They did an amazing job making my car look new again! Very efficient and consistent in their work. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have their car fix after a collision. Everyone there was very friendly... polite and very helpful. Even called for me too get a ride too enterprise too pick up a rental. Would definitely reccomend this place too family or friends. Did a great job and work was done instantly. Plus always updated on the outcome on my car...

Service Kings did a FANTASTIC job on my car. After being hit and run and having a damage rear bumper I took my car to Service Kings. The woman at the front desk was very professional and straightforward, and the company had good anti-covid measures in place. After setting things up with my insurance and making an appointment with S.Kings, I just dropped off the car on a Saturday and got it back on Thursday, inbetween the week I got a phone call update on the car, where progress was at, and an estimated pick up date. Everything looked great, the color match was on point, and the car was washed when I picked it up. I'm a very happy customer.

Wow, where do I start?! My car was involved in a hit and run and Service King went above and beyond every step of the way to make it better. Allan and Jared kept me informed and would reach out to me constantly they really rolled out the red carpet! They helped me navigate the insurance process and dealt with the insurance (State Farm), which lifted a great amount of stress off of my shoulders. I wouldn t recommend anyone else! The best part is the way they left my car. It looks brand new! I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are looking for a body shop, Service King Monterey Park is the place to go. You don t need to look elsewhere because they will take care of you. They even washed and polished my car before pick up. It s the attention to detail that matters and they delivered. THANK YOU!

Before arriving here, I made several attempts to call Inn to schedule an appointment, but there was no answer. I was on hold for a representative for so long. So I just decided to stop by. Once I arrived there, the receptionist told me that it was by appointment only and that I had to make an appointment to get an estimate on my vehicle as I was trying to schedule one with her. She said oh sorry the computer is down. We have no access nor service, so we can not help you. So it was clear that I was not able to get my estimate. So I just left.

I had the best experience using this Service King on Monterey Pass Rd. The staff from beginning till I picked up my vehicle where so courteous and professional. For the 5 days I had it in shop I was getting updates via text and phone. They made a bad experience I had with my truck reassuring that they would fix it better then it was. Maribel, Alan and Jackie were informing me on the whole process and estimated the day it would be completed. I have never had this much personal service from a company as this. If you happen to need a good repair shop who are honest, respectable, professional then this is the shop for you. Thanks again Service King Team. USAA insured rear ended my car. I was told I have to go to USAA approved shop for estimate otherwise it won't work, USAA picked this location as closest to me, USAA insurance sends ticket to them. I call them, wait for ever on the phone, finally I get a "customer experience associate" on the phone who doesn't see the "ticket" so I 3 way with USAA (there goes another 30 min of your life) finally we figure this out and they can see the request for estimate in their system, Service King customer experience associate kindly schedules an appointment for inspection on 9/10/22. I take the car, I drive 30 minutes, I get to their location and they say SORRY! we don't do estimates on saturdays. Are you kidding me? Why would the customer experience associate schedule one on saturday if you don't do them? it's 10 minutes anyways but they just wasted my time and the best part is, no one will compensate me for this run around. Just want everyone out there to know what you are getting yourself into. Thank you Service King for your "service" and the wonderful customer experience you caused a whole 1.5 hours of my life spent running around getting nothing done! I called and complained to USAA and they didn't give a - you know what- about it either, if you choose to go to Service King Monterey Park, cross your t's and dot your i's with questions to make sure everyone is on top of their game otherwise you are in for a royal waste of your time. so much for 4.5 star google reviews they deserve half a star at best.

Everyone here is so helpfull if its an emergency they will help you out they would even go overtime if you came late which is my fault/ hector is awesome if you need your car fix this is the best place highly recommended

Came in after hitting something hard on the freeway that couldn t be avoided, which resulted in two cracked wheels AND both tires on passenger side done for. Worked through with AAA and I must say this location was a much better recommendation than the last time I took their recommendation. Service King was communicative with me the entire time and respectful of my work schedule as a healthcare worker. Even were able to complete the work before the original promised time. Work came out great and everything seems to be back to normal. Thank you so much Service King MP!Service: Tires

Daughter had a minor fender bender. Called the number on their web page, rang into national call center, who booked her for an appointment on Saturday at 9:30. She showed up at 9:25 to find a "CLOSED SATURDAYS" sign. Called back, held for an hour, finally got through. Rescheduled her for a weekday. She went to appointment, they took pictures, but did NOT give her an estimate. They feed the photos into a database for an adjuster to look at; promised to call with an estimate within a week. Week goes by, no call. At 10 days, she called them, and they said, "Sorry, we don't work on Subarus." They knew it was a Subaru from call one. They should know their own hours. 5 long wait times, two trips to the shop, no result. This company is the biggest waste of time I have ever seen.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately I ve had to get my car repaired due to several car collisions in the last five years (none of which were my fault which I m grateful for; to receive full coverage benefits for repairs).Service King has an amazing customer service team/staff. They sure do make the experience of having to do body repair on your vehicle or any car service at that; smooth hassle free and with clear communication throughout the entire process step of the way until you get your car back-most likely earlier than anticipated too!Trust Service King and do them a favor and send them a referral and or leave a review of your own experience. Service King is the best! They know how to take care of their customers. From the time you walk through their door to picking up your car, they are on it. Very professional. Had my car hit and taken to this location by owners insurance company responsible for damages. Needless to say the prep work on the bumper was done so poorly, the paint began to peel off within the month. And paint seems to be cheap as it continues to peel. Completely disappointing

So far Horrible, I was involved in an accident in late November, contacted them with a claim number, they gave me an appt till 8 days after just to tell me that at that facility, they don't work on Mercedez Benz vehicles. The guy didn't bother calling the other service king locations. When I got there he was complaining about working too much. Long story short I had to call service King and made ANOTHER appt and won't be seen till December 28th. Right now they get a minus-star from me.

Allen and Patrick helped me and the lady in the front desk all nice people. Recommend this place for everyone. The whole process was easy and no stress for me. My car was ready a day early too. They even cleaned the interior. The new paint and body work they did looks flawless.

It's taken me almost 2 years to finally write this review, but here it is! In October 2017, I was involved in a very inconvenient accident in which my car needed my entire trunk repaired. After being directed here by my opponent's insurance company, I felt like I was immediately in great hands. They were very clear, welcoming, and comprehensive to my frustration. They were also transparent to what needed to be done. I highly recommend them to anyone involved in a collision. Thank you so much!

Update. Part that was serviced broke down and found out parts used by service King were cheap and not properly done correctly. Online chat with customer service was easy and very helpful to set up an appointment answer my questions you may have and guide you ... Jackie in Monterey Park Service King is amazingly friendly professional and an asset to this place ... Danny Perez the Repair Planner is a very friendly upright honest professional knowledgeable good man that works with you keeps you up to date on all repairs and add ons needed .... Allen is a master at his job he is so good at what he does ,inspects your vehicle thoroughly and processes it in his brilliant mind like a true crime investigator .. I took my vehicle in for a collision repair estimate and they give AAA the estimate, AAA gives me a check for the repair costs and they tells me to take my car in for repairs at service king. I call service king to set up an appointment and service king tells me they can't do the repairs due to some lame excuse of not being able to match the paint on my vehicle...that's sounds like a bunch of B.S. to me...I don't recommend Service king unless you want to waste your time.

After my accident I was directed here by the insurance company. They took care of me and my car. The first week with Insurance issues to my car, Alan was on the phone with both insurance companies trying to square away the problems. Which he helped do. Danny manage the repair of my car and did a stellar job. My mini van came out looking awesome. They even washed and waxed it for me. Looked like it came out of the factory. The repair was perfect. In fact it looked better. They kept me in the know by phone, email, and text. Great options. They even had an online option but never needed it. I was kept appraised of that status. Also thanks to Bella at reception for her help making it an easy transition.A++ all around.The reception room also had all the works. Coffee, water, tv and DVD player with some movies.

First of all, my hats off to this place they complete go beyond what s expected. Personal thanks to Mr. John, Alan & Carlos. Very knowledgeable and their customer service is on point. I brought in my 2018 Mercedes Benz and am completely satisfied with the results. I didn t even have to take back my rental. I just left it at their shop and they took care of the rest. Needles to say I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.Thanks!

It s always a peace of mind when having our vehicles repaired at this location of Service King. The staffs here are friendly, professional and always on top of what they are doing. My family and friends has been coming here for years and will continue on doing so. So far this location has the BEST repair job we have experienced in comparison to all other shops we have been to. Great ppl here very kind and professional. Everything from start to finish was above and beyond any service I have EVER experienced. Was notified each and every step of the way. Patrick and Ingrid are Exceptional Customer Service reps for Service King, Monterey Park, CA. To top it off, my car was completed 3 days early. WOHOOO Yay me. THANKS SERVICE KING!!

So far my experience with all the staff has been courteous. No one likes to be involved in a collision. They really pull out the red carpet and keep you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Service King. The do make you feel like a King.
