Man, where to start. First off they do not inform you if a product is on back order but instead let you order it, spend your money and then you have to reach out to them to find out what is going on. Secondly the product delivered was in such a rough state. I understand blemishes but the sheer quality of the bumpers was so rough most bodyshops I went to quoted me MORE than the bumpers cost!! When I reached out to the customer support one of the first things they tell me is that "you don't realize how much it costs to return" Eventually the support person I was talking to just STOPPED RESPONDING, I don't know what that was about but horrible horrible experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Ordered a carbon fibre hood as well a carbon fibre trunk for my Infiniti G35 coupe. Prices were the most reasonable throughout my scouring of the Internet. Check out was easy no hidden fees, showed my part prices, shipping and duty fees. Within two days of ordering they sent me a shipping confirmation email. Shipping was one week from ordering. Once the items were shipped they provided me with a shipping tracking number which was through YRC shipping. With that information provided I was able to track and see each and every trailer, shipping facility as well once it hit the Buffalo border crossing into Canada. The YRC shipping service called me to schedule a delivery date. I am located in Toronto Ontario, Canada and from the date of ordering to the date of delivering to my front doorstep was three weeks. Couldn t believe how fast the products arrived and they were very well packaged. Thank you again for the great service and the great communication. Not once was I left in the dark of my products.

I want to give a completely honest review from my experience with Andy s Auto Sport. First off - no, they are not scammers as some reviewers falsely claim. If you have an issue with an order from them, reach out to their customer service and they will be more then will to cooperate and work towards getting the issue resolved, but it requires some patience and effort on the customers end.Unfortunately, I received a carbon fiber hood for my E92 and when it arrived I noticed that it had a number of defects including a sprawling crack, a hand full of large dents and resin marks under the clear coat scattered across the bonnet. After expressing my concern about the condition of the hood, Andy s Auto Sport sprung into action and contacted the vendor / manufacturer directly on my behalf. After some back and forth I decided that I was not going to get another hood from the same manufacturer and I was refunded in full.I want to personally thank the staff at Andy's Auto Sport for how they handled the situation. They always remained professional and courteous during all of my exchanges and that made the difference. I totally understand that defective products happen from time to time. Bought a Coast to Coast ProEFX Steel Roll Pan with License Plate (Rear) (EFXRP20) and they sent me the wrong one. Fits way too small and I thought I couldn t return it because I cut into it to make it fit but i apparently don t have a profile even though I have all shipping emails. Very dissatisfied. Don t bother buying here.

Bought some fenders from these guys. They arrived in a decent time frame. The box they came in was not damaged in any way. However once I opened them I saw that both fenders were crunched up and one of the points that butts up to the headlight. Emailed them pictures of the damage as well as pictures showing that they were still factory packaged and after several weeks they finally said "here's a link to write a review for the manufacturer". So if anyone wants a set of f1 style fenders for the $400 they charged me that I cant use I got you.

Ordered a carbon fiber hood for my 2005 350z and it came with a lot of scratches. I didn t want to send it back because I figured I could just buff/wax them out. The bolts they drilled into the hood didn t align with my brackets. I had to make a custom cut around the latch to even get the hood to close securely. The right side of the hood sticks out higher than the left side. I d figured if I went with the higher end route, I wouldn t need to do all this extra work. In my opinion go with the cheaper option since overpaying doesn t get you what you want anyways. Now I see why these guys get a 3.1 out of 5 on their reviews.

Take your business elsewhere. Terrible customer service, shipped me a broken part and refused to give a full refund even though their policy states they would. They claimed that manufacturer stated the part was not defective. You can decide for your self.

Only left one star but wish I could give them NO STARS. Find another company to order from. Made in USA maybe...could barely understand customer service. I ordered floors pans for my car...they weren't even close. They wanted information off my packing slip...What packing slip !? Returning the item meant me paying out of pocket for shipping and minus 15% restocking fee.!? THEY sent wrong pans. NEVER will I order from them !!06-10-18Things have been rectified by the company and a full refund to me was issued. I appreciated that for sure. But not the stress from it all. They are a secondary company to the original that made the parts originally also.

If there was an option to not give a star this company would not get one. Customer service is like the product, extremely poor. Bought a bodykit and it is the worst quality. I was told to re fiberglass... isn't that why I bought a new one? I should have read all the reviews . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! You should be out of business and maybe take a course on customer service since you clearly have no people skills .

After a little confusion Pablo sent me an email to verify what I wanted. They went the extra mile and got the item I wanted and I received it 4 days later. Web response gets 3 stars , customer service gets 5 stars.

I would not ever recommend anyone to shop here. Whenever I buy things I try to give the seller a chance just in case anything happens. Andy's Auto Sport charged my card twice, never send me a receipt, lied about shipping info, when I told them I needed my parts in a timely manner for track day they still said only 5-7 days. My order was in for 3 weeks and never got shipped. I ended up buying another racing seat elsewhere before I even got my refund.Please avoid Andy's Auto Sport for your own sake. Pay the extra 50-100 bucks or whatever to get it from a reliable source if you get something wrong good luck getting the problem corrected.

If I ever need to order anything else for my car or project cars I'm defiantly shopping with Andy's Auto Sport as my first choice. I highly recommend Andy's Auto Sport and can you believe I'm not getting any kick back for saying this. They truly care about their customers and has amazing communication skills keeping me posted on where your products at. In fact it came sooner than what was listed. Just what I expected at the best price, best quality with no S&H.Respectfully,H'unna

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! I AM STILL TRYING TO GET BACK THE $800 THEY OWE ME FROM MY MAGNAFLOW SYSTEM I ORDERED AND LATER CANCELED. AFTER A WEEK, I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY REFUND. DO NOT, AND DO NOT, ORDER FROM THEM . ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! THESE GUYS ARE NOT ARE NOT A GOOD BUSINESS.

At first I was skeptical of Andy's. But they delivered the right parts surprisingly quickly. My c style head lights for my 2011 STi were just right. Also, I called them a few times for confirmation and help and they came through. I will do business with Andy's in the future. Thank you and God bless.

Not satisfied. Ordered a body kit for a Honda civic 1996 which was currently online witch showed to only tell me they don't carry anymore instock... update website. Plus I was looking at prices for my Honda civic coupe 2010 1.8L muffler kit and they are over priced by $94.17 on Megan Racing OE-RS exhaust. Found the same one cheaper.

BEWARE Do Not Ignore The bad ratings on this company they are here for a reason. Andy's Auto Sports will Rip You off.I was excited about the VIS Carbon fiber hood I purchased from them for a couple hundred less. What they sent me wasn't remotely close to the correct hood I ordered. Nothing but trouble getting it sent back. There mistake cost me big time $$. BE WARNED spend the extra few bucks and buy from a legit company elsewhere that doesn't send factory Rejects & returns.

Absolute scam company. DO NOT USE They post low prices for items they don't even have in stock and take your money! I called customer service and got someone laughing with coworkers and had to say hello to get acknowledged. I called after a week and they said the order was shipping that day. I called again 2 weeks later and got a canned excuse about the product, only problem, I HADN'T EVEN given my info yet!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is not even worth checking out. I should have read the previous reviews before checking them out. I conquer with every bad review on this company. The online experience is bad, what you see is not even close to what you ll receive in the mail. The manger who I spoke with online (Eden) was no where close to working with a first time customer. Because of companies like this one, Amazon is someone s best choice in all aspects of a company. this company seriously needs to make changes to their return policy, it s embarrassing I say.

Bought a pair of light bulbs from here, when I received them they were the wrong ones besides that it was the wrong description on the part I received than what the website said tried calling and was on hold for 20min. This happened twice. Also made other purchases from here and they don t cover warranty s they have the worst customer service. Wouldn t recommend.

I order headers . They say they have to be made and will ship 3/3 . I call and check on them on 3/10 now they say will ship on 4/13 . A wast of time and effort of mine . Do not use this clown . He does not have parts . He orders and reships from other vendors . LIES DONT SELL PARTS JUST CREATES RETURNS OF FUND YOU WANTED SO YOU COULD ORDER THEM FROM the manufacture . While you lie and say whatever it takes to try and keep the order in place . AVOID ANDYS AT ALL COST !

I bought lowering springs for my xB and they are amazing! The packaging was a little damaged with a hole on the side but the springs work just fine! I recommend this place so far!

Very easy to find my intake, it wasn't overpriced, and it arrived in like 3 days. My only complaint is that the selection of parts and mods was pretty small, but that is understandable I drive an eclipse

Order my first set of LEDGlow underglow. Installed on my own and turned out so much better than I ever expected. Instructions were easy to follow, more of a guide. Will definitely order from Andys again.

Purchased a Harness Bar for my Nissan Skyline. Andy's Auto Sport had the best price available with free shipping. I saved about $60 bucks compared to other competitors. Will buy from Andy's Auto Sport again.

My experience was awsome. I ordered a honda specific ball joint tool and I had it in 2 days. I would definitely shop at Andy's Auto Sport again for sure.

Wish I could give negative stars. Do not order from them. They gave excuse after excuse why the item was not coming on time. Then, when it was not what I wanted, they just tried making me keep it....then if you return it..they take a 15 percent restocking fee, AND charge you for the initial free shipping and the return shipping. Customer service sucks...do not buy from them.

While trying to purchase parts for my Sports car I came across this spot on the map. I called the number and a kid answered the phone. The kid laughed and clarified their an online store only. This is an online retail that doesn t have a physical business in Monterey. There s no building to go to. They did however place their coordinates here on google maps since Monterey CA is the hub of the wealthiest car shows with automobiles flown or shipped from around the world. Smart but not wise. The city has a plethora of brick and motor stores you can go to to purchase parts and get them installed on your automobile. You can only order parts online from this business like Amazon.
