holding off on buying a new car because then I'll have to go to the dealer instead of Bill, Lisa and Tommy - they're that good! I was referred by a car geek who brings his precious toys to Campbell's. They are very busy, so make an appointment.

I took my car to another mechanic who claimed to have fixed it, and it shut down on the street after a month! My grandmother recommended Bill Campbell to me because she has been going to him for years. I took my car and it has been almost a year and no issues since!

My boyfriend usually does all the car repairs for us, but when we had a transmission repair that was beyond him we brought it to Campbell's Auto Repair. The transmission got fixed and although it cost more than we're used to for car repair (I don't think transmission repair is ever cheap, is it) we are totally satisfied with the job Bill did.

They promised to use OEM parts only but used all aftermarket parts. A lot of people can't tell the difference so they get away with it. They also forgot to tighten a lot of screws related to the suspension so the car was making a lot of noises. Took the car to the dealer and they fixed everything. The owners can also get extremely aggressive when you tell them they did something wrong, so watch out for that.
