Needed a new battery for my Prius & was pretty surprised by how difficult it turned out to be to find the correct battery at any of the auto parts stores around town. After striking out at 3 or 4 other places, I was able to find it at Napa. Well, they actually didn't even have one in stock locally at the time either but were able to help me by having one delivered from their Santa Clara store. So while I did have to wait a few more days to actually pick up my battery, I was still happy with their service & with the price I ended up paying thanks to a 20% off Black Friday deal. At the end of the day it was $60+ less than the next-cheapest option I could find in town, so pro tip: check their website for discounts that might not be available in-store

Sylvia at Napa on 12/21 was so incredibly rude! I work in hospitality, face to face with people all the time and I would never imagine talking to a customer in that manner. If you re gonna work with people put on a brave face.

I have a 32 year old mitsubishi mighty max truck 2cd owner and I was driving up junipero street when the clutch cable snapped, I called napa auto parts in gorgeous monterey and a lady answered the phone on the very 1st ring. She was calm and located me the part and told me she would have it by 10am. Very impressive her name was Sherri. Great job merry Christmas

The employees are very friendly but their prices on their oil filters are completely ridiculous. Expect to pay 2x dealer prices.

This place has just about everything you could want in an automotive supply store. The staff are well informed on most vehicles and they know what parts are compatible with your car or truck. I would recommend shopping for your parts here before any other place.

Great staff, big parts supply, and they even deliver to the shops in the area. I've been a mechanic for 20+ years and have always preferred Napa parts vs the other stores. Quality and reliability is far superior.

Dropped $400 on brakes and rotors in April. Local shop just stated they are warped (steering wheel shaking so I took it in). I thought (hoped) it was an out of balance tire but it was the rotors that I replaced less than 6 months ago. Ahh annoying but not a big deal, surely this is within the limited warranty. Can t seem to find the big manual piece of paper they gave me.. eh, they ll have it in there system . Ha! NOT. Will not honor anything without original receipt. What a massive mistake on my part trusting in NAPAs products.

Ordered items were late. When they arrived, I was not contacted but only found out when I called. When I arrived I had to wait for an hour so they could put the items in their inventory before releasing my order to me. The woman at the desk was extremely unfriendly and treated me as though I was bothering her.

This is a great automobile supply establishment. Been in business for many years. A Sign of the times is the oldest parts guys are dead, dying, retired, insane, senile, sickly or hopefully helping me with 70+ years old tractor projects.

They acted clueless when I came in and stated I ordered a battery online. Told me they do not install a battery. Called napa auto center and will do for 67 dollars more. Go to autozone,walmart etc who offer this for free.

I went in for a replacement battery for my hybrid. The guy "helping" me said they are 3 sizes for that model. My car was broken down at another location so I didn't know which size I needed. My phone signal was so poor I couldn't google it, while trying to get something to come up the employee (Carlos? Young guy) spent the time on his phone on Facebook and texting friends. I asked him if there was wifi so I could connect and find out what I need, he said "just buy all 3" and went back to his phone. Finally, another customer let me use their phone to look it up. I've worked in customer service most if my life and this was absolutely awful service. It literally took me 10 seconds to find my answers, instead I wasted 5 minutes while the employee messed around on his phone. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of one because when I brought the old battery back the amazing lady who helped me was fantastic!

My rear view mirror fell off my car, and Amazon was going to take 4 days to ship me an adhesive kit...im so glad I found NAPA Auto Parts! Not only did they have the exact same kit I needed, but it was the same price as Amazon, AND the staff was so friendly! I love to support local businesses when I can, and the place is going to be my go-to for all things auto from now on. They answered my questions, provided me with the kit I needed at a good price, and were kind and friendly. A+++!

I go here for nearly Everything my car needs. From a complete stock of lightbulbs and batteries to less often needed parts as well as everything for beautifying and maintaining your car. Check here first, and they give discounts on there already very competitive prices.

Ordered something that wasn't in stock for store pick up and it said they would ship it, but when I came into the store it hadn't been shipped because, despite the site giving the option to pay now or pay in store, if you choose pay in store they won't ship it. Staff was friendly.

They saved me a lot of money thought my battery or alternator was going bad they tested both and had to purchase a new cable for my battery. Way cool will go back more and more.
