AMAZING and FANTASTIC customer service!!! I've gone through quite a few mechanics/auto shops in the last couple of years for my Jeep and hands down Raya Automotive/Juan is EXCEPTIONAL!! I thought my job would take a little bit of time but I literally pulled into his shop and was done in the blink of an eye! Competitive/affordable prices and did I mention outstanding customer service?! If you're looking for a mechanic who is honest and explains things, look no further than Raya Automotive!!

I took my 2006 Chevy equinox to Raya Automotive with a strange sound coming from my car that was very concerning to me. Mr. Raya took no time at all to look at my car and came to me with a diagnosis. At the end he was so nice to explain everything to me so I could easily understand and assured me that he would do his research to get me the best deal on a quality part. After almost 1 year and a half of my truck being in and out of shops and going to 3 different mechanics to attempt to get my truck back up and running Raya Automotive got it done within 2 days! Not only was the service fast but the owner was very professional and found the (real) problem with my vehicle in a timely and efficient matter, the icing on the cake was not only that he found the broken part but even took a picture and sent it to me!! Something none of the other mechanics did or even offered to do! If possible I d give this shop 10 stars as they ve got a customer for life now!Service: Engine repair

I had a check engine light on for the past couple of weeks. I never had any time during the week to be able to take it into a shop and get it checked out. I was referred to Raya Automotive through a close friend. I contacted the owner and was informed that I could bring my vehicle in on a Saturday afternoon which was perfect for me. I am very pleased to give Mr. Juan Raya an excellent Kudos for service. I was stranded in a Friday afternoon. He took my car in immediately, diagnosed it and completed the service by the next morning at 10:30 a.m. He is very friendly, professional, and knows what to do!!! I trust him and make him my new local mechanical service choice.

Juan Raya was very responsive, quick to get back to us, fair in his price, and he was able to get us in on the same day. He went above and beyond to help us. My husband and I plan on going to him for all of our vehicle repairs and I will definitely be referring him to our family and friends. I had ongoing issues with my vehicle s engine and had my local dealership make costly repairs twice. After the 2nd repair, which consisted of the whole engine being replaced, I was able to drive my vehicle for a few months before the engine light came back on. I took my vehicle back to the dealership on multiple occasions with the same result, they would run a diagnostic test, clear the engine light, and tell me they couldn t find anything wrong. Before I knew it, the one year warranty on the repair had expired and my vehicle still wasn t running properly. After much frustration, I reached out to a friend and was referred to Raya Auto. This was the best decision I could ve made, it s been about three months since Mr. Raya repaired my vehicle and I have yet to encounter any issues. Mr. Raya was very thorough, professional, and fair with his pricing. My family and I will definitely be using Raya Auto again for any future repairs.Service: Engine repair

Only shop open past 4pm on a Saturday. Juan Raya was willing and able to help me with my fuel leak. He was knowledgeable, focused and efficient with his time and energy- very fair and reasonable pricing.

I brought my vehcile in to get my catalytic converter and oxygen sensors replaced, as reccomended by another repair shop back home.The gentleman running the shop did not feel comfortable taking another shop's word and suggested we start with a simple diagnosis. In the end, this one suggestion saved me THOUSANDS of dollars !! It turns out only the connector for the sensor was messed up. He did his repairs to the wirring and sent me on my way. Juan at Raya Automotive went above and beyond to get us out of towners home after getting towed into his shop and on a Saturday, no less! The truck needed a new hub, axle and rotor amongst other things. We got the truck there mid-morning and after working tirelessly, Juan and his team had it ready to drive by 5 pm. I take my 1987 325is and 2003 350z to Juan anytime I need some real help. Was heading home to LA after a 4,000 mile road trip with the kids and dog when my exhaust pipe was making some weird noises. I drove into a side street but couldn t figure out where the noise was coming from or whether we d even make it home. Great, there s me, my two children and young dog stuck in a side street at 9.30pm when I see a roll up door right by us with the light still on inside. I couldn t believe it, it was a garage AND it was open! I explained my predicament to the guy inside who was working into the night and he said to bring the car in and he d take a look .right then and there! He lifted the car up, found the problem and fixed it in no time as we sat there in his garage with complimentary bottled water and nothing but relief. The owner, Mr Raya, was amazing and, coming from LA well let s just say, I d gladly make the trip up again to get my car serviced by an honest auto mechanic.Service: Exhaust
