Great place, great service. Just got new tires and an alignment done for reasonable price! Staff is down to earth! Free water and coffee and cable tv in the lobby. Got to watch a couple episodes of a show I enjoy watching while waiting for my car to be serviced. Car ended up in great shape and drives smoother Than ever! Definitely recommend this place

So today had battery lost power .I was across the Street from the tire shop. I wasn't buying a tire ..the young man can outside with portable battery to jumpstart me ..what a fabulous gesture of kindness.And business related,I will never buy from any other locations..I am now a just tire life time costumer ...thanks young man again I returned home safely

Alex was absolutely the most professional and helpful person. I had a blow out on the fwy and couldn't find any place that was open. When I called, Alex was kind and explained that he could help me no problem!! I highly recommend this location.

Very quick, very professional. They completed the work faster than they'd estimated. No one tried to sell me something I didn't need and I got good advice on when I should be thinking about replacing my remaining tires.

First and foremost I d go to any business where Tracey is helping me with whatever I need done. She is personable, kind, and efficient. Never pushes extra add ons and a joy to be around. Stopped in this past Sunday morning around 8am and was definitely the highlight of my day. Because of Tracey, I ll specifically return to this Just Tires location when I need to replace my two back tires or any other car needs.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I didn't have an appointment, but Sergio was able to put on a full set of new tires and change my TPMS sensors same day, less than 3 hours later. I had to go back to work while the car was left there, so I told him to check the alignment, and just go ahead and add it to the bill if my car needed it, fully expecting to be paying for the alignment whether my car needed it or not. Nope, he called me after the tires were installed and told me it didn't need it. Well then, consider me a loyal customer from now on!

Nice and clean. Staff is awesome. I don't mine the wait. Nice sitting, television & very clean restrooms.The AC is the bomb, nice & cold.They also have phone charging station

This is the slowest Just Tires store in the neighborhood. Most estimates for service require at least 3 hours of wait if not more.

Tracey was really helpful, nice, and efficient! I had a flat tire and she gave the option to try and fix the flat before getting a new tire replacement! Even though it wasn t fixable she was very nice in explaining the possibility in needing to replace. Would definitely come back if I need any other tires fixed!

I had low tire pressure...I decided to stop by Just Tires. An employee greeted me and explained to me that my tire was badly damaged on the sidewall. He recommend a tire replacement instead. He explained the risks involved in driving a vehicle with a tire that was damaged. The employee was very informative and helped me decide which tire was best for my vehicle.

Damian and Mario were great. I needed to purchase some tires and I called to make an appointment. Mario was very helpful getting me started and in store, Damian took care of anything I needed. Very professional. The store manager was also great, I forget her name, but she was very helpful as well! Thank you!

Staff was helpful, well mannered, and professional. They made suggestions on repairs on my car and we re not pushy. There are hand sanitizer bottles around, require masks, and the chairs are separated from each other for social distancing purposes. I gladly waited on the premises a couple of hours and I knew my car was well taken care of. Thank you, Just Tired Staff :)

Do NOT come here for lyft or uber inspection they turned multiple cars away due to "needing tires" while I was there & I was also turned away. Saying I will fail. Why do I go get my car inspection else where and get a pass. They want to profit off of us drivers. I just bought brand new tires why would I need some. SCAM

Just purchased brand new good year tires on my Honda Accord 2016 and just walking in Just Tires i felt welcomed and everybody was very friendly and took there time to explain each process thank you so much Tamie and Dami�n for all your help I felt good leaving the store and very happy with my purchase I will definitely recommend anybody that needs any service to come to this location you will leave very happy and grateful. Thank you guys for the awesome customer service...

The manager left my mother a message. Introducing herself and thanked me for giving them a try. I called back with her on the phone and she took the time to explain about the recommended services. Very pleasant and cheerful. You just earned yourself a lifetime customer.

This place came as quite a surprise honestly. I woke up to a check tire pressure light in my car and was running late to work and because I have had flats before I took it to the used tire shop close to where I live and the guy promptly filled my tires with air stating it was the rear driver tire that was low. He also said it was time for me to buy new tires as my rear tires were down to no tread! So instead of buying them at the shop that sold used and refurbished tires, I looked online to investigate and was able to purchase four brand new tires through Goodyear. The internet allowed me to schedule an appointment and make the purchase in one visit, and Just Tires is an authorized installer of the Goodyear tires. My appointment was at 4:00 but I got in three hours early at 1:00 and without any lip service was told they would take care of me and sure enough I left with a completely aligned and balanced set of 4 brand new Goodyear tires, and all for under $300! I am so amazed and with Affirm, I was able to finance the entire transaction!

Avoid this place at all cost! Went in for a regular oil change ($100) they recommend a coolant flush which i refused. NEVER had issues with my car. My car now over heats and shakes. My car is not old and never had issues. I guess bc im a woman they wanted to take advantage of me. So disappointed. While waiting for my car to be done a man went in with this complaint. Will never return here!!!!! This place can't be trusted!

Since I've been taking my car for new tires,and service..it has been a awesome experience.. I schedule appointments & never have wait more than a few min.......the staff are wonderful,honest.customer service is outstanding.. The gentleman that goes out of his way to make sure. Everything is done well is "Angel"...I really appreciate the excellent customer service. I will continue be a customer at 'just tires" ....I will not return to Honda dealer .Thank youJUST TIRES!!!

I had a great encounter with Tammy at the store on beverly. I have been a customer there for years. Only because it s close to my home. She turned an awful experience into a delightful one. I will be driving out of my way to Monterrey, for all my car needs.

I went here last week because my tire light kept coming on and I wanted it checked. They inspected my tires and told me I need my front two tires changed and my back tire (the problem one) was being affected from my shocks needing to be replaced. Since I wasn t buying new tires that day, they sent me away and said they couldn t do anything til I got my shocks fixed.I just got back from another shop where they found a nail, patched it, and I am all set... with no sign of needing new shocks.Yes I need my front tires changed but this is the classic up selling to a female because they think we ll just listen to anything they say.I will NOT be getting my new front tires from here and just want to remind everyone to not just listen to anything a mechanic says. Do your research and take your car to multiple places before getting work done!

I've been bringing my car to this place for 10 years. My wife now has started to come here too, even for her oil changes. If you got a flat, just take your car, drop it off and take an Uber home cuz even if there's only two customers in front of you you'll be there at least an hour. On a Saturday morning I made a Sunday appointment at 10AM to get an oil change. I dropped it off at 9:45Am and got a call at 1PM that it was ready to pick up. I don't get the feeling the appointment made a difference on how quickly they'll work on the car, however by doing the appointment online I got $5.00 off the oil change. Just drop off your car and go do something. They close at 6PM so they'll tell you if they can complete the work before then or not.

I want to say thank you to Andrew for always being helpful every time I needed a patch on my tire. For letting me know I needed to change my tires. Always friendly and good customer service. I'll keep coming everytime I need service on my car. Any one who will be coming here, ask for Andrew!!!

Had a small private shop install new suspension on my jetta. Felt like something was loose, had them check the issue and got an alignment once i had the problem fixed.

Just called to get an estimate in purchasing 4 Michelin tires and Damian the guy who answered the phone was so discouraging. The guy sounded like he didn t want to be there. He mumbled, it seemed like he didn t want to sell tires today. No thank you. If you sound like you don t want to work, not willing to do business with you. Thank you.

Andrew is nice and friendly. He help me get discount. And aslo help me understand what kind of service I need next time . He aslo highlight the warranty I can use for my new brakes and alignment. This is the best jus tires shop.
