If I could leave a 0 I would. Brian (manager) lied to me about multiple things that would be taken care for delivery. He promised new tires. These tires are cracked I need new tires only after 1 month. He lied about my monthly payment. It was increased by 80 dollars. I didn t even ask for a discount on the vehicle. I just wanted it road ready when I picked it up. The worst car experience I have ever had. Liars. Don t trust a word they say.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mark after corresponding with me for about a week while I obtain my auto loan through our credit union. I was very concerned about purchasing my car online for the first time. We found our car on CarGurus. However, both Mark & Brian were great & made it very comfortable by explaining & answering all questions.I was shopping for another Toyota Avalon since the last one I purchased was in 1999. After searching for about 2 months, my husband found my perfect car. After I secured the car with a deposit to hold for few days. I finally had a chance to drive it with Mark as he pointed out the features & history of the car. Its was nice & clean & a very smooth comfortable ride. Brian the Finance Representative helped me coordinate everything through our credit union. He had all my documents ready for us to sign when we arrived from Northern California. They handled my transaction efficiently. My husband & I were done in less then 20 minutes. My Toyota had everything I expected plus more. They were all very polite, respectful and efficient. I highly recommend Auto Speed, just ask for Mark to assist you in finding your next perfect car & Brian will help you through the buying process & secure your loan. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience of buying our Toyota Avalon.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Cadillac Seville STS from Autospeed LA, and I cannot express how overwhelmingly positive my experience was! Also, I absolutely cannot understand how anyone can give this business a negative rating. From start to finish, every aspect of the transaction exceeded my expectations. I have worked for a used car dealership myself in the past. Of course there are some dubious sellers in this industry, but this is definitely by far the most reputable dealer I have ever come across in my entire life.The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were truly exceptional. I purchased a van for my family over two months ago. The customer service at this dealership was great and the process was smooth, however, the issue was after the purchase. I had the car serviced at a VW dealership because something didnt feel right. I ended up spending $1300 on new brakes to begin with and was also told the transmission was going to be an issue. I scheduled an appointment for the transmission but next thing you know, the car broke down and it wouldn't even start. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, pay the extra 200 or 300 (whatever they charge) to get the vehicle inspected by a mechanic you trust before making a purchase. I wish I would have done that before wasting money on a car that ended up not being reliable for my family AND trading in a vehicle in better running condition.

Great experience today purchasing a vehicle today from Auto Speed!Art was very informative over the phone and prompt with response and the full process. Offered a great lunch and everyone there at the dealership greeted with a smile. Very clean and wide selection of cars!General manager Paul was great as well!!

I paid for my car in full. $11k and they ve done everything but help me fix whats happened. Its been 1 month and they dodge my calls and they sold me a piece of junk. I ve spent over $2k because they have refused to help. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY WELL SCAM YOU. You can call and ask for Andy but he will ignore and try his hardest to not get your calls. THEYRE SCAMMERS.

If there was an option to give this place a negative star I would because the salesman Brian is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to buying cars he is Mr. I ll come in between 9-11 when I feel like it knowing he has a appointment at 9:30. He has no logic also wants to go around changing prices on cars when he knows he can do the deal he originally started with. He gets cars for like $3,000 and expects people to pay $9,000 for them absurd. Don t get me started on his lady s in the office one of them is really beautiful and gorgeous but she is probably there just for looks has a really nice rack and thanks for bending over in front of me. The other lady just lies just as much as Brian does and it s ridiculous. They also had internet down and said oh let s just write a work order and you can take the car and we can do the paper work later ummmm no. I do not recommend this place at all. Don t waist your time!

Awful place to purchase a vehicle. Bought a car here two months ago and it's already dead. Wasted so much money on repairs that the dealership claimed they fixed. The car is worthless now. Don't buy here, ever!

I also posted this on Yelp.I only write reviews when it is warranted and this place was one of the best used car dealerships I've dealt with.I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. As soon as I arrived at the dealership it was evident that they operate to high standards. All the vehicles were clean and well presented. Likewise the staff were very professional. No pressure at all.Their pricing was clear and straight forward and they gave me the 'out the door' price in writing. No hidden surprises or negotiating tactics back and forth. They allowed me to put a deposit to hold the vehicle while I arranged a pre-purchase inspection. They also promptly addressed a couple of concerns I had about the vehicle.Although it was in good condition, I didn't end up buying the vehicle due to concerns about longer term maintenance of the particular model and they graciously refunded my deposit.Thank you Ricardo and Brian for a professional and transparent process. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Auto Speed in the future should the right vehicle come along. Recommended !

Buyer beware. On May 6th we drove up from Temecula because we saw that Auto Speed had a 2011 Toyota Sienna for sale. Note: my husband and myself have very good jobs, and excellent credit (in the 800s) , but we decided to go with this dealership because they had the exact Sienna that we had our heart set on. We have two children, one is 9 and one is only 7 months. We took our Saturday trip up to Los Angeles County with a check in hand to purchase the van. We also purchased the extended warranty that we were told would cover basically anything major. We asked for no extras or discounts, just honesty about the vehicle. We were told it was perfect, had one owner and had records of being serviced timely. Here comes 9 days and a few hundred miles after purchase (100 of which was driving it home), my husband, baby and myself were off to do a little shopping at Trader Joe's. We got less than a mile out of our housing community and the van completely went into a stuck gear and wouldn't drive. We immediately had to pull over and then we heard a noise. The check engine light went on along with a few other lights. My husband was able to use a car computer to see what the code was and it indicated a sensor within the transmission was having trouble. We had the van towed to AAMCO and they informed us that the transmission was failing. We obviously called Auto Speed to inform of this and no one there has had the decency to contact us back.... 9 days, guys. The warranty we purchased is now questioning AAMCO because the car wasn't even in our possession for 10 days. My family is out of a vehicle. I have no words for this type is transaction and poor/unethical business practices. I'm floored Auto Speed wouldn't even return our call and be seemingly so beyond dishonest when they saw this young family come in and purchase from them. I've heard that there are shady dealerships in the world, but never would I ever expect this to happen to me. Please do not purchase from this "dealership".

I purchased three cars, in full, online and had them shipped. There were a few items that did not function correctly on the vehicles when they arrived despite being told that everything was properly working. Art, the salesman and Brian the finance manager were nice to work with; neither the general manager, nor anyone above him, returned any communication regarding some assistance in addressing the issues sadly. In the end the sale was already completed so apparently I was not worth their time or attention any longer.

Called, and phone number didn't go through. Drove to the lot anyway to look at a car but was told it was "by appointment only" and was turned away even though I'd tried to call ahead. If you see a listing online, it's not worth even stopping by.

These guys are the best. I've been to a lot of dealerships and used car places and this is one of the most positive experiences I have had. They have a great selection of beautiful clean cars at very reasonable prices. If you have bad credit they will work with you. Some of the cars have very high miles..so be sure to consider the reliability of the particular vehicle you are purchasing. I've learned that the hard way. Do some research first and find out which used cars are the most reliable. And don't ever buy a used Dodge or Chrysler!! Thanks again Mark and Brian for helping me out.

The worst car buying experience of my life It s rare to find a business with such blatant disregard for the truth or even basic safety standards. They sold me a 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 s coupe with a bent wheel. As soon as I got on the highway it began shaking so badly I thought I might crash. I got it to a repair shop which found that the wheel had shredded the tire, so it s fortunate the tire didn t blow. The shop also found a myriad of additional problems and said it had obviously been in an accident even though it had a clean Carfax. Auto Speed said they would reimburse me for the new tire and wheel and even sent me a picture of the check, which of course they never sent. They submitted my loan application with a three year warranty that I never requested, but can t use now because it doesn t cover pre-existing conditions. They also said the AC just needed a charge and the TPMS light was on because the tires needed inflated, but the AC is broken and the bent wheel had a broken sensor. Stay far away from this dealer.

I purchased a car from Auto Speed for the first time yesterday and I was very pleased with my experience. This was not my first time buying a car, but it was definitely my best experience. Not only do they have quality used cars here (I looked at several), but the one I bought was in great condition with only 1 previous owner, great maintenance record and review. Justin was very patient, attentive, and answered all my questions. He wasn't a high pressure salesman, which worked great for me and one of the deciding factors in purchasing a car from him. The manager, Paul, was very nice and efficient. Since I've bought used cars before, I knew what to expect going in and really have no complaints about my experience here. I would do business with them again. The whole process was very straightforward and pleasant. I highly recommend Auto Speed to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.

I bought a car without seeing it. Mark salesman and Brian finance were my contact people. Mark sent me videos of the car. I live on the east coast. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I had the car shipped to me. When it arrived it is actually better than advertised.There were no add one to the price tag other than $60 to overnight fedex title and bill of sale. This included me overnighting the signed docs back to them.Thanks guys.

Great team work, sales man(ART) very informative he knew everything about all cars in their lot maybe over 200 cars, I had him to show me about 9 cars ,then finance guy (Brian) explained all my options one by one very knowledgeable . great selection , good prices in auto market ,I have my car about 2 months now no issue and very happy with my purchased at this dealership .

Very bad. Arrived after driving 6 hours to purchase a truck. Truck was not on lot. Went to see it at another lot. Vehicle had water leaks, dead battery.... misrepresented in adds . This place seems like what you think about when someone says skummy used car lots. Sad these people give a bad reputation to the industry.

A year ago I bought a car from them, in which a week later the timing belt broke right on the freeway, after 2 months it was already necessary to change the clutch! The manager said that all cars are in good condition.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. We purchased a total lemon and have had a terrible customer experience. Two days after we purchased the car, it started leaking dark oil. We brought the car to a specialized mechanic and they told us we couldn't even drive the car home because it wasn't safe. So we towed the car back to the dealership and they said they would fix it. Since then, my husband has called the company DAILY for the last two weeks, and we have not heard back once. Do not give these guys any money, they'll take your money, sell you an unfit car and you'll never hear back from them again.

In March 2022 I purchased a used 2015 Ford Focus. I gave a $5000 down payment.. Not even an hour after leaving the dealership I regretted my purchase and did not want this vehicle. I texted this to the finance person at the dealership(Brian Taylor) within an hour after leaving, I had his personal cell phone number because shortly after I left he sent me a flirtatious text saying he hoped to see me again soon lol , why would he be seeing me again soon???? So inappropriate.At night I realized the car was making a very loud grumbling and vibrating sound when I drove and accelerated, something I d never heard from a car before, I did not hear it during the day because I had the air on high and radio on loud. I expressed all of this to the dealership. I was told that because I did not sign a cancellation contract I could not return the car, there was no mention of me even having the option to have a cancellation contract.I am a 34-year-old single millennial woman, all of my family lives across the country and I had no one to turn to for advice in a dire situation, I do not purchase cars or study terms of purchasing cars often(unfortunately), I am not well-versed and they took advantage of that fact as I m sure it is a trick of the trade, so I did not even know that contract was something that existed. And when they had me sign it along with 20 other contracts that he went through at lightening speed as though I was at an auction he said ok sign here since you aren t getting a cancellation contract again thinking to myself yeah I guess not maybe cause I m getting a used car? IDK (yes DUMB).The next day, the finance person told me the manager was giving me an option(what a stand-up guy!) I can either trade it for another car they had which I did not want to do or bring the car back to eradicate the whole deal but only if I let them keep $2000 of my $5000 down payment. No legitimate or specific reason was given. I was actually told by Brian that this was just the amount the general manager was willing to accept PERIOD. Just a random amount he thought would cover the headache I ve left him with. This is more than a month s rent for me.I wish I had read ALL reviews about this place before bothering, as you can see how many negative there actually are. This has set me back tremendously to the point I am going to have to move back home with family but have luckily avoided contemplating suicide. I m a low-income person, $2000 is an astronomical amount for me and even having that amount to have put down for the car(mostly on a credit card) took me years to save. Stay away from this shady dealership, all their cars are jalopy s. And to whoever ended up with the 2015 black hatchback Ford Focus from them recently Godspeed, man & you re welcome for the full tank of gas.

I bought a car here, they said everything is good and new but next day car didn't start up, headlight was broken. They took care of it eventually but it was very obvious that they were annoyed. They promised to send me a copy of contract via email but when I reminded them 4 days later, they just said "we dont do that thank you." I felt they were only nice and kind while I was purchasing, after that it's a totally different atmosphere. I'm somewhat satisfied with the vehicle but was not satisfied how the dealer was only nice to me til I purchase it. He didnt even look at me when I brought my car back to get my car fixed the day after I bought it.

I was was able to give Zero starts I would!I had many problems with my car since the first day I drove it off the lot! I had/have white smoke come out from the car and they let me know it was "cold start" that's was the excuse. They let me know the car was covered with the "extended warranty" ( read the fine print on the extended warranty"). I let them know the issues and they told me to leave the car with them and they would have a look at it they returned the car back to me still doing the same issue. I let know them know a second time and it took about a week or so to take a look at and the car came back doing the same exact thing! Keep in mind I had to take Uber all to my job sites and that s all of the city at times. I took the car the third time again same issue ones I got to the dealer the car overhead the water pump just blow up. Keep in mind this is the third time I take it this time I told them I need a car because I have to go to work they took a week or so. They let me know they would take care of BOTH ISSUES they got back to me and told me the extended warranty is going to take of the water pump but since they have to examine the car it could be turned on so they couldn t do anything about the white smoke!! At this point I was super upset. The car come up with more issues I understand the car is used and it would be perfect but white smoke is a sign of a bad motor it s caused by burning oil to fast plus the shocks on the car went out and the control arms broke I paid about $1,000 to get the arms fixed and keep in mind I would have to do oil changes on the car about every 3 weeks!! That s not normal!! I spoke too them and they told me they couldn t do anything about it to sell it on the street and try to get the most out of it because they couldn t help me anymore.I am livid and I can t to anything about it because now I m stuck paying the car off and not able to drive the car because it s been parked in the same location for 2 months now.. I not the type of person do a bad review but I hope who ever reads this takes a second to think of they are making the right decision before buy a car from this place

I would like to give this car lot 10 stars if I could do not believe the reviews that you are reviewing on here I am not a family member being paid to do this I am a satisfied customer and I am very happy with Brian and Art. Everything was fast efficient easy no extra hidden fees& everything went smooth. I love my Kia and you guys should come and get your car from here more often. From financing , paper work , carfax, 3 year warranty. They are very patient worked with me and very friendly. Good place to good your car from

Bunch of lies. Yes, my mistake for believing the story. Bought a car from them and when I finally had a chance to take it in the mechanic. He told me the cost to repair is probably equal to whst you bought it for. Motor mounts damage, wheel bearing and hub assembly damage, missing bolts for the engine mount and more. Sold As-IS. At least be honest when I ask if you know of any problem with the car. Not a bogus story of well maintained car by a coach. Asked him why he had to remove the battery and reattached it. He said, It has been sitting around to long. I m not a mechanic. Now, I know your team are all liars. Hope this review stays up and innocent people don t get sucked of they hard earn money.
