Great dealership, never pushed the sale on me. Staff is fantastic. I felt like I got a GREAT deal, was in and out of there QUICK. I ve bought plenty of cars before and this is by far the best experience at a dealership that I ve ever had. No shark salesmen here! Never felt uncomfortable! 5/5 stars. Can t recommend them enough!

Had an amazing experience with my partner, very welcoming and helpful people. Ended up choosing a 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid, we had the pleasure of talking to Antonio and Brett. They worked with us and made the process very easy. They went out of their way for us. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealer, very competitive pricing and accommodating staff. Great selection of vehicles, would buy from here again !

I was hesitant about coming here, but I have no idea why. This place was great! I had been to a few dealerships already and didn t want to deal with more salesmen. Bob Smith Toyota is not like that. Tom was so helpful and the financial guy he put me with was also very kind and easy to work with. They gave me all my options and helped me get to a deal that was best for me. 100% recommend coming here, will also recommend to my family and friends!

Tom at Bob Smith Toyota and his team have done a phenomenal job of reinstating my confidence in not only dealerships but with Toyota as a whole. My experience here has been easy, comfortable and friendly. They were transparent and forthcoming with all the details. I highly recommend coming here for service and sales alike. I rarely write reviews, and when I do it is usually to warn others of a negative experience.This is not the case here. Bob Smith Toyota was an unexpected surprise. I was anticipating a normal car dealership experience, (I m sure you know the type fake but friendly sales people applying unnecessary pressure); I entered with my game face on.I cannot say enough good things about my experience, very low key, no pressure, genuinely friendly staff. It was as though I was buying a car from a best friend or family member.I will NEVER buy a car from another dealership.I would (and have already) recommend(ed) Bob Smith Toyota to my friends and family.Don t just take my word on it, visit them, be your own judge. You will be pleasantly surprised.

The sales and finance people were genuinely friendly, helpful, and transparent. I have purchased about 2 dozen cars and this was by far the best experience yet. The fact that it s a customer-service oriented family owned dealership makes all the difference. Two of the sales people I worked with had been there 19 & 23 years respectively. I also had a long, informal chat with the owner and I could understand from his attitude why this is an unusual gem of a dealership. We got a good deal on a great car and it s all smiles. Terrible experience with the sales team and manager at Bob Smith. I have been in the market for a Grand Highlander since it was available. I live local to Bob Smith but have been doing my research for the car and found other Toyota Dealerships that are selling the GH at no dealer markup. Explained that to the salesman and said to come in, test drive the car and see what the manager can do. I had no idea what they were doing but when giving me an estimate for my my car, but they broke my panorama sunroof to my trade in and had the audacity to still charge me 11% (over $6,500!) dealer markup! They explained all I did was press a button . Yes, but you didn t consult me to make sure whatever you were doing was not going to break my car! INSANE! To say the least, I went to I went to another Toyota dealership and bought a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid for no dealer markup. Save you time and money and go elsewhere.$6,500 it worth the research.

Worked with John Smith and another salesperson, Peter, who were amazing! This was the most relaxed test drive and negotiation experience I've and almost felt like a small town dealership that was willing to spend as much time as you need to test drive and answer questions. They also were extremely straightforward and transparent with pricing. Great experience!

I've been a loyal customer of Bob Smith Toyota for two decades, and I've never encountered the level of disrespect and indifference I experienced during my recent visit.As a gesture of goodwill, I had printed out a maintenance service discount coupon that I received via email and presented it when checking in. However, the service agent (Hank, as I later found out) displayed a complete lack of professionalism. He questioned the legitimacy of my coupon and treated me with skepticism, making me feel like a pseudo-customer.When I attempted to show him the email to verify the coupon, he blatantly ignored me and refused to acknowledge my concerns. Even when I asked for his name, he declined to provide it.I promptly shared my dissatisfaction with the service manager, who apologized for the behavior of his employee, Hank. Unfortunately, Hank showed no remorse for his actions.This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and seriously questioned my loyalty to Bob Smith Toyota. I believe customer service is paramount, and my recent encounter fell far short of the standards I've come to expect from this establishment over the years.I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of professionalism and courtesy among their staff, ensuring that future customers do not have to endure such disappointing encounters.Overall, I am deeply disappointed by this recent visit and hope that my feedback contributes to improvements in customer service at Bob Smith Toyota.

I will visit a dealership that considers my long term relationship with Toyota when working a deal, rather than one who prefers to upsell the last outgoing model on their lot to increase profit. Thankfully I did find a dealership who helped me with my situation and I will give them my future business; and it s NOT Bob Smith Toyota.

Price gouging is expected at dealerships, but this is ridiculous. I went in for a routine maintenance and was told I needed urgent repairs and was quoted around 5 grand to fix up my car. I went to a nearby mechanic and had everything done for under a grand. On top of that, it is not a women friendly place. I ve had many negative interactions with the male staff at this location. Never coming back for maintenance at the La Crescenta location again.

Bob Smith Toyota is the best place to get your new Toyota. Talk about "they make it easy." I spoke to John Smith, internet sales manager, what a way to conduct business. This gentleman treated my daughter, and I like we were family. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had her first-time buyer an unforgettable experience . John Smith's professional demeanor and kindness showed from the moment we arrived. The whole process took less than 3 hours. A sales consultant named Peter was also very good at explaining everything we needed to know. My daughter was extremely happy and thankful to have such wonderful people working for Bob Smith Toyota. If anyone is ever interested in buying a New Toyota and if you want to have the best people working with you, don't hesitate and come to Bob Smith Toyota and ask for John Smith, you wont be disappointed. This is what buying a car should be all about. I will forever be a customer at Bob Smith Toyota, I'll also refer all my friends to the friendliest Toyota dealership in Southern California. Thank you, and keep up the excellent work.

What a lovely experience! This dealership is truly special. It is a three generation family-owned business and clearly a labor of love. Everyone is so friendly, it feels like a throwback to another era. Plus we got a terrific car for my son!

Haik is a great salesman and will arrange the best deal. (I've shopped around.)The rest of the staff sometimes has an attitude, and customer service is lacking--especially when warranty issues are involved. Just purchased another Corolla (2023, fully loaded), and I like it. They're still having supply-chain issues, so I was lucky to get the features and color I wanted.

We live in Arkansas. My wife's father died and left her a 1995 Toyota Tacoma. We took it to Bob Smith Toyota to make sure it was road worthy, to get her back to Arkansas. We dealt with Mr. Ara Zargarin. He was awesome! He had his technician do a through inspection and made great recommendations. He explained what had to be done and what could wait until she got home. He kept us informed and did not try any high pressure sell tactics. He was always polite and respectful. I was so impressed with his customer service skills. He is a true asset to the Bob Smith Toyota family! Can't thank you Mr. Ara for all your help and support...God Bless!!!

Just do yourself a favor and come here. They have an exceptional system to helps them get you in and out and on your way. The people here are kind and very friendly and communicate really well. Dealing with this company Bob Smith and Estela was a JOKE.Dealt with Estela was a horrible experience. She insisted 7.5k over MSRP was a gr8 deal. I learned that anything over MSRP was a GAME POST PLANDEMIC!! Wasn't getting caught up in Dealership GREED. Wanted my 1k deposit back. This Dealership has said they refunded me back for deposit on the Supra...3 weeks ago. Never happened. Never has my refund been refundedhappened

Great experience, extraordinary service. Took my car in for service -- intake was outside, everyone masked. I was an hour late for my service appointment which was supposed to last all day, but they finished in 3 hours while I waited. There was a place for me to sit outside in the shade. The car was returned to me with plastic coverings on seats, steering wheel, etc. which they removed and wiped with disinfectant before handing over to me. All work done and suggested was detailed in writing and online, and I had ample time to ask questions and discuss options. The price for the work done was very reasonable. Everyone was polite and efficient. I highly recommend this dealer!!!

I can't believe how they play with me, holding for 3 days for approval, I gave to them all the necessary they requested, by phone, email, txt, even visited in a busy time leaving my kids and at the end...car is sold to owner customer... WT*&#%. Unbelievable!!! They don't care you, even when I bought 2 cars from them. Totally unacceptable !!!!

Hopefully my story helps someone avoid being ripped off by this dealership.Came in to diagnose popping noise when accelerating &breaking. Toyota recommended immediately replacing axle. Quoted 3.5 hrs labor @ $175/hr.I bought original parts from Toyota for $750 and outside mechanic replaced in 30 min for $85.Noise was still there. Returned to toyota, they checked and said my mechanic installed it wrong and now the new axle is damaged as well. Recommended having toyota replace axle AGAIN for $1,400.Finally went back to my mechanic and he found 2 loose bolts in the subframe. Tightened them and problem solved. My axle was fine, the new axle is perfectly fine.I called and said I m not interested in making anyone look bad or causing harm to anyone s job. But if there s a way for you to make it right without causing any harm, that s what I m interested in. I m down $1000 for 2 loose bolts. Service manager refused to take responsibility of course.

The service department has gone downhill since I was there a year or so ago. During their multi-point inspection, they found several things needing repair, however, I did not have the thousands of dollars they wanted. They also recommended that i replace all four tires even though the right rear tire was brand new as of 9/6/22. When I picked up the car, it drove worse than when I brought it in. It feels like I'm on Mr. Toad's wild ride. It was smooth riding when I took it in. When I filled out their service survey, I complained about it. That was over two weeks ago. No one has called to speak to me about it so I guess they have enough business that they don't have to care whether or not their customers are happy. I will not take my car back to them for service nor buy a new car from the dealership.

I have been coming to Bob s Smith Toyota for about 20 years and I have had nothing else, but great experience.Between my daughter and I have purchased 5 cars and I travel long ways to get my service done.I love how friendly and welcoming they are! I highly recommend if you have any issues get in contact with the general manager Pete Smith he would make it right give him the chance to make it right.Mike Smith if you haven t met him please ask for him next time you visit the dealership.Mike is humble, honest, friendly, devoted business man and family oriented human being.Is sad to read some negative reviews, it sounds like they re talking and describing a different dealership NOT Bob s Smith.People let s be patient when it come to time! Specially right now during this pandemic.I m customer service for my second job and it is not easy to please and accommodate everyone even though we try our best .HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022 for Bob s Smith Toyota Dealership and all it s customers!!!

I have been taking my Toyotas to Bob Smith for a number of years and had been happy with the service. A few years ago, something changed and the service has become absolutely stellar. Emily, in service, should be given a raise and a promotion. She is absolutely professional, friendly, quick, and takes care of every little thing - with a smile. Always.Liz, at the service desk, helped me last time I was in and, again, she also provided an all around great experience. I love that they have discounted rentals on Mondays. I always schedule my service on Mondays for that reason. So far so good1

Was in the market for a used car, and was helped by Estela. She was courteous, friendly, and was very helpful in answering questions and giving all the information we needed to make an informed purchase without applying sleazy sales tactics or aggressive pressure. Sadly I didn't end up purchasing a car from here, but this is an excellent dealership to shop at.

Excellent service is priority at Bob Smith Toyota. Friendly service with a smile, shuttle service and rental cars are offered with service. The people who work here are so efficient and I don't mind waiting~ coffee and tea and food are available. The lighting is good for reading a book also. Their accessory store is right there too. I want to thank my service manager Greg for is great smile , humor and kindness too!

You walk into almost any business these days and you see posted signs invariably stating they strive to give their customers excellent experience for doing business with them, you think talk is cheap. And that's exactly what I thought coming to Bob Smith Toyota to have my car completed a manufacture recall service. After my car was done, I left totally impressed! I must say they walk the talk. From the first greetings at drop off to picking up the car was a real nice experience for me. Their eager to get things done right and give their customer excellent experience seemed to me was genuine. I'd not hesitate to return to give them my business.
