I have been coming to Gary's for a long time. He is usually pretty straight forward and upfront about his work. His staff aren't the most reliable of workers but he somehow is able to get work done. Try to schedule an appointment to let them know what your problem is and so that they can have a tentative plan if trying to accommodate you in a day's work.

I had a wonderful experience at Kato's Auto Service. They changed my oil, reset the automatic notification in the dashboard, checked out the rest of the vehicle so I won't have any problems in the future. They are very nice and easy people to deal with and make me feel comfortable. I'll be back!!!!

Gary Kato has worked on our family's cars for approximately 40 yrs. He treats us like family. He is not only knowledgeable, but trusted. Gary offers options and suggestions and has never tried to sell us parts or services we don't need. His work is neat and the prices are consistently competitive, or less than the competition. Anthony is by far the best. He gave me options to what my '07 BMW X3 needed when it came to changing the transfer case oil and also checked out if my transmission needed service by hooking up the scanner. The price was very reasonable and very flexible. Would highly recommend it for any European vehicles
