Super knowledgeable staff, very professional and efficient. They took my GT4 in exactly at my scheduled appointment time, changed the oil and flushed the brake fluid and off I went. Finally excited that I found a shop I can trust. I'll be back with my next car very soon.

My car broke down in Carmel and upon advice from a local in the parking lot we were in, I had it towed to C&C. They took my car immediately, and had the part I needed already on hand! They also did a full check while they had my car opened up and found the cause of an unrelated issue I hadn't even mentioned (my car had been running through oil too quickly), which they also fixed quickly- and I didn't have to pay double in labor! C&C was kind and empathetic and did everything they could to keep me safe and also save me some cash. Thanks Mike & folks at C&C!

The Best Mechanics for any kind of car! Dave, Nick and Mike are very knowledgeable about cars and they do a great job with reasonable prices. They re friendly and professional. My family and I always take our cars to C&C Repair for routine the routine oil change or any car repairs. It's such a relief to find someone local who can work on your car and whom you can trust. I've been looking for a mechanic to work on my Golf R for awhile and I'm thankful that I was referred to Mike and the team.You can trust what they say. Mike reviewed some work the dealership suggested I do on my car and told me what I really needed to do. He then completed the job quickly and within a reasonable budget.I will only go here to have my car worked on in the future.If they work on your type of car, consider yourself lucky, and don't go anywhere else.

I hate to slam businesses, but that's why I do reviews. I came in for service to my rear brakes on my 996 C2, but got scammed! I didn't have a CEL or warning light/indicators for low coolant, but they said I need FOUR/4 (3.785 Liters) that's 15.14 liters of coolant! Additionally, they somehow installed EIGHT/ 8 individual shims for one rear brake pad, eventhough they installed brake pad set-rear w/ shims. The set came with shims, but somehow they squeezed in extra! My initial estimate was $120, but came out to $1,179.17 total. Look at my pic/service receipt. It's hard to find an honest mechanic or people these days!

I just bought a 911 and found this place online. The owner, David, was a very nice guy and helped me conduct an inspection of my vehicle. I've had the car back to him for some work and the prices have been reasonable. I'm looking forward to many years driving my 911 and having David and his staff Mike be my go-to 911 guys.... and my seven-year-old got to play with their friendly dogs!

These guys are GREAT! Expedient, friendly service. Pulled in with no appointment with a check engine light on. They got me right in and I was on my way quickly, issue resolved. I have been there twice with my 2008 MINI Copoper S and couldn't be happier with the service!

I called to get an estimate for clutch work. Fella answered and gave the phone to the big guy . Whoever it was said abruptly, What s going on with your car? I told him a clutch whine, and asked how much-ish for a job? He said, I d have to check. I haven t worked on one of those in years. I don t have time right now, I m working. I m busy making money. You can call back later or leave your number. I said OK, well should I call back or give you my number so you can call me? I didn t mean to offend. He said, oh, you didn t offend me. I m just telling like it is. I m two weeks behind and don t have time to give estimates to people. At the end of the day, if I have time, I ll let you know. Ok. Already behind. Tap dancing. Oh, I haven t worked on one of those in years . I m too busy. I m making money and don t have time for estimates. If I have time Well, I have money!Just say, I m sorry. We re full right now and It s going to take me quite a while. You ll have to call back in a few days, and due to the backlog, it may be a while for parts and service. Not, I m working. I m making money and don t have time for estimates [you]. There s at least two people there. If he s so busy making money have the guy who answered the phone look it up or just a ballpark and call me back. Something.Funny thing is 27 years ago, this place serviced my wife s 1978 Super Beetle religiously for years. I was hoping my son s GTI would be as well. Nope. Apparently he s too busy taking other people s money. Click.

I had an issue with my Porsche the first day of car week 2019, OF COURSE.... I was looking for a reputable independent P-CAR shop, and called C&C.They are very friendly, knowledgeable professionals and took time to scan my vehicle reset some DTC's at NO charge, and got me back on the road for car week!!I have found my P-CAR shop for this and all future vehicles!!

Before I brought these people my car they said they will inspect it free of charge and then when I picked up my car they charged me $120 just to tell me what I already told them was wrong with the car. As well as them saying it would take 4 hours to install the part which only takes 2 hours from what another shop is charging me. I will never bring any of my cars to these people again. they are rude and un-professional.

I've been a regular for 3 years. Love this team and family. Honesty, efficiency, expertise, and fairness all the way through. Also great if you are a dog lover, and they have the nicest bathroom I've ever seen in a shop, hands down, ever (just sayin).

I have an older Volkswagen Touareg which I had taken to more than one other location for diagnosis. Mike told us we could come in as soon as we called. When I arrived late in the day, David identified the problem immediately and he explained what was wrong and what he was doing. I received a battery and was told to come back the next day to finalize the work. Everything was fine, with no work needed. This was the most beneficial and educational experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I will never take my car anywhere else.Service: Battery

C&C repair did an excellent job working on my Audi RS3 and the pricing was also excellent. Everything went smooth and the car was finished early. I am going to take both my car and my wife s car there from now on.

Mike and David replaced the IMS Bearing and a couple of other items. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and I live in San Luis Obispo!! Excellent service and knowledge .

I have been going to C&C for over 25 years and always received great service on my Bmw // Mercedes.Dave and Mike are incredible team when it comes to German automobiles.I would recommend this business to anyone that got frustrated with dealer prices and mediocre service.Jim M. Amazing truly professional outfit they all clearly know how to troubleshoot and their attention to detail and process is 100%. My price quote was competitive no shenanigans . I was vacationing in Monterey and had a warning light come on in my 2010 Mini. C&C got me in right away. They checked the codes, made their recommendations, and repaired the car in an hour. I would recommend this shop to any local or visitor.

I was in Monterey for a special event, and my Porsche broke. Dave at C&C took me right in and helped me get the car back on the road the same day. I was impressed with the knowledge and kindness that I observed while I was there. I would recommend C&C to anybody in the Monterey area. Thanks Dave!

I've been here twice and both times David has talked me down from major repairs that I thought were necessary but really weren't. These guys are honest, fast, and seem to be really good at what they do.

Brought my 2005 BMW here because it wouldn't start. The guys figured out the minor problem and had me out the door in 15 minutes, no charge! Awesome experience.
