I've had my windows tinted on various cars over the years, and have never been completely satisfied. Always something that wasn't right. Until now. It took nearly two weeks for my tinted windows to dry in this cold wet weather, but when they did, my windows looked perfect. A great job matching the rear windows. Smooth and clear with no imperfections. Can highly recommend.

My mother's Lexus had a good bit of light to medium scratching, as well as myself letting my car barely bump the her rear bumper with my grill. So, i let a fool talk me into allowing him to power-buff her Lexus - as he said he'd done it professionally and it would look brand new. He DESTROYED her paint! He used an over-powered side grinder and burnt the paint and burnt the compound into the paint in large streaks all over the car.I took it several places that came highly recommended by the Lexus dealership and parts supply, all of whom told me they couldn't help and that it would be impossible to remove, and unlikely to even diminish the damage - however, most of them told me to take it to Jim's Detailing.Jim took a look and was himself taken aback at the damage to the paint. He said he could do a lot of good for it but that they wouldn't go away. He took the time to do the job right - and what a job he did! Not only did he completely remove all the other scratches, but completely fixed and removed the "burns". The car came back looking like it was fresh off the line. Absolutely outstanding! This man is 100% the real deal. He is more than a professional - he is a wizard. Top tier. If you take your vehicle anywhere else, you don't deserve to have it. I was given a $250 gift certificate by my wife for a full detailing of my tiny compact car. I had brought my car in at 9 a.m. and was called two hours later and was told by the owner that my car was dirtier than excpected. I was then told it would cost another $150 to finish my car. Upon hearing this I wanted my money back and Jim told me he doesn't do refunds. We worked it out so that his crew would concentrate on the interior, when I received my car after they had completed it, it looked substandard. The window was covered in oily streaks, my shifter and steering wheel were sticky and areas in plain sight were completely missed. The detailing provided was not worth $50 and I was charged $250. I would recommend college students or one of the scout troops who wash cars over Jim's Detailing.

Went in for my fiance's car to clean up a mess from an Uber customer. Jim was very friendly, affordable, and the detail made the seats look brand new. Definitely a customer for life now!

Jim and his crew did a great job detailing my car. He was able to buff out some scratches and it looked like new. I would highly recommend him for an auto detailing.
