I cant over emphasized how well this storage facility is run. I have been a customer of various storage centers in 4 different states over the years. Marion & Elizabeth offer the most professional of service and experience. They take oversight of the property seriously & with professionalism seldom seen any more. I'd only add that they do so in a personal manner.Glad I'm rid of my 'stuff', sorry I wont be seeing them anytime soon

Move in and out process was very smooth. Got a year rental last winter and the rates were very reasonable. Liz (I hope I got your name right) at the front desk is so cheerful and goes out of her way to help customers; she is absolutely deserving of some sort of recognition by the company.

Nice gals in the office. 1st time renting here. Pretty straight forward renting with them. Good open hours. I've had friends who rented here, and I'm hoping it'll be better than public storage, uhgg.

I have rented a few different storages at a few different times at this location and the ladies in the office have always been nothing short of wonderful and amazing! The facility is very secure and well kept but would especially recommend based upon the great customer service I received!

I've been using this facility for 4 years. The ladies who work at this facility are simply the best. They're always very friendly and amazingly helpful. Such great customer service, especially in this day and age when customer service is approaching extinction.

I was recommended by a friend who expressed how great the staff is, but I never imagined they d be as helpful as they were. They took the time to walk me through the units so I could choose the right sized one before moving.10/10 awesome experience!

From the moment I called to inquire about a unit, Elizabeth was there for me and made the rental and move in process quick and easy. I love this facility, it is in a great neighborhood and everything about it is user friendly. Drive through Security Gate shuts behind each car so you feel safe. Parking is located right in front of the building-no stairs! The Office has a visual on people in the lobby and there are plenty of carts parked by the elevator. There is a clean bathroom with nice warm water to wash up after moving, it s such a bonus. I have rented storage all over the US for 40 years and this Extra Space Storage facility is truly my best experience. 5

This place is amazing, well maintained and the staff is great. I had my storage at this location for more than a year, and never had an issue or complaint about it. Recently, I was in need of a second unit and they immediately found the solution of a unit which perfectly suits my needs. They are very fair in price and apply all the discounts that you are entailed to.

Highly recommend if you are in need of storage area. Process was easy and stress-free. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, Marion and Liz helped me at the front were informative. Definitely 5-star service!

Marion was extremely helpful and kind during the move out process. Overall, it was easy to book my unit online and other staff were easy to work with over the phone. Also, the cost was reasonable and policies were made clear to me from the beginning.

Marion was fantastic! I was on the fence about renting a unit since I had never done so before, but she showed me a unit that perfectly met my needs and she clearly explained my options.More importantly, she is a genuinely kind and generous soul who takes great pride in what she does as how she takes care of her customers.I highly recommend this business and especially commend Marion.Thank you!

It's got a fresh look that is not filled with the doom and gloom of some of the other storage places around the country I have seen. It feels secure and professional with a bit of lovely green paint to show growth. I have been here only a few months and will update.

Buyer beware!Started at $265 for a 10X10 and within 2 months, they raised rent to $385. At 12 months, raised rent to $425 per month. A 60% increase in one year. The contract did say they could raise the rate, and if you paid the new rate, you accepted the new terms. I assume they figure you re not going to go through the expense of moving out. I had no idea or forewarning they would raise the rent so much. LOOK OUT FOR THEIR DECEPTION!

They will increase your rent between 60-100% 3 months after you move in. They know that most people will not want to bother with finding another storage unit and moving all of their stuff again. They'll post a comment on this about "market values" blah blah blah, nonsense. This is pure greed. They are capitalizing on predatory practices and squeezing every cent out of the working class already hard up for space. I wish they didn't operate like this because everything else is great. The office staff is very helpful, no issues with storage, and payment is easy.

Best storage facility I've used. Convenient, tech savvy, clean, courteous and responsive...what more can you ask for. I was super happy once they implemented the digital unlocking via app. No more forgetting the code to enter!

I had a few obstacles upon move in and uncertain exactly when I would be occupying the storage facility..Liz and her staff were very helpful, understanding and accommodating as well as flexible with my circumstances. Liz and Marion were incredible and made me feel very welcome upon entering Extra Space for my first time! They went over all of the unit and facility details in depth and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I m very excited to have a quality storage unit here.

Marion was very kind and helpful. She showed us around to different storage spaces and explained the benefits to having certain ones. I'm very glad me and my girlfriend decided to come to Extra Space Storage and inquire about their spaces. She made sure we got a great deal and plenty of information from the moment we stepped into the office. I'd recommend this place highly.
