That $20 deal became over $80 quicker than unexpected. The staff there were friendly and helped us check out the truck pretty quickly. The self-guided system for returning trucks is not my favorite and I had to call the helpline but it got the job done.

Booked online and picked up a rental pickup truck. It was only $19.99 plus 70c per mile driven. The people at the counter were great, quickly went through the process and I was on my way without much delay. I opted to get full insurance coverage. The total cost was less than I could have rented an economy car for a day. My only issue is the fuel gauge of the truck, it showed little over half after I put in over 10 gallons. So I pumped more. Then the fuel gauge jumped to nearly full.

The trailer I rented performed well and safely transported my items for nearly 1000 miles. However, the initial experience was less than satisfactory. The staff member assisting me didn t initially address my concerns about a potential overinflated tire. Only after my persistence did he check the tire s psi and ultimately I pushed him to swap it out for a different trailer.It was odd and unprofessional for him to approach me with headphones in and remove them only when I posed a question.Furthermore, the covered trailer I received was unclean, with hair scattered across the floor, suggesting it had been used for hair cutting or something of the sort. A thorough cleanup was definitely missed.Despite these issues, I ll likely use U-Haul again due to its convenience. However, I ll need to be more vigilant during the inspection process next time.

We arrived five minutes before closing and had the car off the trailer in three minutes. The attendant was at first, ready to charge us and close, then saw we were hustling and helped. Good man. Good company.

So i found a loophool on there system, if you plan to move out of state and rent a trailer. I would consider doing a local tow and add 2 to 3 extra days on top of your rental, its cheaper and i have helped my friends move easily and way, WAY cheaper. I would have spent $959 in the rental instead I paid $167. Great loop hole if you ask me

If you haven't rented a Uhaul before, make sure to read all of the fine print on the rental contract. They will charge you for the following:1. The rental base fee.2. $1.09 for each mile you drive.3. $6.25 for each gallon you consume driving the truck, unless you refill the rental truck tank to where it was originally when you got it.That is plus any additional services you choose, such as Safe Move ($15) which is ridiculous, among others.These folks are not upfront about the expected charges you might have to pay. Make sure to ask a lot of questions before renting a truck, and take photos of the truck's interior and exterior.The truck I rented recently didn't even have a ramp to load and unload stuff. If you ask them for such tool, they might charge you for it.

There is no human element in how these folks deal with customers. They only see money and their cold, sometimes rude manner, makes it an unpleasant experience, at best, to use their services. They will try to get you to buy add-ons that you never need by somehow making you feel nervous about the consequences of not using those additional services.Not coming back to this place.

Waited 45 minutes to be told that they didn't have what I reserved and offered something I wasn't comfortable driving.This was time sensitive and couldn't just be rescheduled. Waste of time and money.

I rented a motorcycle trailer. I made a reservation online. When i showed up at the location, the check out was very quick because I also did the online check in. They escorted me to the lot, hooked up the trailer to my truck, and did all the inspections to make sure I was safe for the road. When I turned in the trailer, that process was efficient as well. There were multiple personnel available to assist the many customers checking in. I did not have to wait when I pulled up. They did a quick check of the trailer and emailed me my receipt; took less than 5 min. Overall, great experience.

Truckers:I haul U-boxes all the time, and usually I'm in and out in no time, with really friendly people who are eager to help. Here, most of the employees were helpful, but the manager was a piece of work. There was one U-Haul pick-up in our way that the employees were not allowed to move, and the manager refused to move it. He insisted that I back out onto the street that also serves as a freeway on-ramp to get out of the way of his customers while I wait for him to be ready to move the pick-up. I didn't do this because it was unsafe, so he made me wait until the very last minute (one hour and fifty five minutes after I arrived) to load the box. Great professionalism! /s

Staff was great - thing to keep in mind, they don t take cash or prepaid cards, so that was a hurdle - it took a while to figure that part out & had to have someone use their card FOR me.

I occasionally rent a car trailer to tow a car behind our RV. I've always made the reservation reflecting that we were towing it with an RV but have always picked up and dropped off with my truck since it's way easier and less of a hassle then driving my huge RV to the usually packed parking lots at Uhaul. They usually question it, but once I explain it, they've always been good with it, sometimes even thanking me for doing it that way. This was my 1st time at this particular Uhaul. They would not rent the trailer to me unless I changed the reservation to show I would be towing it with my truck. I finally agreed so I could get the trailer and go on my way, but that meant redoing the whole rental process a 2nd time, which wasted a bunch of my time. I'll avoid this location at all costs in the future and only use it as a last resort. Other than that, it was a nice clean facility with lots of inventory.

They charged me 45 miles when I only put on 5! I made reservation online with my credit card and they still took my card at counter. They had to manually type it in because they said card reader wasn't working. Then they charged me $100 for 10ft truck for 2 hrs. It was supposed to be $38.

Alfredo, the manager, was very patient and helpful in assisting in verifying my ID to the manager of a uhaul out of state so that I could change the u-boxes over to my ex's name. Thank you!

Worked really well. Booked a van online, came into the shop and got some great help with sorting my rental since i'm not from the US. Got the van and drove off after a few minutes. Worked like a charm!

Just returned the U-Haul and the gentleman who excepted it in the back was awesome. I forgot to pass in the U-Haul on my due date and they gave me a call and said it was no problem and I passed it in two days later. They have a free box bin (!) here (if people return their used boxes to it) which saved me a lot of money. Excellent store.

Gave no driving instruction/advice at all, didn't even tell me there's driving advice printed in the vehicle. I'll tell you, a 9-hour drive as a first time truck-driver is pretty stressful without the necessary advice, and I was kissing the ground when I made it to our new place.While loading, the back of the truck wouldn't close, and they basically said "Not my problem, you rented as is. Call a mechanic." They refused to help or even offer a potential solution, as if I was offending them. Our belongings were thus left un-locked outside for a couple days, and we almost went on a 9-hour drive with a jerry-rigged solution before realizing it was just a matter of the truck's ramp being so worn down/rusted that it needed to be absolutely forced-in before the back would close.Pay for movers if you can afford it, this stress wasn't worth the money saved.

Very shady uhaul franchise. They will advertise one price and charge you another. Also, make sure you take pictures of the milage and the gas levels. Customer service was dismissive and sarcastic. You would be better served elsewhere.

Good vehicles available and convenient location. However, people who work here are a bit "cold" and unfriendly in dealing with customers. They also don't provide you with all the details you would need. You have to keep asking them questions to get the answers you need. When I rented a van from there, I didn't even get any information about how to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. I had to figure that out for myself, since it was my first time driving such a vehicle.
