Isaac gave me the best service! He explained everything to me in full detail, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fair as well. I will definitely be coming back.

One of my best friends took his car here for several repairs in the past, but this last experience was so bad I had to leave a review. They replaced the fuel pump, and completely forgot to finish. I picked the car up drove it to the gas station to find out they did not connect all the gas lines back. If I was not paying attention this could have been a fatal accident, and for that I would never recommend this shop to anyone! They are very unsafe and unprofessional and the worse part they have not returned my calls or done anything to make this situation better. They lost a really good customer, and I m reporting them to the better business Bureau

I was looking for a new mechanic in the Sunland, La Crescenta, Glendale area and drove up on these guys. Fair up front pricing and they use good parts. Reminds me of the way auto repair shops used to be, clean facility and large waiting area with TV set! If you take good care of your car and want a good place to take it to I recommend.Service: Brakes

I have been a customer of Allstate Auto Repair for many years. They have maintained and repaired my vehicles: oil changes, brakes, tires, engine, shocks, repairs, and just about everything I need. Everything is done at a fair price, in a reasonable amount of time, and with great customer service. Juan and his staff are the best around!.

The owner of Allstate Auto Repair, Juan and the manager, Andrew run a clean and friendly business sensitive to the needs and wishes of their clients. I have brought my Chevrolet Tahoe in for maintenance and service several times and have always been treated with respect and fairness. Allstate has earned my trust and I would recommend this repair facility particularly to a vehicle owner who is less than mechanically adept because Allstate will take the time to explain what repairs or maintenance your vehicle needs with honesty and respect for your needs and budget.

Yesterday I had my vehicle (Lincoln) repaired at this location. It was my third experience with their repair shop, one of them being the purchase of new tires. I had a rather major repair to which I was offered an option which came in at one-half the cost, using a repair kit rather than buying the factory parts. As the repair is guaranteed for three years, this seemed to be a very viable option. While my car was there, they also made some minor repairs that were more detail oriented. When I returned the free loaner car, I picked up mine, which sported a nice clean car wash. I have worked with Andrew all the times I have been there and he is very helpful and patient in answering my every question to my satisfaction.Should I need further repairs (which I hope I do not!) or for regular servicing, e.g., oil changes, etc., I will definitely return to this shop.

I like this shop for several reasons.1) Family operated2) Owner is there, and cares3) Honest4) Reasonable prices5) Knowledgeable6) Comfortable waiting areaAllstate services all three of my cars. The are not the cheapest, but much cheaper than a dealer. I like going there for oil changes, brake jobs, and general tune ups.

Excellent service! Honest pricing. They take time to explain the repairs needed and always answer all my questions. I have been taking my cars to Allstate for many years and are very satisfied with the service.

Allstate used to be a good auto shop when it was Juan's. Now it's not anymore. Juan is barely ever there and some strange guy taken over. Too bad.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Called for a tire rotation price quote. Guy says 15. Come in and the another guy says 25. They end up charging me 15. Cool. Asked if they could put the spare back in the trunk underneath the car and they tried to charge me another 5. Not cool.

They seem to be mostly honest which is extremly important when it comes to cars ect. But.... $1000 for a brake job is just ludacris. It was a 98 toyota not a BMW. Other than the unreal prices, great customer service and overall did a good job.

Great personal service and loaners availableNothing is worse then getting in your car and the battery is dead. Thankfully, Allstate has loaners available so you can leave your car to be worked on and still get to work so you can pay for the repairs! Thank you Allstate!

Love these guys...been going there since they opened, and they have always been open and honest about their services, and have always done a great job! Their prices are competitive, they're AAA recommended, and they have a big screen TV in the quite-nice waiting room - what more could you ask for?!?!

I spent almost six weeks waiting for another garage to fix my car. Allstate had my car diagnosed I under 5 minutes and fixed by the next day.
