I went in there for a smog check. The staff was very professional and friendly. Despite having issues with the DMV server, they were able to process the smog check. 10/10, would recommend +1 for having a super cute doggo!

Love this garage - nice, honest, timely, with a great mechanic. Feels pricey at times - but when you trust the work being done - it doesn't seem to bother me. Definitely my go to place!

I was in the area for a conference and my low tire pressure light came on. Drove in and Dan stopped what he was doing to assist me . Such friendly service. I was able to get back on the road with confidence. Many thanks to Dan and Bay Service Automotive!

The owners and staff here are very kind and honest. They did an excellent job at fixing up my 03 Rav4 and their prices are reasonable. Thank you!! Bay Service Automotive is a great family owned repair shop :) I plan on brining my car back for all future repairs

I brought my car in for a misfire. I pretty much knew it was a coil. Bay Service confirmed this but before I spent money on the coil they did a compression test and determined that real problem was I had a cylinder going out. This helped me save a lot of money in unnecessary repairs.

Went in for a smog check because the DMV required it. I called before hand to see if I needed to make an appointment and I was able to get one the day I called. As soon as I walked in the owner greeted me and was super nice. I would definitely come backhere to get other services done!

I can't say enough about Bay Service. I have my '37 Ford hot rod serviced exclusively by Bay Service and every experience has far surpassed my highest expectations. Pete has been able to design and implement some changes that have improved the driving experience drastically. Pete handles all the standard maintenance as well. The service is spectacular, always professionally preformed and completed in a timely manner. If it wasn't for Bay Service I wouldn't own the hot rod.Pete and Karen are the perfect team, the best at what they do and great to work with.

I came to this place based on the great reviews. I took two cars to Bay Service. Both cars I payed for the full enchilada safety checks and oil change.My 2007 Ford Fusion "checked out" with only needing the serpentine belt needing replaced. Two days later I drove to school and the power steering went out and the battery light came on. The serpentine belt had come off. I took it back to them and they graciously put it back on and tightened it. Apparently they had ordered the wrong serpentine belt. The next day, the serpentine belt came off again! I took it back and there was another issue trying to get it on. This time they were embarrassed and even gave me a ride home, which I appreciated. They fixed the serpentine belt again and I haven't had a problem since. They didn't charge me for the second and third repairs.My 2008 Kia Sedona also had a full safety inspection, including brake check. Not more than a month later, I hear this awful grinding and take it in to a different repair shop. The brake pads are all gone and the rotors are ruined. What did they check with the brakes? I have no idea.The customer service was good, and I really really wanted to give them more than one star, but I cannot do it.Bottom line: Pricey, poor car repair with good customer service.Update: The serpentine belt came off AGAIN while driving today. I did not take it back to Bay Service. The repair shop I took it to thinks Bay Service damaged the alignment on accident, but regardless, it is costing me another $350 to get fixed.

Drove to Monterey from Florida needed an oil change. They were honest and friendly highly recommend this place they're Better Business Bureau rated so you don't need to take my word for it look them up on the website.

I've gone here a few times, each time they manage to find a ton of other work needed to be done. A simple $100 job always turns into $1000+. They're work is decent but if you won't a fair price, go somewhere else...

Omg!!! Best service ever!!!!! Went in for smog check and they were absolutely the best!! They also fixed my tailgate and brake light. Under an hour !!!!
